We are from out of town and we're on our way home when our 5th wheel blew a tire. We called three different places for help, and although they all referred each other, AJ from Hawks was at our rescue and tire changed in under 45 min! I am so pleased to write a review. He has always been so decent/honest in doing business with me. As a woman (widow with kids) I feel completely confident in everything he does. He has been my blessing. A very honorable man. I really appreciate that he doesn't gouge me in price. Let's face it, people will do that to a woman. Thank you Sir for all that you have helped me with!!

Declined a call from AAA on Memorial Weekend. My daughter had a flat tire while visiting her Grandma. Ed told me that he didn't take call because he wasn't paying his driver time and a half for a flat tire. He went himself without proper tools in his personal truck which wasn't any help. Thank goodness for locals that aired it up so she could drive it to the house. Would not use this company.

I refuse to work with anyone else in the Rogers City area. They re so helpful and don t try and scam you like a lot of places I ve been to in the past. :)

Hawks is awesome! Insurance towing couldn t seem to find anyone on a Sunday for a jumpstart, called these guys and AJ came right over and jumped it, super fast service! Highly recommend!

My family and I was vacationing at Nettiebay lodge and the transmission in my truck took a dump on the way there. Took my truck to Hawks Service Center to find out how bad it was. Ended up finding half of the 2nd gear clutch band in the trans pan. So they put the pan back on and filled it with fluid so I could load it on a trailer to tow it home. Nice guys there that worked with me about the situation and was really fair on the work done. If I'm nearby and having automotive issues I wouldnt hesitate to go back. Highly recommend Hawks Service Center.
