I would recommend this place to everyone. They are reliable and the price is very fair. He told me my car will not leave here til he knew it was safe to drive. Definitely going back if I need more work done.

Can't say enough about the service at Clark's Car Center. My son recently needed help with his stalled car and I called Clark's looking for help as I found they were closest auto shop. (4 miles from stalled car) Doug answered and immediately offered to help. He went out of his way to respond asap and get my son on his way as quickly as possible. Doug was so friendly and made sure my son was all set. He went out of his way to help my son and didn't even charge us! Thank You Doug for your help and kindness!!

4 hours from home, car started overheating and spewing coolant. Thought this was going to be a nightmare. I can't say enough about how good the service was here. Friendly, helpful, and I was actually pleasantly surprised at the bill. We went to a bar down the road and ordered burgers, they had our car done before the burgers were done.Service: Engine repair

If we could give ten stars for the Best that Exists, we surely would, You will not find a better or more honest person and Mr. Clark is it,, We have been coming to him a very long time since we have moved to Romulus and will continue as long as God gives us Breath in our bodies,, Amen.. I am beyond pleased with this place. I m a 26 year old female always fearing I ll get overcharged for something and not only are these people honest they found the root problem with my car that TWO other auto shops did not . This place is an hour away from my house cause i got stranded out that way and I m glad because this will now be my forever auto shop .

Absoluty the BEST place in town for your auto repair needs. Had to take my Cadillac in last week for repairs. The gentlemen there are awesome. They are HONEST and trust worthy. I was impressed with the service and the price. They will have me for any future issues I may have with my car. Doug was very information and polite. I was lucky to find them. I've now had two awesome experiences with Clark's!-About a year ago I had major issues with my car and a local dealership quoted me for over $800 to fix the problem! I had a feeling they were inflating the cost so I consulted with Chris at Clark's and he completed the repairs while saving me almost $400!! Not to mention he didn't make me feel like an idiot through the process.-My second experience was just a day ago. Doug quickly assessed my issue and repaired it within 2 hours!Clark's is a reliable, no-nonsense shop that will help you understand what the problem is and then repair it without breaking the bank! They are our go-to for repairs.Service: Engine repair

I recently bought a vehicle and I have a baby so I took my vehicle to Doug Clark and he was awesome. If I ever take a vehicle to a shop I usually get talked down to and walked all over because I am a woman. Doug NEVER made me feel stupid or anything. He took my vehicle for a ride and helped fix what was needed to make sure my new vehicle is safe for my baby and little family. His prices were manageable and his expertise was phenomenal. My dad has now taken his vehicle there to be fixed and he had the exact same great experience. All of their employees are very kind and they make you feel welcomed. Thank you again Doug and employees for making me feel safe in our vehicle. It is hands down the absolute best repair shop I have ever taken a vehicle too. Fast, friendly, affordable, efficient and most importantly honest and fair! I live 45 mins away and may even consider the drive for all of my fleet vehicles to only be repaired only by Clark's for now on!

Doug is the best mechanic ever he had me going as fast as humanly possible even after the auto parts stores goof up. He's also worked on all three of my daughter's vehicles and they swear up & down that he's the best mechanic around town too. Thanks Doug!

If you want honesty and truth, this is your mechanic. Doug has been a mechanic to all of our vehicles from the oldest to the newest. Never deceitful and very reasonable. Reliable work and a kind guy.

Just moved to the area and found this gem to fix my son's car. Honest guys and they came to rescue us on the side of the road. I found my new car repair shop. Highly recommend. Took one day to locate and switch out a bad frame. Thanks Doug and your whole team. We will be back.

I have been to Clark's on several occasions . Each time I was treated with respect and in a very quick time frame . Prices are outstanding and fair . Good work, knowledgeable, and kind . Would recommend to anyone who wants to get a reasonable price and a knowledgeable mechanic. My dad trusts Clark's so I now have built trust with them . I will no longer take my car anywhere else .

Clark Auto, Doug the owner is my chosen auto mechanic due to reliable and honest service. I had a flex pipe installed because my car was loud. The cost was right when i compared it to another auto shop. I trust Doug service. Thanks

My truck was about to break down on my way back to the west side of the state & Doug got us in even though it was after hours. The service was great & he got us rolling quick! I would definitely recommend him.
