Literally loved this place for years and it took me sometime to even post this cause I feel bad that they didn t care enough to reach out. We would even get them themPizza when working on our cars as an extra thank you!We brought our vehicle in and paid $ up front for the work they had our car for 5 months we had to literally rent another vehicle they never responded to our calls when we would call on our vehicle. When we finally got it back 5 months later the whole car was infested with mice droppings and nests they tore apart all the foam in our seats and kids car seats the car was literally disgusting and the work that was done was thrown together . We reached out and they didn t respond and we even sent them a certified letter to give them a chance to respond to us b4 I posted on here and yet no response from them! Completely unprofessional and heartbreaking since we have always used them for years. I hope no one ever had the experience that we have had to deal with.

Every time I go to expert auto i'm treated with the courtesy and respect. Believe me when I say if you need your car fixed and want people to explain to you exactly what is happening. This is the place. Christina is always friendly. And steve is very knowledgeable about his profession and all the different types of automobiles made.

LIARS!!! ABSOLUTE LIARS!!! DO NOT TRUST ONE WORD OUT OF KRISTINA'S MOUTH!!! I IMPLORE ANYONE READING THIS TO TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!! I have disturbing texts from Steve, the owner... 2 days before Christmas, I have recorded conversations with Kristina that prove that she was boldface lying to me while my vehicle sat untouched in the parking lot for 5 weeks! I have documentation regarding my daughter's vehicle and how long it sat untouched in the lot while texts, phone calls and messages all went unanswered, or worse yet... answered with one lie after another! I have recorded conversation with Kristina claiming work performed on my daughter's vehicle in an attempt to repair the problem, only to have Steve unknowingly admit that work had not been performed... And at his BEGGING to please complete the repairs on the car, I reluctantly allowed it. ALL DOCUMENTED! I would have just taken my vehicle elsewhere, been done with it until I received that disturbing text message from Steve the owner! Completely unprofessional! Now I am considering legal action.

I took my car here to get lowering springs installed, and the people over at expert automotive did a phenomenal job on my car. They were quick and took great care of it. Very friendly and honest mechanic. Received a fair assessment of the condition of my vehicle and a good deal on a set of tires. Christina was very welcoming and explained my options. Steve took the time to introduce himself and then provided a detailed summary of what he found and what I might expect in the future repairs. My first visit - will not be my last. I can t say enough wonderful things about this company! My brother had his engine replaced via Expert Automotive. The patience, professionalism, kindness that Christina displayed cannot be easily duplicated! Took my truck to a local dealership since they could get be in same day as I was leaking radiator fluid. While it was in for that repair, the dealership inspected my truck and found my front axle at the front differential was bad and need replacement for $4,200. Went to Expert Auto for second opinion and he just replaced the broken parts instead of full replacement of whole front differential and only cost me $580!!! Very reliable and honest repair shop!Services: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance

This place is great!! I would recommend it to anyone to take their vehicle to. I was having a major issue with my 2014 Impala as in I had no powering steering and my service stabiltrak was also on. Turns out I had a bad left rear wheel bearing. Steve found out what the issue was and, took care of it for me the same day. I picked my car up this morning and I have my power steering back! Both him and, Christina at the front desk are great and very friendly. I will definitely be bringing my car back here in the future. The place is just wonderful!! I can t say enough good things about it!! Thanks once again Steve!!

my boy steve is the best mechanic in town knows his stuff. 110% honest. he will straight up tell you everything that you may need in the future to get done with your car. very great pricing. very understanding. overall he's the man to go to if you have any problems with your vehicle

Hands Down not only the BEST in Town they are the BEST in Michigan! I live an hour away and make it a point to have Cristina & Steve handle ALL and ANY of my car problems or maintenance issues!Give them a chance and trust me you will not go anywhere else. I heartily recommend Expert Auto for all your automotive needs. I would never let anyone other than Expert handle my family's vehicles. Steve has a true passion for what he does and works on his customers vehicles as if they were his own. They have amazing competitive pricing and will give you an HONEST opinion as to what needs to be done, AND a realistic timeframe for the work to be completed. From my GMC truck to my 76 Eldorado they get the job done!
