I got to say sketchy at sales the reviews were pretty spot on at this location. They'll get you a finance and wont tell you under whom until you agree finance. Major red flag. Wont let you inspect truck unless financed. Will keep you waiting for a week only to tell you its sold last minute. Truck is still posted up for sale days later. If you value your time you know better

I had a truck Serviced here, I would like to give recognition to a guy in the shop, he really went above and beyond, I can't remember his name but he was bald with a zz top beard, please don't be offended, I'm bald myself just wanting to give some credit to him thank you for getting me fixed up and running.

If I could give zero stars I would. Do not buy a truck here. Specifically from Kirk. We called a month ago about a truck. Took two days to get someone to call us back only to be told someone put a deposit on the truck. Then we selected a different truck and it took two weeks of waiting on return calls for us to get someone to even put eyes on the truck and let us know what kind of shape it was in. From there we decided to purchase that truck and it took several more days to agree on a price. Four days later the truck was moved to here from another location where it was discovered someone had removed the headache rack that was on the truck and gave it to someone else. Took four more days to get financing taken care of and they tried to rip us off for 3 points over what the bank offered. Then it took another week for the paperwork to be sent for signing. Where they changed banks again on us in an effort to again gouge 3 addition points of interest from us. Also the listing stated all disc brakes and only the front brakes are disc and we discovered that. Not the salesman Kirk who assured us he d looked at it to confirm. All told it was over a month from first phone contact to taking delivery of our truck. This is at most a one day process. Company credit is outstanding. We had cash down. I would not send my worst enemy to buy from these clowns. How one of the largest dealers is in the country can t get their stuff together is beyond me. Do not frequent these folks. Or at the very least secure your own financing before dealing with them so they don t rip you off and take their sweet time. And under no circumstances deal with Kirk. He s awful. Worst ever.

Avoid this location! I went in for a simple oil change and they kept my truck in for more than 24 hours only to call me and say they re short staffed and didn t do anything!

Terrible experience at this location. They held my truck for 22 days for simple fix under warranty (power divider leak) their excuses the did not get paid by another supplier (what this have to do with me?) I got the warranty through M&K. I lost my dedicated lane and the driver as well. I would not recommend this location to anyone! And the truck is not released until this moment.

I took my volvo dump truck in for dot. told them I need it back in weeks because the plate was expiring. They had it for month and half. When I got it back air bag was leaking and they want to charge me 190 dollar service charge to fix it. I'm not very happy!

Faulty Battery ComplainI recently purchased 4 new batteries from your store and was extremely disappointed with their performance. From the first start, I encountered issues and despite my attempts to charge them for a couple of days, nothing improved.Today, when I visited your store for assistance, I was informed that I would need to pay for a battery test to determine which one was faulty. This is unacceptable and I am disappointed with my experience so far.Selling faulty products is not only a bad representation of your brand but also a huge inconvenience for customers like myself. I would expect a store that sells batteries to have a service representative available at all times to assist with any issues.I hope that you can take my feedback into consideration and improve your customer service.Sincerely, Costumer.

They got me in same day. That was better than any other. Steer tire was leaking oil on outside of wheel. I told mechanic I had replaced wheel seal and the rubber fill plug 2 days prior in an attempt to fix but was still leaking. They put another wheel seal in @$185 hr. After 150 mi the wheel was now leaking worse. Called my local mechanic and he told me to replace the cap on outside of hub. I stopped in LaCrosse, WI and did that...problem solved. When I returned to Romulus, mi the manager, myself and the mechanic had a civilized conversation about what had happened and it seemed obvious they had misdiagnosed my problem. I was then told " it's like pulling teeth getting a refund around here" so next time your in the area maybe you need a DOT inspection or something like that "Come see me and I'll hook you up" how could anyone treat a customer like this and even begin to think that customer might ever return. Management in Romulus needs to do better. I could never go back.

They offered me great prompt service.I was in a bind with a 5th wheel problem, that prevented coupling. And I had left my trailer unattended at the Belleville rest area.They expedited the service, finding a bent cotter pin, gumming up the locking jaws, and quickly had me back on the road in a few hours, rather than a few days.Also, the driver lounge upstairs had a TV, recliners, clean restroom, and even a shower!Also, items in vending machine were priced very low!!!Bill from Koch and Sons Trucking, offers highest compliments to the M&K Truck Center in Romulus, MI.

Been here since 1:00 13:00 and they took me truck in the shop at 1:30 13:30 to work on I got my truck back at 6:00 18:00 for a 5th wheel problem if your coming to this spot to get work done go to a mom and pop it well be a whole lot faster they don't bother to call you once your truck is completed my name is Isaac Rivas

You don't always get the parts department Department... when you call .... the person taking the calls is not always up to speed on current inventory... Third-party answering...... so if you're driving far the pickup parts make sure you talk to someone at the location ..

I owe both the techs & Ben the manager this apology for accusing them of not doing the work I requested when in fact they did the work & so well that I couldn't even tell they had done it! Very horrifying experience thus far. My trucking company is on the verge of going out of Buisness before it truly began. Don t recommend first time truck buyer to purchase their truck from them. Also my truck has been in there shop for nearly three weeks, work on my has yet to begin due to a slew of problematic delay s from this dealership and the warranty company they ultilize. WARNING!!!!! Look elsewhere.

They refused to trade my truck because it runs on gas while their used trucks are 100%overpriced compering to for sale by owner, even though I was consent to pay full price for their truck in order to trade in mine. Very unprofessional

I had my brand new Volvo in for after treatment service and they were great, got me in and out in no time and fixed other things under warranty while they were at it! Bad service, super slow , never respect their customers, truck there for 5 days to do a PM and tune up, after they put truck in shop they kept saying power is down, for 2 days. I lost a week and they sent me a bill price is triple.Got there to pay, and I'm here for one hour to print my invoice, and still not printed yet.Still waiting while I already booked a load.I really hate this place and my advice to all not to come to this facility.

Most garbage dealership you can take a Volvo to for any kind of work. They charge you double what any other mechanic would charge you by the end of it all, and they take such a ridiculously long time to finish their work. Not to mention they've done incomplete work before, and also additional work which I later found out wasn't necessary.I'm not gonna get into details as I would be going on and on in an essay and I don't have the energy to waste my breath on this crooked place.Just be smart, unlike myself, and avoid this place like the plague!

Change your hours of business online! When working in this business punctually is key! Again if your hours of business on Saturday is closing at 3:30 why shut down at 2:30?? At least let the public know the exact hours of business! Unacceptable this is amateur hour! It doesn t take much to update your website/ google advertisement and change the business hours outside of your facility all the signs that clearly saids closing at 3:30 on Saturdays should mean you close at 3:30 not 2:30..

Needed some parts for my trailer they were on 8 week back order Matt was able to be in constant communication with me and track the parts down with in 2 days i was on the road so he sat the parts aside for me my wife had to pick them up David was nice enough to carry them out for her and load them which was greatly appreciated

Was on hold for 15min after getting in contact with actual person in total 20min wasted trying to figure out if they even sell a relay, couldn't even ask the question. Bought from someone else now. Wouldnt buy from here, u can't even get in contact with staff to even begin a conversation
