I have been taking my vehicle to this shop for years. Very reasonably priced and honest people. They even let you go in the shop to visually see the problem, in some cases. I highly recommend them.

After doing some leg work and researching reviews for decent priced brake service in the area...I ended up at Mr. Brakes! And I'm so glad, I did! Dave was absolutely wonderful...he was straight-up on the services required for me to be safe in my vehicle, good prices, great service, professional, funny and just amazing great humans! I would definitely recommend Mr. Brakes to anyone needing brake, rotary, caliber, pad etc. service. They surprised me...and that's rare!

They are very honest, respectful, and understanding. I went to another place and they said that I need my brakes done bad. Came here, they did a free inspection and told me that I still have brake life. They actually saved me from my sorrows. I ll be back when the time comes. Because they are truly worth it.

Went the end of last year, 2023. My radiator was leaking but I couldn t see where unless it was put up on the lift. I asked Don, the manager if he would do it and no t charge for the lift if I had them fix it, he said he wouldn t. Since it ended up just being to tighten a clamp, which I would have paid for, he charged me $40 for a lift charge too because the clamp tightening was minimal. He lied. They are not to be trusted. While I was there a previous customer came back in and was yelling about a brake job they botched for him. Run far away from this place. Shady dealers for sure!

I have nothing but excellent things to say about this shop. I drive a lot for a living and I am a recurring customer. Always honest and guy in particular answers every question I have regarding my vehicles. They even work with my hectic work schedule and attempt to make sure my vehicle is ready to be picked up when I need it. I would give them more stars if I could but five is the limit.

The best shop to go to, great pricing they always keep you up to date on what's going on and answer all your questions. Quick great work! Guy is always great and friendly! They all go above and beyond expectations.

A very special thanks to owner Mike for going above and beyond doing work on my Chevy Suburban! He honored his warranty and made things right! They are honest mechanics with old school integrity! Treated me very good, had truck towed in and fixed issues with no questions asked. Could of even charged me for some stuff, but did not! Mr. Breaks Rsvl. , Mike and his staff are very stand up guys! Thankyou Mike - Mr. Breaks for how you handled my situation! I will Always be a return customer because of it !!!

They took my money and didn't do the work my rotors are still messed up after I asked the guy how much it would cost to get my brakes and Rotors completed he quoted me the price and then screed me!!!! I will never use them again and I'm out of money and my brakes are still messed up!!!

Had my truck in there for all new brakes ignored the bad reviews and wanted to see if they were true or not welp 1 week later I'm back on the road thanks to them did everything I asked for/ needed all 3 of them are nice will be coming back

This is the second time I m returning to Mr. Brakes for service on my Jeep Grand Cherokee. NO ONE beats their prices! Let me repeat, NO ONE beats their prices. I was quoted damn near $700 by pep boys and drove up the road to Mr. Brakes we re talking a $300 difference ! MR. BRAKES DOES QUALITY WORK FOR A FRACTION OF THE PRICE. Called to set up appt (let them know it was groupon), first person told me to call back in 10 minutes and hung up in my face. Called back second person told me they didn't do groupon on weekends (Which was not in fine print or stated in first call) told them I would call back to set appt as I needed for today and before I could ask how much it would be without groupon they had already hung up in my face again. Ended up going somewhere with better customer service. If this is the customer service I'm glad I dodged a bullet.

I needed struts on my BMW and parts are very hard to find on this vehicle, but they went above and beyond to find my parts and get the job done in the same day. Superb customer service at its finest. Do not go here..... I repeat do not go here.... worst place you could ever go they rip off everybody... the owner and everybody that works here are huge scams... If want to get ripped off Go there I went there because check engine light on my car went there to scan the car the owner of the shop Moe told me I needed 4 you can see it on scanning machine it says 2 sensors I didn't believe him at all I took my car to 2 other places and was told only only 2 what a big scammer if you want to pay for parts that you don't need and destroy your car go head I would go there again

These guy's are great. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, multiple locations and a variety of services offered. Found them 3 years ago and now they are my go-to place. Not only is their work excellent everytime but there is an "old school" vibe that reminds me of how mechanics used to be when i was younger.

For the most part they're very good and considerate of their costumers. My wifey and I have gotten a lot of work done here. Good prices, friendly staff and didn't take to long. Now the last experience we had was 100% the opposite. Told us how much all the work would cost. They're prices almost doubled from what they said a month prior when we were seeing how much we would need to fix everything. They didn't even call us to tell us what was going on with our truck. I'm feeling that they must have gotten a few new staff members B.C. the costumer service was like The people asking to pump our gas in the HOOD.

If I can give a -20 stars I would! I got 2 BRAND new front tires done on my truck and I had to put air back in my tires 5 times. My tire never went completely flat but it goes to about 17psi. I thought it was a nail in my tire. NOPE! I did the soap and water test to find the bubble. I found the bubble on the sidewall of the tire. The hole is so small nothing I possibly could have done to make that happen. So I call a few days later thinking this place was great to go to, I was sadly mistaken. I go up to the shop yesterday to see if they can help and the younger white male mechanic has the worst attitude, he got super defensive when I told him what happen and he says he can not replace my tire because we don t cover that. The tire is not even 2 weeks old. The owner Mike runs from any customer facing issues and has his employees deal with his problems. He does not call people back who spent hundreds of dollars with them. What a great guy and company to work for! I don t understand how he runs a business but this is not it. Stay free and clear from both locations. The staff does not have customer service skills and the owner is a scary crook.Service: Tires

I just had my brakes done today and they had them done in just a couple of hours! We chose this shop because they have the best prices in the area (they also quoted me for repair needed to my tie rod, of which the pricing was extremely reasonable), and I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly and smiling faces in the shop. We will definitely be taking our cars to this shop moving forward-great job guys!!

Fast, friendly, and affordable! Like many, great car owners out there I waited until I heard metal on metal whenever I'd hit those brakes to finally say "it's time for new brakes". I had a busy work week so I was hoping to find a shop open on the weekend, after turning through one of the coupon flyers we get in the mail, I saw an ad for Mr. Brakes Auto Care so I checked and sure enough they were open on Saturday so I woke up early and took in the car. For pads and rotors all around, it was under $600 and they got the whole thing done in 3 hours. Both guys I talked to were friendly and happy to help. I will definitely return to Mr. Brakes for future repairs and I recommend them to you as well!

Made a appointment for oil change, for 9am. I am still here. It s been an hour and a half. Still waiting for a oil filter. I would not like cat or dog come to this place bad bad service.
