I had my windshield replaced on my GMC Sierra 1500. You can't tell it was replaced. They did take some time calibrating my forward camera. My truck wasn't completing the sequence. They found a GM bulletin and was able to complete the calibration. I wouldn't hesitate using them again.

Had window regulator replaced year apart from each other. When confronted with problems turned into a argument on more then one occasion. Still dealing with cheap parts installed and broken door hardware. Would not recommend supporting this business. 800$ spent on garbage parts

I had a rear window replaced on my truck as well as work done on my truck bed side rail caps.What I really liked about this business is their willingness to do what it took to get the job done when it wasn t a straightforward job, and their price for doing so was very fair. I couldn t ask for more.They are a very upstanding business which I would highly recommend for glass work and vehicle accessories.

This place is trash. I wouldn t recommend this place to anyone. All I needed was a simple front windshield fixed and they couldn t even do that right. I noticed a huge scratch before even leaving this business. They told me an hour wait was expected. Took almost two hours. Didn t have time for them to polish it out so scheduled an appointment two days later to come back and get it finished. Came back that two days later and he (the owner) said it would only take 30 minutes. I waited an hour and ten minutes today and they returned my car with a visible scratch. Let me remind you I was dealing with the owner (what a joke). He told me if he had more time he could get it out didn t offer anything for the inconvenience after he found out I lived over 30 minutes from the stupid shop and it would ve been the third time coming to this buisness. Great work, they go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. Had my windows tinted and a radio installed. They turned out great!

Romeo glass did a very good job replacing my front windshield. The job was completed ahead of schedule. I will definitely use this company again, especially living in Michigan.

Wonderful customer service! I was able to drop my vehicle off the night before and pick it up the next day once the windshield replacement was complete. The key drop box is very convenient. They did a great job. My only complaint was that they tinted my "cyclops" brake light. It still works, though.

Replaced my windshield and helped me file the insurance claim. Very friendly. I was considering another place closer, but they were not as responsive. It was worth the drive.

I've been to Romeo Auto Glass & Accessories a couple times now. The first two times were for replacing the windshield on our vehicles and the third was to add some tinting to my Jeep's tail lights. These guys do great work and always are good about communicating with their customers. What more could you ask for? Great place, I highly recommend!

Drove 45mins because of a referral from a friend.I had to get my windshield fixed and I'm so glad I made the drive. The counter person was super nice and offered me a glass of water while I waited. She also entertained my terrible attempt at small talk.All and all, the prices were fair, the work was completed quickly, and they have sofa's to relax on while you wait.This is a 5 star business in my opinion.

The place is great! Needed my windshield replaced ASAP. They were able to get it done the same day in the middle of a pandemic. Went shopping around for prices and they were very comparable. Would highly recommend! The lady behind the counter was very friendly.

They literally will call you to fight with you on the phone over a miss communication. Don't think just because your first in the books with being told it will be done in the am that it will not be done by than.

I brought my 2013 silverado to Rich this past Saturday to have a remote start, alarm system and step bars installed. My truck was done ahead of schedule and looked great. I was very satisfied with the service and will definitely use them again the future!

Excellent service. Needed a new windshield. My insurance agent arranged it. Romeo Glass called me within 20 minutes with an appointment time. First rate service. Even waived $100 of my deductible.

I am very impressed with Romeo Auto Glasses staff, as they went WAY out of their way to make sure that U Haul honored the promotion that they had offered me. It saved me a lot of money. They treated me with respect and took the time to make the necessary calls to straighten out the situation. Great People and Excellent Service!

I was told when I picked my car up from getting the windows tinted that any bubbles would bake out in the sun, and if the didn't to bring the car back and they would fix it with in the first 7-10 days. I brought my car back to them A week later and was told unfortunately there is nothing I can do to fix it. So I had to take it somewhere else and pay again to have it done correctly!! Stay away!! Horrible customer service!!!

Three trips to install a simple remote?1st trip - owner showed up sooo late to work that I had to reschedule the quoted 1.5 hour job.2nd trip - shop opened late again. After 2 hours, they advised me they did not have the proper part for the job.Ken at Romeo Auto Glass stated they would procure the part, have it by the following morning and installation would only take 15 minutes to complete with the work they accomplished on the vehicle today.3rd trip - one employee showed up on time. The owner showed up about an hour late. The quoted 15 minute job took 3 hours.After 3 trips, 60 miles and waiting a total of 5 hours, I have a remote.Hate to see what it's going to take if repairs are needed.

Took my 1994 f150 there had many people reject me due to rust and they took it right in and had it done by the time i was done eating my lunch at subway across the street highly recommended no complaints great service and fair prices cant get any better.

I WOULD NOT ever do business with this company again. Firstly, I bought a remote start for my girlfriend. I was going to suprise her for her birthday. I scheduled an appointment well in advance to make sure that I could be the first appointment. I decided to tell my gf that I would need her car because I was going to rotate her tires and get her oil changed. Keep in mind, when scheduling an appointment with this company they ask you ahead of time what type of vehicle you have. I had dropped her car off at 8:30am. I called around noon, wasn't done...called again around 2pm, wasn't done. They called me around 5pm stating that they did not have the module to install the remote start and that I would have to reschedule. Why do you ask in advance what type of car I am bringing in, and then you do not have the module to install the remote start? So, no suprise for my girlfriend.Secondly, my girlfriend decided to "return" the favor, and she bought me a remote start from the same place. I was like, nooooooo! So, I scheduled my appointment a week in advance for a Saturday morning. I get a call Friday saying that they did not have the remote starters in and would have to reschedule. I simply stated that I already had the remote starter kit because it was purchased as a gift. They then replied stating that they were behind and someone called in sick. I was like okay, no big deal. So, I rescheduled for the following Saturday at 8:30pm (when they open). I was there at 8:20, no one showed up until about 8:45am. How do you run a business if you can't even be there on time? I had someone pick me up so that I did not have to wait around. I got picked up around 9:00am, the company had not started on anyone's vehicle. They were talking and drinking their coffees. I get a call that my vehicle is all set and ready for pick up. I go there to pick up my vehicle, try out the remote start...car is dead. My ride had left and had to go home to grab jumper cables to jump my battery. I noticed that near my steering column, the plastic had been damaged as if they had broken one of the clips. I believe this is wear they install the electronic portion. Anyways, I have had enough of this company. NEVER EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY!
