I bought a new Bronco from Brian Lynch and it was a great buying experience. I ordered the vehicle, and he kept me informed from the order day until delivery. He was great to deal with in every aspect and I will buy all of my Fords from him in the future. Good guys like Brian are hard to find now a days!

Purchased a 2007 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited X with 172k on the odometer for $6k with $1000 down. Transaction was extremely pleasant and they truly did everything possible to get me into a nice vehicle in my price range. Couldn't be happier with my purchase. Not your typical dealership experience.

Fantastic service! Jim and Ryan were a great help to my wife and I. We had some trouble with our "other brand" of truck while camping for the weekend. While every service center around was closed for the Saturday, these guys just happen to be in the office (service center was closed). They took the time to help and get us on our way! That's going above and beyond customer service! I can't imagine how great it would be to buy a vehicle from Mike Lynch's team! Thanks guys!

My experience purchasing a vehicle from Mike Lynch Ford was excellent. I worked with Brian through the entire purchase. He was fast to answer all my questions and helped out as much as he could.I went in with my "car salesman" filter, but I didn't feel like Brian was trying to "sell" me on anything, making me very comfortable. He was upfront, and very easy to work with. I really appreciated his no pressure style!!!!! I would highly recommend Brian!

Called and setup an appointment for an oil change on my truck. Everything was professional and friendly from arranging appointment to the actual oil change. They took me in on time shortly after I arrived, and had it done quickly while I waited. Very pleased with service.

Ford dealership honest people. Service people were excellent. Picked me up and dropped me off when ever i needed. My van was fixed properly. Had a couple of unforseen added expenses but it was not their fault. Like motor mount broke.

I have been working here since 4/15/19. These people go out if their way to give you the fairest price possible. I have worked for GM dealerships for the past 30 years. These people are by far the most honest. I am proud to now be a member of the Ford family.

Our car, a Honda CRV, had a mechanical issue while on vacation. We called Mike Lynch Ford in Rogers City for help. Jim, the service manager, said he could give it a look that afternoon. True to his word, they took a look and were able to find and fix the problem in short order. We appreciate the effort, hospitality, and help they were able to give us. Great job! Thanks for saving our vacation.

Bought a used vehicle, what a joke! Was told tech went over top to bottom, obviously did not touch a thing! Broken gas tank straps and patched brake lines! Ripped off while still under "warranty" but live 4 hours away, how am I supposed to bring in if I am sitting on side of road. Dave Guest lied through his teeth about repairs made prior to sale. When asked for a carfax was told it's irrelevant because reporting is not mandatory as this dealership does not report. Avoid this dealership at all costs. Ford corporate is cleaning up this dealeship's mess.

Great experience today, even through the bad news on a repair. Previous mechanic had missed a pretty serious broken spring. Thanks to the repair crew, I'm on my way to getting it done right. Thank you for telling me my options.

So after having a horrible experience at voice Motors in Kalkaska went to Lynch's dealership and bought a 2013 Ford Flex quick and easy negotiation highly recommended seller treated us like family thank you so much the wife has been enjoying her new car
