I had a great experience purchasing a car at Jeffrey Nissan! Tim Henderson provided me with excellent customer service! He was patiently choosing a vehicle that I wanted from other dealership locations, took me to the bank (because I didn t have a car), and made me feel at home since I had to wait for a while until my car got ready.The other employees were also very friendly and professional!I already recommended my friends to go to Jeffrey dealership in Roseville!Thank you Tim and I wish the best for all of you!

If you re in the market for a Nissan, I highly recommend this dealership. Joe was very friendly and knowledgeable the manager Christian was really awesome helping us push everything through. They were very patient with us as we had a lot going on pertaining to the acquisition of a new car. I want to thank Joe and Christian so much. I couldn t have asked for a better experience!!

Just purchased my first car with the help of Blake Powrozek. After all the stories I ve heard of headaches at dealerships, I came out of the experience very pleasantly surprised. Not only was Blake extremely helpful with the questions and concerns I had, but genuinely he s just one of the nicest people I ve interacted with. Don t think I could have gotten anyone better to help me through the process of getting my first car. Truly appreciated, and I d recommend anyone to ask for him should you find yourself at this dealership.

Blake is phenomenal! Just bought my first car from a dealership from here and he was so helpful throughout the whole process! He was friendly, kind, personable and professional. I was greeted as soon as I arrived! Everything was explained to me and I didn't feel forced to get other stuff done apart from my scheduled oil change like other garages make you feel so that was nice. I'll definitely be back for those other routine flushes. Very nice customer service. And as I was waiting in the room, there were complimentary chips. coffee and water and lots of places I can charge my phone with free wifi while waiting. It was very much a welcoming atmosphere!

My recent visit to Jeffrey Nissan dealership left me thoroughly disappointed and frustrated. The lack of communication, organization, and professionalism was evident during each interaction.From the moment I walked in with my brother on a Saturday, we were treated like inconveniences rather than valued customers. Tim's constant sighing made it evident that our presence was unwelcome. Despite our interest in leasing a car that day, we were told to come back on Monday, only to receive a call from the finance department asking us to return if we didn t mind some quick paperwork.We go back and end up there for a couple hours, again just being treated like we were inconveniencing them, anyone we spoke with kept looking over to my brother when asking questions and dismissing me, he had to keep redirecting them to me, the person trying to lease the car. Although they never missed a chance to ask me to leave a good review and rate them well.When we finally received the car, it was dirty and poorly detailed, with marks and prints evident throughout the interior, which Tim acknowledged. He said if I brought it back Monday they d fill the tank and re-detail it.I took it back and after a second detailing it still wasn t clean. I thought maybe I was being crazy but friends and family all acknowledged that the car had black marks and prints within it, it was not clean at all.I called Tim and set up another time to take it in to get it detailed (now a third time). When the day came I called him to confirm and he told me he wasn t even in state but I can meet with the manager Christian who would take me over to detailing himself so I can speak with the detailer.When I got there they were not ready and just unorganized. A random sales member I had never met started talking to me and saying he would take care of it and already knew the situation, took my keys and started asking a bunch of questions, clearly not familiar with what was going on, he went into my cars trunk and was always looking somewhere at the car whenever I was speaking with him.I asked to meet with Christian because that s who Tim told me to speak with, the sales member took me back inside and then him and Christian both started to do the same tasks without communicating to one another, I was just left waiting while they tried to call detailing, also going over to track the detailing guy down, it was a lot of back and forth, bad communication, and wasting time.Finally went over to detailing and the manager did not even come with, he sent someone else to take me.Their detailing worker was rude and dismissive, he didn t allow me to go through all the issues. I was taken to a waiting area and when everything was completed the car still wasn t fully clean, even the random girl who had brought me over to detailing agreed and saw the marks in the car.She then brought me a rag and spray and I CLEANED THE MARKS MYSELF. Afterwards when attempting to address the ongoing issues with management, the response was indifferent, offering nothing more than a hollow apology.Overall, my experience at Jeffrey Nissan dealership was marked by incompetence, indifference, and a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction. I would strongly advise others to seek their automotive needs elsewhere.

Very disappointed with Jeffrey Nissan's customer service. I bought a car back in December, when the spare key to my car was unable to be located. I've been contacting Jeffrey since that time and still have not received my key. I've called every day for the past week and have only received voicemails with no calls back. We have been loyal Jeffrey customers and I am completely disillusioned by this experience.

Had a great experience leasing my 2023 Nissan Sentra. They made everything fast and easy. Mike and his team are very helpful and efficient. I was able to do everything online and didn t even have to go in!!!!They go out of their way to make sure they give you the best deal and experience. Very good experience with Tim Henderson. He was very accommodating and helped find the right used 2021 Nissan Rogue SV. He even arranged Home delivery for even though it was late evening which was very helpful. Appreciate the Team at Jefferey Nissan Dealership.

