Had a nail in my fairly new tire and they fixed it with a plug. And that was pretty ineffective. It has been slowly leaking air since day 1 and after day 10 or so...the leak got so bad that I needed to put air daily as I was losing about 20+ psi each night. I ordered and paid for a tire online through belle tire. And when I got there, they removed the plug and fixed it with a patch. And that was all free. And refunded me the order that I paid online.I am giving Moe 4 stars as I was pleased with their kindness. But the work was bad.

Moe sat down with me and explained what the problem was with my car. He was so patient. The staff was knowledgeable and professional. They also took the time to explain what they were going to do and charged a fair price.Moe's Auto and Tire has a new customer. I'll be coming here in the future. No more dealership. Yay!

I received Great service from Moe s Auto & Tire when I had my Chrysler 200 towed into the shop. I was updated in a timely manner as to what was wrong with my vehicle and it was repaired the next day. Excellent service and they don t charge ridiculous prices.

I only rate 4 stars because it was my first time using the shop, but I m 100% sure they are a 5 star location.They replaced two burned out hub bearings on my Ford Edge, good pricing, I ll use them again for two struts that need to be replaced.

Took my grandaughter to a meeting in Romulus and I received a warning that my tire pressure was extremely low. Saw that there was a screw in the tire. Fearing my 20 mile drive home I googled a nearby shop. Moe was happy to take a look and fix it for me. So thankful he was so close and eager to help me!! I would highly recommend him!!! Thank you!!!

Had a screw puncture my tire unknown to me, it was a lovely surprise after getting back from vacation and trying to get out of the Detroit airport car garage. After waiting over 3+ Hours and paying $200 for a towing company to put my spare tire on, we drove the short distance to the shop and they had it patched in 15min and we were off. Thanks for the quick and inexpensive service.

I was given their name by a friend who spoke highly of Moe repair shop over a year ago. I ve had brakes, radiator problems and oil changes done thus far and won t take my car anywhere else. Mo is awesome he is very honest and trusting always does exactly what we ask. Also owns the oil change shop across the street and those young men are always so polite and knowledgeable! Keep it up mo!

I was in Detroit on a work trip and heading home with over a 4 hour drive ahead of me when the check brake system popped up on my dashboard suddenly. I have a 2022 bronco with only 14k miles on it, didn t make sense that I d be experiencing issues with the brake system this soon. Obviously I was nervous to drive that far with this alert so I must ve called 6 or 7 ford dealerships in the area, none of which had any availability at all to take a look at it quickly to determine if maybe it s just a faulty sensor or an actual issue (which I totally understand last minute car issues are tough to fit in). Moes was only 4 minutes from where I was pulled over and when I called the guy I spoke to was so nice, offered to check it out for me. He ran through the whole system and it didn t appear there was any actual mechanical problem. I was so grateful for him taking the few minutes to check it out so I could get back home. Seems like most is pretty good overall and I appreciate them being local in my area. At times I feel like they may not totally care as much as you do about your car or whatever you're doing but I think they have good intentions. If you know more specifics about what is going on it would be good to tell them specifically what to look at because they're troubleshooting skills may not be the best at times. Also just make sure you double check things as human ears can always occur but they are really great if you see something that should have been corrected and they correct it with no extra charge.

Went to Moe s and they changed a blown tire for us. There was a mistake with the payment and we overpaid $100 with cash so there was technically no trail for the money. Realized it a few days later and went back up to talk to them about the overpayment. They were honest about it, said that they were $100 over the day we had our tire changed, and refunded us the $100. It s hard to find a good, honest mechanic shop, but Moe s definitely is one. They deserve your business.

The guys here were busy and working hard but took time to reattach my shield underneath my car that the snow storm damaged. Thanks guys. I'll be back for new tires when needed. Hopefully you have great prices for Continentals.

Best place in 50 mile radius always honest always inform you of what's going on super friendly worked on 3 or more of my cars in the past 5 years . Would not recommend anybody else God willing

I came to Michigan from Ohio and my car wouldn t start. I chose to come to Moes because of their reviews and I was not disappointed! The customer service was great, they were friendly, and topped off my oil for me since they knew I was driving back!

I have been to Moe's a few times for little things. One time for a flat that they filled for nothing, another time they told me what error my check engine light was giving, yet another time the oil change place could not get my hood to close-but Moe's could! Cost me nothing, and I appreciate it so much! This last time they got my car in the same day for new tires. Sure they had them in stock but they were busy and didn't need to help me that day. They are my go to when something is going on with my car.

