Great experience with Zack at the Romulus Autozone location. There was no wait for service, he was very knowledgeable and clearly explained the different part options available for my model of car without any pressuring me to choose the more expensive one. He was friendly and efficient and came outside in the freezing cold to help me figure out exactly what I needed and explain what to do without making me feel dumb. Excellent service.

I had a battery issue in my car and jumped to the store, I had a jump starter but it didn't work through.Zack H. he was so helpful for getting my car started, did everything for me and I believe these type of people should always be honored by their employees & companies.I really much appreciated to him.Thanks so much.Unbelievable..Bulent Ugurlu

I was met at the counter by Brian johnson. He was very polite and helpful. He was very knowledgeable about the problem that I had with my Ford escape. He followed me to my car to make sure that I was getting the proper part. Thank you AutoZone

Very helpful on explaining that this was not the original O.E.M. Part for the car but it was the Original Engine Design part so basically the same thing but different price a whole lot cheaper

Bryan was very friendly and professional in helping me choose a high quality wiper blade after I had a problem with the adapter on my current set. He allowed me to open up the package and look at the hardware. Then, he came outside and installed them, unprompted. 5 star service.

I have nothing but Great things to say about this store, Brian is so professional when I have to come in, he always goes the extra mile to make me feel like I m not just a woman who doesn t know anything. (Which I don t) His personality is awesome. Explains things to me, and helps me with all my needs.Management should be very proud to have the staff they do. Because without them and the positive attitudes it would just be another store. That is what makes going there even better.Thanks again Brian for all your help. Stopped by on Sept. 4th., labor day weekend. I had bought windshield wipers at another store and had planned to install myself. You know it, I purchased the wrong wipers. Had already taken one off and it started to sprinkle. Brandi saved the day ! She offered to come out and put on the wipers I purchased. Not the right wipers. Went back in , purchased a single wiper and Brandi installed the new wiper. Brandi had a great sense of humor, put a smile on my face. Excellent customer service ! Will recommend store anytime. PEACE

The two managers are always so grumpy, very unfortunate. I managed the store briefly and happened to stop in said hi to one of my managers and she just looked at me and said what do you want and I said do you recognize me and she said yeah can I help you? If that doesn't give you an impression I'm not going any further

I had a really good experience. Went to get wiper blades and tammy put them on for me and was seriously so kind and caring. Its so nice to meet people like that. She made our day.

The associates at this store are always friendly and helpful. My last visit a few weeks ago left me smiling as usual. James R. was my salesman. I needed a locking gas cap. Not sure which of us enjoyed the encounter more.

This location is cool.Always friendly and they acknowledge their customers even when busy with another -- just to let you know that KNOW that you're there.I appreciate good customer service... it's REALLY rare these days.Helpful, knowledgeable of all products and have never given me info I couldn't use.Thanks a lot.

The staff is efficient and quick! I love Brandi regardless of what other people think!! she is great!! Tami Brian and James are incredible as well !! Keep up the good work Autozone! Keep these customers firing on all cylinders

Great location. But not happy with the customer service. When I go in to buy a windshield wiper blade, ask if it can also be installed, the first comment out of the register guys mouth was, in the snow? When it was barely snowing. Well to begin with, sorry I waited until it wasn t a sunny day and also Atleast talk about my inconvenience to request your services during unfavorable weather. But then forHim to say he didn t know how to install that brand. It seemed he still expected me to purchase it, but if he had no knowledge to install it, why would he think I would still buy it if I can t install it either???!!!So I took my money to a different Autozone at 2249 canton center rd, canton, Michigan and a nice young man named Chase quickly and gratefully installed the one wiper blade I needed for me in about 10 seconds. That s the difference between good customer service and bad customer service.

Totally thought my battery was completely fried, the worker James came out ran my battery it was perfectly fine and he checked my alternator as well and it was perfect so it was awesome news good people great manners

Whoever the lady is who works at 9:30am on Fridays is super rude. Came in just to test my engine light and she rudely stated that they couldn t because it was raining outside, even though you have to be inside the car to do a diagnostic test on a vehicle for a check engine light. Even though all she had to do was give me the tester to test it myself so I could head back inside for her to tell me the problem. Called another autozone and was helped with NO problem regardless of the rain. Definitely won t be returning. Worst staff.

They have the supplies. The area is clean and safe...I would have gave it 5 stars but it's always a line as if they could use a little more help to assist both customers at the cash register and on the floor searching for items.

Clean store. But the kid that helped us answered his cell phone multiple times while helping us. You dont answer your phone while helping a customer that is so unprofessional. And then with being unprofessional with answering his phone he then complained about the phone call to us. Not only complaining about it but using unprofessional language. Ive been customer service for years and never would i ever do such a thing. The way he acted to us makes us not want to come back.

The staff here goes beyond what we are accustomed to in personal service in these days.Was like stepping back in time when people actually used to have pride in what they did love this store.
