My visit to Southpoint radiator began as a place to get my 41 Plymouth radiator repaired and became a nightmare.The front staff was extremely helpful and polite. we went in to pick the radiator up. The price was higher than expected when we could ve purchased a brand new aluminum cord one for $240. when questioning the price, we asked the office manager in regards to the situation, and the owner came out. Adam Purdy, and basically made a scene out of an issue. That was not a scene. His comments are as follows. Do you know how much my tax get paid an hour? How much do you pay your guys an hour to do your work? If you don t like my price, I will put a hole in your radiator and you can have it back for free. And on top of everything, the repair came back with no guarantee that it was not gonna leak. I would not recommend this company to do any repairs at all. I would find another place to do your business. He was extremely rude and belligerent towards myself and my brother. We were told that the solder job was not capable of being done, and they had to do an Apoxsee repair in my opinion coming from the automotive industry and automotive technology. Industry materials are usually included in the bench repair, not an additional add-on to the bill.

Only place I trust to work on my trucks! This is a third generation family run business. I've been coming here for years. They always do a great job and always save me money too! Any "cry-babys" that complain about the service here should go find a shade tree bum mechanic to get-er-done! (LOL)

Had a 05 T600 lower radiator tube break. Called local Kenworth shop and every other truck shop in Iowa. No One had one or could get one. One guy pointed me towards Southpointe. Called them and they were out of stock. But they said they would make one quick as they can. 6 days later I had part and truck was back to helping with harvest. Great people that went out of there way to help me when I was in a pinch

Owner was extremely rude. Very very condescending. Over charged by a ton of money. And they didn t even fix it correctly. I had to go to a whole other shop to get the job done right. Don t go here. I will NEVER again.

Overpriced.Went there to have an AC line made1- first off they said the guy who makes them lines went out for lunch and we don't know when he is coming back (that was a ridiculous answer) stay away2- they made half of the line and reused the other half from the old line that I gave them and they still charged me for a whole new one. It is a rip off. So disappointing, stay awayMake sure you get what you need before giving them money or go somewhere else, stay away. On top of that customer service is so horrible you don't see any kind of respect as a customer. Absolutely Will NEVER EVER go there again

owner was very condescending, acted like i did'nt know what i was talking about. had my radiator in there 3 - times for same repair area and never did get it right, radiator still leaks ,was not dry rotted or anything should of been simple. where are all the good repair men gone ? everybody tries to do everything insted of one thing right !

Best place to have not only your radiators repaired but all sort of other jobs done ; from A/C to Regen filters, welding etc. Thank you Adam for always being so professional and customer oriented. They are always available and friendly going above and beyond for their customers . Thank you

Great service... Fast turnaround time... dealership was going to take 3 days to even look at my truck... Southpointe got me in the same day and charged 800$$ less then the dealership... they even drove me to the hotel(two hotels really the first one was run down) where I stayed while the work was getting done...then my truck got stuck in the mud hooking back up to my trailer and Southpointe towed me out saving me a 500$$ tow bill... this place goes above and beyond for their customers...

Find someplace else to go. Had an appointment in advance to drop off a semi to have the air conditioner fixed. Arrived and are scheduled date and they did not even have it listed on their jobs to be done. Their response was oh well we will get to it when we get to it but we can't promise anything. I gave it one star so we could leave a review but I don't think they deserve that. Very unorganized operation.

Beyond rude and unprofessional as it gets. I will never take anything to them again. After I took a power unit for A/C problems to them, they never kept in touch and when I called to inquire about it, the rude and condescending behavior began. There was no argument and there was no disagreement about anything. They just don't know how to talk to people. I finally went to Kool Radiator in Taylor and glad that I did. Stay away from Southpointe. You've been warned.

I should have read the reviews!Had to pay 136.00 for a hose they did not clock rt! Do not give them any business!And they painted a new line!++

do not buy from these people ,,,terrible customer service, I purchased a surge tank from them and it arrived damaged,, now I am supposed to run all over savannah ga and try to get it fixed or wait seven days for the damaged one to ship back and a new one to ship to me, why not overnight me a new one and have the shipper pick up the damaged one upon delivery

I agree they are rude . And they overchargeThey charge me 525 $ just to delete back AC and fix my AC but the AC stops to work after 2 days again. When i call back arrogant and rude responce

i didn't find anywhere lower coolant tubes for my old school 1994 Western Star 4964, and when i called Southpointe Radiator, Adam helped me to find what I need. Very happy, Thanks Adam.
