From the time I walked into Butlers Collision to the time I left, I felt respected and well taken care of. The price was very reasonable for what I needed done and the timing was fantastic. They had it back to me the very same day. My family and I took a trip to Georgia to meet up with my parents who were having their 60th wedding anniversary. We stopped off in DC and on our way back we had to do an emergency stop and open the automatic trunk. The wind must have caught hold of the trunk because when we went to close it it would not close. Upon further inspection, we realized that the hatches at the top were bent up. We did make the trip though we were a day delayed. We had to get tow straps and listen to beeping the entire 17-hour trip back. Toyota wanted me to go through my insurance which is $1,000 deductible. Butler's Collision was less than half that! I was very pleased with the car after I received it back. It was all shiny and clean. Thanks for making the experience that was stressful to begin with much less stressful. I will be recommending you to all my family and friends.Service: Body & Trim

Big shout out to the awesome people at Butlers Collison. From the first phone call to the final pick up of my vehicle, was a great experience. Everyone was professional and kept me up-to-date on the progress of my vehicle. Work was done quickly but with the upmost expertise. My car was cleaner inside and out then when I dropped it off. Definitely recommend the Roseville location. Thank you so very much for your awesome work.

I went to Butler's Collision and they quoted me so I decided to go with them because another place was charging me $600 more. Way over my budget...I was paying out of pocket. I spoke to Kyle I believe and he was very nice. He got me in and out. I dropped my car off Tuesday and got it back Friday in the afternoon. Also, they even dropped me back off at home when I dropped my car off, great customer service. When I got my car back, I noticed they even gave me a car wash and cleaned my car on the inside, that was really nice. The paint job was GREAT. If I ever have to get body parts I'm going back to them! If you want quality work and your car returned in a reasonable amount of time, go with them...definitely worth the money. Thanks for returning my car so fast! :)

No one has plans to be inconvenienced by an "accident" but when that times comes, it is reassuring to know that there is still an honest, professional, reputable company to take care of you: Butler's is that company for me!On Monday I had the unfortunate discovery that a softball found it's way through the sunroof of my vehicle. Butler's went to work right away! First by providing a temporary covering to prevent additional glass fly off and protection from the elements. This allowed me to safely drive my vehicle while a replacement part was secured. Secondly, when the part was ready, they contacted the rental supply company for me. I was picked up from the Collision shop by RCC and shuttled to their store to pick up my rental. Third, my car was repaired in one day. I was able to leave my rental car at the collision shop and leave with my repaired vehicle. Fourth, it was explained to me in detail the work that was done, the charges that were incurred plus I was given a walk through of the vehicle of the repairs.I am so thankful for the professionalism of the Butler's Collision Team as well as their kindness, attention to details and quality of service! I highly recommend them should an "accident" find its way into your plans one day!

This business repaired my Lincoln after I was hit in the back. They stayed in excellent communication with me while waiting for parts and completing the repair. I was having issues with my key fobs and ask if they could assist. I had one key fob replaced and one fixed. This business stood behind their work when I had a problem. This family business cares about their customers and it shows. I will use this company again and refer them to family and friends.

My GTI was recently rear ended on 696 but after my wife's positive experience with Butlers I knew where I was taking my vehicle. After a thorough walk around of the vehicle, my insurance information was taken and I was supplied with a rental vehicle. The work was completed within 7 days and I was informed of the progress along the way.I am fairly particular about my car, and the work completed was excellent. It's always a bummer getting into an accident, but it sure takes some of the sting out of it, knowing you have a great place to go.A+

Ryan and the staff at Butler's collision are so helpful. They did amazing work on my 2021 Ford edge after I was in a rear-end collision. They were very kind, fast, and detail oriented. They did way more than I expected.

The body work done on my daughter's car was very good. However, I got the car back with a white residue all over the interior. It is nearly impossible to get off. It's in every little crevice. I can't recommend this place...who gives you your car back dirtier than when they got it?!Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

No complaints. Office is clean and the people seem nice and professional. This is my second time getting my bumper fixed there, to no fault of their own ....two different instances and accidents. 1st time they did really good work.... hopefully they will this time too.

I had two vehicles repaired by Butler's. One was just a fender bender, and the other was nearly a total loss. Very professional people, repairs done very well. Paint matches very well, panels align great, very nice work. Any questions or concerns were addressed straight a way. Highly recommend. I had my 2008 Range Rover buffed and color retouched and the results WELL EXCEEDED my expectations!! They were able to restore the shine to my little diamond in the rough in only a few hours.. they were very professional, down to earth, family owned and the price was low. I would highly recommend them!

