11/20/23I scheduled an appointment, no problem.Met up with Steve, the assistant manager-Service Dept.Steve was the nicest guy and so polite to me, he made my day. Had my first oil change, maintenance checkup, car wash and a recall check done on my 2023 Rogue SV. All under 2 hours! I highly recommend Jeffrey Service Departments. I've had nothing but excellent, completed service there. Thanks Jeffrey Nissan!

Avoid this service department at all costs. My girlfriend had the service department do an oil change on her car. She drove it back home. The next morning after she left for work, I went outside and noticed a puddle of oil in the driveway. When she got back home the car was still leaking oil and when I checked the oil level the dip stick wasn't even in all the way. So there's oil on top of the engine as well as all over the bottom. And believe it or not, this is the second time this service department has done this to her car. They gave an excuse why this happened the first time. No more excuses. Never using this service department again. Maybe next time instead of trying to sneak a charge of rotating the tires, which she didn't even ask for, they should concentrate on doing what was asked.Update, I got tired of her car leaking oil all over my driveway so i removed the fairing under the engine and immediately noticed that the drain plug was only installed about half way.Service: Oil change

The guys in the Nissan service department are very helpful & professional. They are an asset to the entire dealership. I had a major auto repair and my experience with the whole process was extremely satisfying. This place will be my first choice for repairs and necessities such as tires from now on.

I had the best experience in buying a car that I've had in years! Joe Washington was able to get me in a brand new Nissan (had only 8 miles!!!) I'm stoked! I love this place.

Great experience! Both times! We bought our newest family members at the start of the year and have been taking them exclusively to the dealer for service. My first experience was a little shaky-the service manager was asking people (as they come in) to rate the service great when the survey came out....which was a bit offputting. Also offered me some warranty work (ultimately ended up not getting due to the time the job would take vs the time that I would be out of a car) but it left a weird taste in my mouth. Came back, of course, for my next oil change and the new service guy (Mark) was GREAT. Fixed a minor issue with my sunroof, made sure I had a good coupon (the internal one they had was much better than the one i brought lol), and it looks like I will be in and out. Thanks guys! I gave the extra star for my second visit. It was less sales-y the second time around.Also, the coffee they offer is pretty drinkable. There are coloring sheets in a neatly organized file folder, a desk area for you to get some remote work done, free wifi, and an okay sitting area. If my phone needed a charge, I would have had a complimentary charger. Overall 7/10 sitting area.

Eric in service is great! I put a lot of miles on my Altima for work and had put off some much needed maintenance for too long. Eric worked with me and got a very reasonable price for all the work that was needed. Highly recommend this service department.

Bought car from dealer and received 1 free oil change and car wash. After change completed, they didn't reset oil usage, nor did they add coolant, because I noticed it was a little low, forget about car wash. LolService: Oil changeService: Oil change

Took my car in today to get the brakes changed. I couldn't be happier with their service. Sean at the desk was excellent! I'll be back anytime I need my car serviced.

They have great people in there service department.This was only my second visit but both times were great experiences for getting my oil changed.They got me in and out

Took my pathfinder here multiple times for repair. After several tries and fixing things that weren t the issue, it still isn t fixed. I was offered a 10% discount on my repairs that I didn t need though. Save yourself time and money and take it somewhere else.
