Don t waste your time with rose city automotive parts, they are very rude especially the manager of the Rose city automotive store his attitude every day if you see him is awful if you buy something and you re not sure on the warranty and you ask the manager what the warranty is his reply to me and outher customers once it goes out the door has nothing to do with us!!what a way to treat your customer base and horribly swear at them with very bad language I know for a fact, AutoZone and O Reillys will get you a lot better price and treat you 100% like a customer and they never swear at you with very bad language including the f word and a lot lot more for a manager to handle himself that way has no business being in a facility to help customers time to make a change Rose city automotive Remember, small towns people talk a lot everyone can make their own assumptions and for the other customers that have seen him witness this they know what I m talking about

There friendly and helpful, if they don't have what you need they will order it it could be there in the next day or so

Good place to get parts however sometimes you can stand in there for a minute or two before getting help has been my experience several times or I would rate five stars. Even if they simply just acknowledge your presence and asked you to politely hold on other than that wonderful place

i stop over there for a windshield blades change and despite my lack of english language communication the manager Ros took good care of me ,this is an example of how business gain people.wish you guys all the best and i think this is for me a good way to say thanks, an excellent review.

On the website it said they dont close until 530 so I drove 26 min to get there for I ordered a part the day before and here at 430 and sign says they are open from 8AM to 4PM Mon thru Friday smh waste of trip at least it's a sunny nice day tho I guess
