The service department at Don Nester dealership is amazing!! I live 2 1/2 hours north and hit a deer while visiting my granddaughter in Roscommon, MI. The tow truck recommended taking it to Don Nesters repair shop. I was told it would take 1-1 1/2 months to get in all the parts. My insurance was not much help in getting me a loaner car for that time period. Even though all his loaners were spoken for, the manager at Don Nester repair stepped up to the plate and gave me a car to use while my car was being fixed. I now have my car and cannot tell where the repairs were done. Thank you so much for taking care of my issue.

I got a break job done on my car. The mechanic did a great job. The employees are awesome they go above and beyond to make sure the customers are comfortable while waiting for auto work done.

Bad experience... Salesmen worked with us in the WAITING AREA as he had customers at his desk.. Manager wasn't willing to work with us on prices.. didn't purchase vehicle from them and won't go back.. not a good experience at all...
