UPDATE: Bishop contacted us and offered to fix all damages. Thank you Bishop Auto for proving you care about your customers.Bought a pretty much brand new truck from Bishop. Found damage to it and Bishop decided to blame us for the damage. Also, was told vehicle was being detailed we found empty pop bottles under the seats. Found out that while at Bishops the vehicle got 6000 more miles on it than when they received it. Also sold it with an open recall. Beware and stay away. I can't believe I considered getting my next vehicle from there. All they care about is money.

Shopping at Bishop Chevrolet was the best car buying experience my husband and I have ever had. We've bought a lot of cars over the years, and nothing even compares to the service we received. Service was outstanding, and no sitting around the dealership all day! Shout out to Lisa for the exceptional service! She even transferred over our insurance! Love the attention and intention of ensuring the customer is taken care of!

We have to give this shout out to Ron in the service dept. here. We had just moved to Rogers City and the drivers side window on our Silverado broke in the down position. Ron tried to get it at least closed while ordering a part. The part came in two days later but not the correct part. So Ron had to explain that to us. The next day he had the correct part overnighted,so in pouring rain we went back and we re hang out in the service waiting area. Ron however did not want us to wait so he offered his own vehicle for us to grab breakfast and work on the many things we had to do to move into our new home. That my friends is the kind of service Bishop offers, so We are highly recommending this dealership and while you are there don t forget to say Hi to Ron in the service dept. that s service above and beyond that is very hard to find these days.Rodney&Linda Smith

We were up north for a 2 week vacation when the message came up on my read out that my oil was in need of a change. This was the most convenient and closest dealership so I dropped in and arranged for a service call. They were very personable in setting up the appointment that worked out very well for our schedule. We got there early and was escorted in and the oil change and all the other checks that were done in a very timely manner. Much appreciated.

It took too long for repairs. It took them 2 weeks to get parts. Then when they got parts, they were short items. It took them almost 2 days to repair.I am very disappointed with my Chevrolet Silverado 2500 HD. Will not purchase another one.

We were on vacation, hundreds of miles from home. We picked up a rock that was wedged in our brakes, making an awful squeaking noise. We googled nearest Chevy dealer, and it took us to Roger City. We pulled up, and they took us right away. soon of the NICEST people I have ever meet. Everything about the place was clean and shinny. It only took about 10-15 minutes to find it, and remove it. It was a happy ending to a fantastic vacation. Yes, I kept the rock, to remind me of how nice people are.

I had a terrible experience buying a used vehicle from Bishop. They said the car was in great condition with only 70,000 miles, but the check engine light came on in less than 50 miles of driving after buying it which leads me to assume they cleared the check engine light beforehand and sold me the car as if nothing was wrong. Turns out the front head gaskets, catalytic converter, and multiple other smaller issues (which all should have been noticed in an inspection) needed multiple thousands of dollars of repair. They are kind to your face, but unfortunately Bishop is slimy. Since I hadn t gotten a warranty on the vehicle, they said they couldn t do anything and denied allegations that they had cleared the check engine light. I wouldn t expect such treatment from a small town dealership, but I will never go back to Bishop. I do NOT recommend working with them.

I recently bought an 18 Silverado from Sarah! She did a wonderful job explaining and helping me navigate all the obstacles when buying a new truck. I'm very grateful how honest Sarah was in helping me find the best truck for my needs. I can't say how much it meant to know I was in good hands! I would definitely recommend Sarah and staff at Bishop Chevrolet for all your car buying needs!

Amazing that they have removed the review system which is by far one of the most widely used tools by both consumers and business alike to judge the quality of service there. I personally had a very bad experience. They removed my review. Others began to post the same. They removed their reviews. Now they have removed the capability to rate the business altogether. What does this say about this store? Do they have a certified mechanic to work on your car? Do they have the backing from GM to fix your problem? Does the sales staff tell you the truth and disclose everything while selling you car? We will never know will we? THIS IS HANDS DOWN THE WORST DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD

No stars! Negative stars!Worst experience I have ever had. Took multiple trips for a simple service. They never completed the job. The vehicle was returned to me damaged and not functiong. When I complained on my third trip back after the vehicle had to be towed back overheating and leaking fluids, I was barred from the property. They refuse to return my vehicle to its original condition and told me to never come back. DO NOT take your vehicle here for service. I highly recommend everyone take their business elsewhere. Don't get scammed avoid Bishop Chevorlet at all cost.

Because of the covid non sense it was a very stressful experience. I had to email everything to the salesman over and over and over again. Then she kept saying she had a family emergency and the entire thing took forever. She gave me the wrong email address to send insurance to. They had to deliver the truck because of covid so I hadn't seen the truck until then. They didn't mention the box had been painted and it's a horrible job. The navigation isn't activate and the driver calls enroute needing more paperwork! Gets worse. They called me 1 week later saying the copy of my license isn't clear enough and now it's been 2 MONTHS and they still don't have the gap insurance (which I never wanted anyway) but she badgered me into it with a SOB story of her own mishaps. BTW they charge 700 for gap, and I found out it's only 300 at the CU they used. I told Michael not to call me EVER again. I'm a OTR truck driver, not a employee of Bishop.

Excellent service when I purchased my car and the first year I owned it.This Last year getting in for service has been a nightmare.Scheduled detailing last spring. Needed to bring back 3 times because they apparently had no one reliable enough to show up for work.Today I called because it needs service. I is a week before they can work it in. They can only give me a loaner AFTER they start work on it.To bad so sad is their basic response to a customer who purchased their vehicle from them under 3 years ago.

The dealership at Bishop Chevrolet Buick, is tops, nice new show room, each person working there is so friendly and courteous to people, had my car cleaned in and out, they sure know how to clean a car. Had an oil change, before I know it, they had it done. I would rate them at 199%.

Joe and the group at Bishop have always gone out of their way to help us find the perfect vehicle for our family. This time was no different. Despite everything that is going on with shortages in the auto industry right now, they were able to find the best vehicle for us. Could not recommend Bishop Chevrolet any more highly.

The sales lady I was working with tammie did a good job but if I had known the preowned truck I was looking at had not been driven or looked at by the dealership prior to driving 45 minutes I never would have went. The blower did not work for the heater, I was told no lights were on and in fact the engine light was on popping o2 sensor codes. I definitely will never recommend this place as they are shady and are not truthful with there customers!
