The service counter employee was very helpful and didn't mind checking for my warranty on my battery I purchased. These are the people we all need behind the counter and on the phone. Very good atmosphere and experience, I would definitely refer my family and friends to this location.

Store was about to close at 10pm made a call I need a battery the employees stayed open and waited for me to get there. So appreciated that they were very kind and helpful. Thank you employee at Warren store on Groesbeck.

I have tried calling AutoZone 4 times today. I was immediately put on hold with 3 of the calls and the fourth time no one answered the phone. Each time I waited on hold until they disconnected me. My total time on hold is almost an hour. The service was always good at this store. Tell whoever fixed it that it wasn t broken. I will shop at O Reillys, they re right next store.

We are looking for a battery from my friend's car and they sat there and gave us the cheapest price and they were 5 minutes from our house an. DA satyr and installed it within 5 minutes and we're very friendly helpful. Or definitely be doing so much more business with them. I can't remember the guy's name but he was a young guy. And he was very very nice very friendly to my friend and he had her in-and-out in 5 minutes. We will definitely be doing more business with them. I say if you want some a good place to get your car fixed or buy some parts for your car. Forget about the big 3 go to these people they are worth it. And the prices are much much cheaper and the staff is more friendlier

I thought when you buy a battery they can change it for you like the commercial says but it was sprinkling out so he didn't do it I end up doing it myself in the parking lot it took less than 1 minute to do it

Very professional and friendly, young man helped me when I had no idea what to do and what part to get for my car, and he didn't make me feel stupid for not knowing. He actually taught me a few things! I will always come here for my car needs!

Well iv been going there for years all of the sudden they hired a black lady manager and it seems that every white person in the place disappeared and the three times i went there looking for a partthree times they didn't have what i wanted i can see right through a smiling racist EVERYTIME. That place has gone to hell. And Thats my review

Dude is lazy. Told me come in tomorrow even though there s 30 minutes til close. I obviously need it done tonight or I d be on the sofa playing video games. irritating. Very irritating. I ll see you tomorrow for sure dude.

I give this place 5 STARS & 5 THUMBS up, on a scale 1 to 10 10 being the GREATEST I give them a 10! Beautiful customer service, personality off the chart!!!! People like Aromani, Zavii & Billy R the reason place's like Auto Zone STAY n business & REALLY need to be APPRECIATED SO MANY JOBS take their WORKERS 4 GRANTED but no matter what these 3 PUSH to give good service

Store was very well ran and the manager was very knowledgeable. She knew exactly what was wrong with my car, what it needed, what to do and her associate knew the exact part numbers off the top of his head. I believe their names were Geri and Steve(red hair and no hair). I work on a lot of cars in my garage at home. If that's her Store ill bring all my business there from now on. Loved the quick and fast service. Very highly recommend them.

The employee was very helpful. He checked my battery & Alternator to see if they were good or bad. The Battery is Bad, so now I have to buy a new Battery which is $160 abt. It was nice to have an employee that wasn't annoyed they had to checked my car. I'm very grateful & Thank You!

Friendly, knowledgeable service, and pleasantly surprised to see a differently abled employee. He was super knowledgeable about the issue i was having, and even though they didn't have the tool i was looking for, he suggested something else that worked even better that solved the problem perfectly! He shaved so much time off fixing my car, and saved me hundreds of dollars!!! Give him a raise!

I left my battery to be charged here and it was free. Unfortunately it had a dead cell and wasn't purchased there so yada yada yada but Jasmine,the employee that assisted me via telephone was so helpful and she cheerfully assisted me and that made my experience Great!!!!! Jasmine gets 5 stars along with AutoZone for hiring such a great employee with great communication skills. I wanted to tip her but I didn't think that would be appropriate. SHOP AUTOZONE Groesbeck 48066 zip code FOR ALL OF YOUR CAR CARE NEEDS! . Again thanks Jasmine. You just don't know that you made my day!

I used to love this place. All my recent visits find me having to go to another store to get what I need. They never seem to have what I am looking for, and the staff should really be educated on auto parts. This place could definitely benefit from a good inventory manager.

AutoZone my place to go I go on Groesbeck between 12 and Martin I believe there's a guy works there named Willie he will bend over backwards to try to help you and so where everybody else if you need your windshield wipers put on don't put them on that I can't say enough I've been going there for years the prices are right and the people that work there are great
