Wanted to thank Jenna Auto Sales for the friendly welcome and invite since day 1. I'm loving my jeep, I had some issues but yas immediately got them handled for me. Even with all my attitude and complaints yas still made sure to help me get everything handled, very professional! I also want to thank you very much for making sure I have every warranty and protection for my car. Would I recommend Jenna Auto Sales absolutely. Thank you so much!

We first bought From Jenna Auto Sales in July. Any issue we had, they were right there answering questions and making sure our situation was handled and we were happy. We enjoyed the atmosphere of their dealership so much that we went back in October and bought another vehicle. Again, they gave us such great customer service. From day 1 they promised to have our backs and we can honestly say this is a great place to purchase from. Highly recommend this place !

I flew in from North Carolina to purchase a car and from the very start I receive nothing but professionalism from everyone who worked there. The customer service is very great and the cars are all very nice. I was giving gas money for my ride home, I was sent to fix One of the cosmetic issues that I found as soon as I pointed it out. They made the process very easy for purchasing a car while living in a completely different state over 11 hours away from them. I would definitely recommend this car lot to any and everyone.

Amazing service, great cars & better prices. Kelly was my sales associate, she helped me understand what I was doing, what the prices/fees were, & the entire process in general. The staff as a whole was helpful & patient with me, they made my first time purchasing a car realy easy and not stressful in the slightest. I got to test drive the car before I purchased it & was able to thoroughly check through the car. I recommended them to anyone who'd listen.

Driving down Gratiot and I spotted this 2020 BMW 20, 2020 BMW on Gas a small dealership came in and met some guys. It was really cool connected. I came back and everything was good as they said they came. I got the car causing great shape probably the easiest deals I did when buying the car no hassle they took care of me so if I were you, I will always check by. Impeccable Team, FRIENDLY, Pleasantly Happy People. Hospitality was amazing. I had doubts before I walked in as far as being approved for a vehicle. Not only did they do an amazing job financing me, but financed me in the vehicle I asked for. The team made sure we were hydrated, probably would ve fed us as well if it wasn t almost closing time. Lol I d recommend Jenna Auto Sales to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.Thank you again

Jenna auto sales is one of the best and honest place to purchase you a nice vehicle. and they will most definitely take care of you with good or bad credit. I have referred several people as well as me and my husband purchasing 2 vehicles. Trust you will be satified.Oh and don t forget you get a warranty.

AMAZING AND FRIENDLY DEALERSHIP! i'll start this review by saying I HATE shopping for new vehicles. It is one of my least favorite experiences but Yas made it super easy. He was very patient as I took time to make my decision. The online loan process was easy to start from the comfort of my home. From Kelly, to the guy who got my van ready for a test drive and ready to drive off the lot, to the guy who waved me down as I was leaving to show me how to turn my lights on , they were all great!

Amat was something different he looked into apprentice eyes and raised his eyebrows and said I have your best interest and I will take care of you and I m not just saying I stand on it. So my girl and I just looked in awe really shocked that this brown skin guy did not discriminate against his clients or was short with his client he was professional.He didn t call me like he said he was but then again it was Sunday who s open on Sunday? Monday morning they had my car with a full tank of gas and a free oil change. This particular lady with her hair match her eyebrows were amazing not to mention she bought her father a car at the same location. Great energy great people great conversation and the process was fast. Omg did I forget that they warranty is like no others.Thank you Amar!