Great auto shop in Romulus. I went into Moe s because my car was making loud whirring noises to the point it was no longer pleasant to drive. They diagnosed the issue quickly as the front left wheel bearing and had my car fixed by the afternoon the same day. The noise is gone and my car is functioning great again

My favorite shop and some of the BEST mechanics out there. They are very reasonable and have never taken advantage of me as a woman. They are very pleasant and easy to work with. They always fit me in and get me out as quick as possible. They always take very good care of me I don t trust anyone else! Lol check them out if you are in the area!

Needed to get a headlight changed in a Malibu, if you know anyone who has one you might know what a pain to change them are. Was recommend by a friend. Called for estimate. It was half price of what I was told from the dealership. I pulled in to an extremely full parking lot. The owner I believe takes my keys and has me in and out within an hour! Bonus listening to others in waiting room can sometimes makes you feel better when your nerves are worried about trying a new auto repair (especially being a women who doesn't know anything about cars) Every customer in there were repeat customers who all were talking great about the place.I was so happy with my experience, I told my mom, who then told my uncle when he needed a headlight replaced. He too had an excellent experience. Highly recommend.

Friend hit a bad pothole with his car, almost blew out the tire. Since it's a more rare tire it was hard to find a replacement in stock.These guys called around got a tire in within a couple hours and changed the tire out in about 20 to 30 minutes.Appreciate the customer service to help us get back home hours away from home. Wonderful work.

Prior to taking my vehicle to Moe's Auto I had dropped my 2002 Nissan Xterra off at Henry's Auto Service on Wayne Road in Wayne on April 10th in the morning because it was hesitating when I would hit the gas pedal. It was doing this for about 3 weeks and getting worse and more frequent. I was afraid that if I tried to make a left turn and it hesitated like this I could get in an accident. That afternoon they called and told me that it's a transmission problem and they do not do transmission work so I have to take it somewhere else. I asked them if they checked the transmission fluid and they said they did. I picked the car up the next day and took it up to Moe's Auto Service because they had worked oon my car about a month prior on something totally different. Moe called me back the same day and told me that I had a small dripping of tansmission fluid and I was about two and a half quarts low on transmission fluid. Imagine how shocked I was because Henry's had told me they checked the transmission fluid, which obviously they did not do. Moe told me that he would fix the dripping but he could not guarantee that it would be a permanent fix. I agreed for him to do the work it was only $150 and I have been driving my car ever since and it is running perfect it actually has a lot more pep than it has had in a while. The day that he said he was going to repair the dripping Moe told me that he would test drive it first and then I would test drive it and see if it runs good. Moe called me the day it was repaired and he told me that he did drive it and did seem a lot better than it was it wasn't hesitating as much but he still wanted me to test drive it and see. Moe did explain to me that if this did not work I would probably need a used transmission and it would run $2,300 parts and labor. About a month or more before this I took my car to Moe's because I was driving it and I lost my power steering my brakes and gas pedal did not work. I took it to Moe's and he called me the same day and told me that I need a new timing belt. He had it done within 2 days and it worked excellent. The thing that I like the most about Moe's is they always treat me with respect. I'm a 71-year-old lady and I really appreciated that they were honest with me they did not BS me like Henry's and other shops have done and they get back to me on everything and ask before they do any work. All the workers are very respectful. I highly recommend them for everybody they are very honest and their prices are affordable. And they are open more days than many other Auto Service shops are and have more workers in their shop than most.

I would recommend this place to anyone. Everyone I dealt with was courteous and willing to answer my questions. The repairs to my car, although extensive, were made timely (although there was a delay in obtaining bushings - my car is an import). The folks there went out of their way to make me comfortable, offering coffee, bottled water, etc. The gentleman I dealt with (the owner?) made me feel like I and my car were in capable hands. And, in light of all the work that was performed on my car, the price was a fair one. We are lucky to have this business here in Romulus.

They are always nice, professional, quick, and precise. I went there twice for 3 tires. Moses is the man. He is always friendly and gives great advice on tires. I recommend this place to anyone.

I love this auto shop, honest and friendly and great prices. Didn't try ripping me off because I'm a woman either. They replaced my alternator belt and my starter when they went out this winter and had the best prices on the fixes when I called around and local too. I'd recommend this auto shop to anyone looking for fair and honest pricing. They also went out of their way and did a little extra like clean my headlights check my fluid make sure my battery was charged. Very friendly and fast service no loop holes or half ass fixing or rigging. Employees are fast, friendly and professional.
