My name is Ernie, I was having an issue with my used Challenger car lift that I just purchased. It just wouldn t come down all the way. So I reached out to the Guys over at Dow Equipment Service and after about 3 phone call sessions an about 10 text messages, they were able to help me resolve my issues. They could have simply told me what their service call costed and left it at that. But that s not the type of company this is. They were genuinely concerned about me getting my lift back working and working safely. They invested quite a bit of time to help me at no charge at all. I will always recommend Donnie and the guys over at Dow Equipment Services for any all your lift, compressor, and lubrication equipment needs. They left me with a huge smile on face. Thanks guys.

I purchased a Quickjack lift system which they assembled and delivered for me. After a couple months I had an air leak in the system and the owner personally provided specific information so I could troubleshoot It and find the source of the problem. I will take advantage of their service once the new parts arrive so that the unit can be set up to properly function.