Last week I traded in a 2008 Nissan Sentra with 293,000 miles. My salesperson was Tim Henderson. He was accommodating, and professional and assisted me with all my questions and concerns.I eventually purchased a 2023 Nissan Rouge. I would recommend Jeffrey Nissan and Tim Henderson to anyone.

Let me start by saying I hate the car buying experience. I've only owned two cars in 20 years because I hate it so much. Previous purchases were a Saturn and a Ford. So this week was painful when I knew it was time for a new car. I walked into Jeffrey Nissan with no appointment and no expectations. And walked out with a new car. I had an amazing purchase experience with Emily. Emily, Caitlyn, and the finance manager were all so patient with me. Nothing felt pressured. Not to mention the cars I test drove all drove like a dream. I ended up getting exactly what I wanted (nothing more) for a much better price than some other brands I looked at. I look forward to doing business with this dealership for my services on my new car.

Fast efficient service, the advisor estimated 1 hour for an oil change and it was exactly 1 hour to the minute. Nice waiting room to get some work done or relax.

Had my car towed there on the 20th of this month did a inspection realized it was the battery had to get a loner from enterprise because they didn't have a car for me. Picked it up Tuesday. Friday when I went to stopped sounded like a ran over something ended up taking it to the shop by myself it ended up my brake pads, rotors, and caliper. That was almost 1,000. 140 for the rental, and almost 300 for the battery. At the end of my lease and putting 1,440 into this car and suppose to be giving it back soon. Super disappointing! I have leased alot of cars and never had to do this work on it. The most disappointing part is my car was there Monday this should of been caught when they did the inspection. 1 more thing normally when I took my car any of the other dealers they vacuum and wash the car could of atleast did that.....Beth

When we decided to purchase an additional vehicle, the first person we thought of was Emily at Jeffrey. This is the second vehicle we've bought with Emily's help (our 4th Nissan at Jeffrey). Emily was very knowledgeable, answered all of our questions, and was very straightforward. We felt that she had our best interests at heart when negotiating the deal for our new truck. Recently purchased a 2023Nissan SV Midnight edition with the premium package. While making a large purchase like this can be stressful, Joe W. was great to work with. He made sure the vehicle was ready for pickup, and spent a considerable amount of time walking me through all of the features on the vehicle. Especially the high tech stuff on the car. After the sale he has stayed in contact via e mail and phone calls as well. The customer service has been great. I look forward to many years of worry free motoring in my new Rogue.

This was the second car I purchased from your dealership. The service was exceptional. Sam sold both of my cars to me. He was very knowledgeable of the product and understanding to my needs. I have fallen in love with the Nissan brand and I would refer anyone who is seeking a vehicle to your dealership. The only thing I feel need to be work on is walking a new owner through the working of the purchased vehicle. Simply, a brief overview of the vehicle. That needs to be more thorough.

DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!!! Emily Diebel and Rick, Corey and Michael sold me a car that is mechanically not sound and is held together with duct tape and refused to take it back in the 7 day exchange policy. The 7 day exchange is FRAUD to make you buy then they take it back. They said they would trade in the car for $13,000 when they sold me it only days before for $18,000. I have to file a civil complaint against them now. GO ELSEWHERE!!!! The engine light came on after they told me there was nothing wrong with the car while I cried in their office and said it didn t feel safe, within 48 hours I knew they sold me a lemon and they refused to take it back without stealing $5000 from me with it

3 weeks after leaving my 1st review for Jeffery Nissan I am pleased to report that they have definitely made things right by me.Unsure how to leave a different review however im very pleased with how they were concerned with me as the customer and making sure their business was held accountable and not only that but going above amd beyond to fix things.. again thank you all so much for being business savy enough to understand that doing top notch work and providing top notch service. Im actually looking for to possibly doing business with them in the future and purchasing a vehicle as I'm currently obsessed with the loaner vehicle they put me in...thanks again. They are actually concerned about the customer's. For that I'm impressed...If it were possible to leave a negative zero I would have . Imagine taking your vehicle into this bodyshop for bodywork to be done on your car due to it being stolen pointing out the dents to the person and picking up your car to the wrong side being repaired and the same dents in the door and them thinking I would accept my insurance being charged twice me being inconvenienced because someone else failed miserably at their job and wanting me to be ok with it all as tho this is ok..Never ever will I trust this company with my car and explain to me what bodywork has to do with my car being put on a machine and a check engine light was also on my car which DEFINITELY WAS NOT . I HAVE THE ALL SYSTEMS CHECK CLEAR FROM THE HYUNDAI DEALERSHIP WHO FIXED MY CAR THE WEEK BEFORE.Just seems as though someone was trying to do something really shady.
