I ve been going here consistently for years and I always appreciate the fast and precise care/service and all of the wonderful staff at Autohaus. My full family takes all of their cars here now. Of all of the mechanics I ve been to in my life, I truly feel I can trust them.

Autohaus sales and service team are outstanding!My 2014 Audi Q5 needed a timing chain, water pump, and bearings in the front wheels. Very expensive repairs! However, when I purchased the vehicle, I purchased the extended warranty as advised. Best decision I could have made. It covered 75% of the repair costs and now my car looks great and drives like a dream! In addition, Autohaus staff drove me to Enterprise car rental where I received a discounted rate from Autohaus. Upon completion of repairs, I was able to drop the rental off at Autohaus and my car warranty permits full reimbursement! Great service experience. Thank you Autohaus!!!

I had a great experience at autohaus, Adam was so friendly, honest and knowledgeable. they did a complete inspection on my used Porsche Boxster and had a couple things fixed at a good price and was done in a timely matter, I'll definitely be taking it back there and would recommend them to everyone!

The service was amazing and the communication even better. I have a 2011 VW Touareg Hybrid, and needed my heat fixed, as it had stopped working as soon as the weather started getting cold. They made sure I knew everything that was happening and speedy with the repair. They even fixed something that I hadn t asked them to fix but was so happy they did. I have a couple more repairs that need to be done and will definitely be coming here.

Great prices, even better service. From personal experience, if you drive an audi, take you car here before taking it to the dealer. They'll save you time and money. Highly recommend

I really like Auto Haus. They are the only ones that I have come to trust working on my VW Jetta. They know my vehicle inside and out. They've never steered my wrong. Money well spent and fair pricing.

Nice customer service, great follow up and quick diagnosticI got an appointment for my 2016 Audi S6 for diagnostic and they were able to look at it next day. Their diagnostic was the car needed major engine work and recommended taking it to the dealer. They also waived the diagnostic fee and didn t charge me any other fees! Thanks guys for your professionalism

Went here for an oil change and tune up for my Audi Q5 tdi and also had a question about a cosmetic repair.Quick turnaround time and gave me good advice regarding the cosmetic repair that saved me $$$.Better service than a dealership and honesty which both of these things combine for an easy 5 stars when dealing with a car mechanic. Found a new customer due to this quality level of service.Thanks!

I own a Mercedes GLC300 and I had an issue where it lacked acceleration, especially at higher speeds. I tried Autohaus for the first time (I normally take it to a Mercedes Dealer) and they were fantastic! It turned out that I needed (1) part of an overall turbocharger assembly. If I had taken it to a Mercedes Dealer my only option would have been to purchase the entire unit ($4k + labor) versus a small fraction of that. I was so impressed that they were able to find an affordable option in a timely manner. They have earned my business as long as I own this Mercedes. Thank you and well done!

I can t recommend them enough! After a certain VW dealership in the area provided me with deplorable customer service & quoted me $4,000 for a fix (that I didn t even end up needing), a friend recommended I get a second opinion at Autohaus. Adam took great care of my Jetta and explained everything that they were looking for and what they were doing to fix it. Walked out paying under $200 and with thorough paperwork outlining their diagnostic process. It s hard to find an honest mechanic, so I m glad they re close to home!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Great service and they seem to have your best interest in mind. However my new brakes have been squeaking for the past 1.5 months. They ve invited me back for a second look but unfortunately I am no longer in the area. I would recommend this shop

Among other things told me that I had 10% left on my brake pads. I have about 70% left on them, disappointed with the dishonesty.Edit: photos of the front left and right pads have been added. Lori thank you for responding but I have no intentions of coming back. If you would like to make things right you can refund me this inspection charge.

I was in need of a local shop that can service my finacky Porsche Panamera Turbo, without killing me on pricing. I came across Auto Haus from an online search and spoke with Adam, the Service Manager. Since my first interaction things have been great; knowledge, helpful, priced fair, family business caring feel, fast turn around and even a returned washed car. Absolute professionals. They performed a laundry list of repairs on my Mercedes-Benz E350 in just a few days. They under promised and over delivered. Our car had carbon buildup and stopped running on the expressway. Lori was amazing and helped us work out the appointment details and estimate request. Adam was prompt in getting us a quote before our car arrived and kept us up to date on the car status throughout the service. Between Lori and Adam's assistance, we felt confident in our choosing Autohaus for our car needs. It was a great experience and the car was even cleaned and washed for us. What a nice surprise!