Fantastic service and workmanship! When my go-to body shop couldn't accommodate my 37-ft. motor home for a small but badly-placed fiberglass repair, I had to look elsewhere. Butler's was able to accept the job and they lived up to their advertising and reviews: it looks FANTASTIC, as in, you can't tell there was ever a crack. The paint matching is perfect and the fiberglass work is perfectly smooth to the eye and touch on both external and interior surfaces. The price seemed reasonable to me and they completed it within the promised tine frame, which was rather quickly given the arduous process of a good fiberglass repair job.I don't know if one of the marine places in the area would have been cheaper and after going to Butler's I don't care. Not only is the shop very close by but the staff at Butler's is friendly, efficient and obviously quite skilled. While I hope I don't become a frequent visitor, if I need this kind of work again I know who I'll call first.

The service and care at Butlers is amazing. They truly treat you like family. Everything was taken care of - from getting the rental car, the insurance paperwork, and the wonderful car repairs. I've only ever gone to Butlers and will definitely be back! Great job everyone!

Took a Dodge Ram in that was scratched along the passenger side of truck from front to back (with the exception of rear passenger door). Deep through clear coat needed to be sanded and painted. Dropped off Sunday night 8/10/20 contacted (8/17/20) BUTLERS to check status they said it was all set. Didn t contact me because contact info was lost. Upon inspection of work ONLY rear fender was repaired ($747+) remaining gouge was visibly apparent. Asked why the rest was repaired, Kyle stated two different people did quote and there was a mix up. All would be taken care of, sorry for the mix up. Called me 8/18/20 said everything was done and I could come pick it up. Upon arrival 5 foot deep scratch still visible from 10 feet away. They said it wouldn t BUFF out. No kidding, it was fingernail deep. An additional cost of $797 to repair properly was needed. Not to worry they would waive the cost of buffing. Went to pick up 8/21/20 because surely quality work had been delivered. NO, heavy paint on already satisfactory repaired rear fender and passenger door. As well as NIBS (BUTLERS term) along the side. Whole side needed work AGAIN. Finally picked up 8/26/20 work was satisfactory. Will never go back to BUTLERS, my family had taken multiple vehicles there since 1986. Well I usually meet or need Butlers by accident.Someone sideswiped my suv , and did over $900 worth of damageAlso my bike rack brackets got wedged in the liftgate gap, unbeknownst to me as I lifted the liftgate I dented the roof and did over $1725 damage to it and the liftgate. Ouch!Made arrangements with Butlers to drop it off and Kyle lined up a very nice rental through Hertz.Although it was over $2,500 in damage butlers got my car back to me in record-breaking time 9 days later I'm back in business.Beyond the sensational care and service I recieved , Daniel contacted my adjuster more than once to make sure they were paying for every piece of trim molding and paint.I was kept aware of the status of my vehicle through phone calls emails and even texts. In closing I've got to brag on the finished result. Not only that they blend the paint perfectly. The triple creases on the doors and fenders do not existpoofgonevanishedThe design lines that give our cars character and Flair have been restored to showroom condition. In closing my family has only been coming here since 1997 , I have never had any issues through several vehicles.

Did not like the staff! Took my car in to get rear end damage repaired and they did it in reasonable time. Noticed the shifter was damaged after they had and wasnt an issue before. Also noticed the gas gauge was different from when it was dropped off. Took it back so they could repare that and recoreded the mileage once it was dropped off! They fixed the shifter and called back to pick it up. Looked at the milage on the car and they ended up putting 92 miles on it and noticed the bumber was sticking out still on the car so we took it back again. When I confronted the owner about the bumper he agreed and when I mentioned the mileage he basically called me a liar and that there is way nicer cars they could drive around! Said they couldnt get the small issue done so we had to wait a week and a half to get the bumper fixed and they didnt seem happy with us. Went to pick the car up after hours and they said they would put the key inside but didnt. Insurance sent us here! Would not recommend them to anyone!

