Unfortunately I can't give this place a positive review even though I would like to. At 5: 26 I was told that it was going to be 1 hour. By 6:48 the truck pulled up when the older gentleman exited the vehicle he said "you're paying with the cash, right ?" I said no I'm paying with credit card or debit card. He said no to the credit then took my debit card and said "oh yeah we don't accept that either we just accept cash app" I stated I wish I was told that in the beginning, he said "I'm pretty sure he did." Which is not the case at all. When the younger gentleman started working on my tire he said the tire was not usable and they will return right away with the new tire The tire was not replaced until after 9:00 p.m. I ended up missing my shift on super bowl weekend and just texted the gentleman or woman (no names were given)that I've been texting me the whole time with the ETA asking If I get some kind of discount since this interaction took more than 3 hours he said no. This is a big reason I do not do business with majority of the black owned businesses that only accept cash app. they sent this link for a review and also to leave positive messages on social media before the service is done. Just beware that as soon as they have their money they will not honor any kind of actual complaints. I would just automatically think he would say you know what let me just discount a 10 to $15 for $150 service for used tire just to have good faith but that was not the case at all. Black businesses have to do better. Shout out to the young man who actually knew that the tire was not going to work and did the due diligence to say hey we have to take it back. I don't think the other employees which I did not get their names would do the same. Also on the google ad it says that this business was located in Stratford Court Villas where I live literally 400 ft away assuming that I thought this was a local business but when a link was sent for a review it says Roseville. Beware.
