Had a hard experience with this business. We went there after an insurance claim. Our biggest issue was communication! Everything was prompted by myself never by them.we waited months for them to take us. Took 3 weeks to complete. Didn t detail the car. Refused to talk to me, only spoke with my husband. Wanted to charge $700 for oil consumption test, or willing to try and work with warranty company on my behalf can t get a call back from the business manager Paul. Service tech Justin is rude, Christian the service manager speaks nice I guess but dead ends. I d recommend buying your car and servicing it elsewhere. I won t be back here. Sad. All about the sale and then all downhill.

One morning I woke up and started my car and it didn t start. I proceeded to get my car towed to another Kia dealership and their wait time was extremely long. It wasn t until I called the service department at Jeffrey Kia to have them service my vehicle. I was concerned with going without a vehicle during the holidays. When I arrived, I was welcomed by Andy who walked me through the process and even got a complimentary shuttle to where I needed to go. Andy called me ONE DAY later to tell me that my problem has been resolved! They even washed my car! I appreciate the service that Andy and everyone at Jeffrey Kia s service department provided in a timely and professional manner. I would highly recommend them!

I have been buying and servicing my car her for many years. The past two months, however, the servicemembers have been nothing short of rude. I called two weeks ago to schedule new tire purchases and set up service. I was told 'well, we are pretty busy the next week or so. Stop in sometime and we will schedule you'. Today, I called to order tires again as my husband convinced me to give them another try. Told I needed to know what size and type I wanted. I explained the year and make of my car. Instead of him looking it up in computer (I told him I had recently had an oil change there), he told me there are many types and sizes for my car. REALLY ?????Sooo my car will take 14', 15' and 17" tires? He couldn't be bothered, apparently. That's fine. I am getting a new car in January anyways. It surely wont be at Jeffery Kia!!!!

Con artists tried to sell me two tires on my car for $750......my car has 13000 miles on it and they even lied about the tread depth they measured. This is right after I witnessed them trying to sell an old lady $650 worth of front brake pads on her car that she didn t really need.Stay far far away, anywhere else is probably a better choice.

The Kia service guys are efficient. However the cold shoulder type attitude of the men in the customer service garage can brush up on their courtesy. Rude Dude s.