Although I have brought 4-5 cars here in the last several years and somehow I never reviewed Butlers.Lets talk about my 2001 Pontiac Aztek. It has some bumps & bruises as it has 187,000 miles on it.Well recently the drivers window quit going up on demand, it worked when it wanted to[ do you have any idea how annoying that is ? ]And the drivers door was out of alignment, as it was rubbing on the front left fender, also someone in our family [ not me ] was backing into the driveway and took off the right side view mirror [ $150 used ]And my hatchback would not shut properly ,causing the chime to go off every time I hit a bump on the road.So I dropped it off at Butlers on Wednesday, they ordered some parts & switches & got it back to me today @ 11:AMBut here is the BONUS Details. When I stepped into it , I thought I was in the wrong car ! !They went the extra mile & detailed the interior and washed the exterior, I glanced at my bill to see what that cost . . .NO CHARGE!So I went in and asked Daniel & Jim...did you detail it?Yes!as they smiled & explained that due to the amount of white dust generated at a Collision Shop, they found it was a great little extra to provide their customers"NICE"The employee's/ staff have a very high level of integrity and have even gone to bat for our family against an insurance company that was playing totaled / not totaled games on a wreck settlementAs the 2009 Sons Cobalt was at 45% of value vs. totaledWell Jim /Roy were my sons advocate & got the car in the plus column /fixable/repairable & brought it back from the grave .The level of service-character-integrity is 2nd to none.Truly one of my favorite service oriented business's in Macomb County

I brought my vehicle here for front and side repair work after reading the good reviews of this place. I brought my car in for the estimate and that went well. Coming from an automotive background, my initial thoughts were "this place seems nice".The owner told me that he'd contact me later that week; once my parts came in. A week and a half later I called and he said that my parts came in earlier in the week and that I can bring my car in.Brought my car in and the owner's son was helpful in getting me to the rental place.I received no updates as to the progress of the repair. I called a week later to have them tell me "it's with the painter, so we don't know." I get a call a couple of days later saying that my vehicle is ready for pickup.I show to pick up my car the following day due to work. I signed the release papers. I was given no walk through of the repairs on paper. I was given no walk through/around my vehicle. I ended up doing all of that myself. While reviewing the repair invoice at the reception desk, I asked if I owe anything (we had agreed that I pay a little out of pocket for some extra work to be done on the front bumper). The receptionist looks at my invoice and says "at least you're honest!" - what's that suppose to mean?! Ignoring that comment, I paid for the extra work.First thing I noticed when inspecting my vehicle was that they painted the smart key door handle button - which should have not been painted. I quick scan the repaired side of the car and I immediately see tool marks on the door pillar where they pried the molding off. Looking down the door, one can see that they didn't care too much about the edges - paint drips and tape edging. Upon further inspection one can see that the fit and finish between the front bumper and fender were off. My side mirror was not assembled all the way. I ended up doing that by myself in their lot. There were more tool marks around the fender as well.Walking around the front end, there were more shoddy paint work around the edges as well as poor fit and finish. Opened the driver door and noticed that the moldings were not pushed in all the way. I ended up adjusting those myself. Closed the door and something sounded loose. I checked to make sure that all of the switches on the driver door worked. All the switches worked. I checked again by opening my door. I noticed that the door ajar light did not come on. Upon further investigation I found that the door ajar switch was not connected and was only placed in the socket. I was annoyed but I kept my calm.I walked back in and one could see that the owner and receptionist were irritated. No one asked me if there was an issue that I needed addressed. I stood there for a couple minutes looking at the receptionist. He finally motioned to the owner to help me. I politely asked them reconnect the door ajar switch for me. While he looked at that I noticed that one of the factory plastic panel clips on my door were replaced with a peel and stick cover. I wasn't too happy with that but I didn't say anything. They brought my car around back and once that was done I quick walked around the car again and then drove off.As soon as I left the lot, I noticed a lot of wind noise coming from the top corner of the driver door. I turned around and brought it right back. The owner's son came out and I told him my concerns. He quick glanced and noticed the poor fit on the corner as well as the poor molding replacement. He took it out and drove it around and brought it back for more adjustment work.I was annoyed but went in calm and with a smile and sat in their waiting area. One could clearly see that the receptionist and owner were annoyed. No one spoke a word to me. No apologies given. Nothing. The full review is on their FaceBook page.I will not be coming back to this place.

They've worked on my car twice now, and each time did stellar work within reasonable time. Communication could use a little improvement, but not the end of the world. They'll be my first call if the need ever arises again.

I was referred to Butler's by a friend of mine who works at Firestone. I needed to get some scratches on my bumper buffed out and some other cosmetic issues fixed. The work took a week. My Jeep looks brand new now and I couldn't be more pleased. They also vacuumed and washed the car for me!Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Had my 2001 Lumina worked on here, tons of damage from a head-on collision, they had it ready within the week as good as new. That kind of turn around is awesome, and everyone there overall just does a very good job and exceeded my expectations.
