Was a great experience. Great prices and quality. Bought some used tires and they are great! Fast friendly service. I recommend this tire shop. It was a blessing for me to find use tires that are great quality and look great on my truck. They also sell new tires as well. Very satisfied with my purchase. I blew out a tire on the expressway and found Emery s through Google the technician called someone in early so he could come to me and change the tire. Excellent service, excellent price!

On our way to a funeral in Washington DC and we ran over something that left a big hole in my tire. Navae plugged the hole and got us back on the road in just a few minutes. Thank you so much!

I love this place. Every single time I come in, I am treated very well and very quickly. I watched him as he got inundated with customers, greeting each one, and professionally handling every thing that was coming at him all at once. I see why this is the place that so many recommend and why they have so many repeat customers, myself included.

Unfortunate experience today! Was quoted a price, I do say it was reasonable. My partner went up to get the tire put on, was charged $5 in labor more. When he asked about the discrepancy, the comeback was well the tire is 65 and we re giving it to you for $60 so does this mean charge more in labor to make up!? And for the record, the price was in fact $60 I was quoted. It s only $5, but the point is the inconsistency of prices, including inaccurate sales tax on labor, makes it seem very shady. I m in a the same industry working for a company that thrives on fair and honestly. Unfortunately this shop does not live up to the higher standard. Lastly to see the way that reviews are responded to is incredibly rude. I wish google would give the option for 0 stars because that s the service that was provided to us.

Had my truck at a different shop 7 times for balancing and they never got it right. This shop got it done in 1 shot. Even with mud tires my truck feels like it's on air! Excellent job!!!!

The father and son are always so nice and helpful. They are very trustworthy. I highly recommend going to Emery s Rockwood Tire. Their prices are even cheaper than the chain tire stores and you don t have to wait for their service. They always try to please their customers. Thank you for helping me get my new tires and rims. Also do an awesome job on detailing. I will definitely be coming here from now on.

I will never go anywhere else! Such wonderful service, prices are great although I would pay whatever they wanted for such good service. It's like they say, "If ya know, ya know." So I think everyone should know what a great tire shop this is! They are 100 percent all about making their customers happy without overcharging!

Great place for tires, acknowledgeable workers who are aware people have a budget and don t try and Upsell everything. Keep your receipt if they offer you free or discounted tire rotations because they said we could just come back for ours but when we called to bring it in they said we have to have the original receipt.

New set of specialty tires at a great price. Couldn't find my wheel lock, but the guys managed to work it out. Only 1 hour and I was on my way. Several visitors while I was there and they all received service too. The guys were very nice and professional. I would highly recommend.

I took my car in for a detail job. I was able to get the car in within the week. When I picked up my car, I couldn t believe my eyes. My 5 year old vehicle looked and smelled brand new! The job was professionally done with great attention to detail. The pricing was unbelievable as well. If you are looking for this type of work, do yourself and your car a favor and take it to Emery s in Rockwood. You will not be disappointed.

Quick and easy. Stayed in my car the whole time. Tire plug cost $20 would have been $15 if I had cash. Highly recommend this local business over car care chains in the area. In and out in under 20 minutes.

This place came highly recommended. I showed up on sat morning. They took awesome care of me and my Silverado. Needed tires all around. Best price for both the personal and quick service that I received. Definitely going to recomend and definitely will be utilizing again. Customer for life here.

Late last year our neighbor recommended Emery Tire since he was extremely happy with their service and value. I'm glad I took his advice, and decided to try a set of Nokian Tyre Ones on our Journey. Less than one week installed, we hit a large pothole and gashed the sidewall. Tire did not lose air, and Nokian and Emery replaced the tire no questions asked. Getting ready to take her back today for our first rotation. Looking forward to seeing them again, and anticipating their great ciustomer service as usual.

Don't let the small building or rough waiting area fool you. These guys are great! Excellent service, great prices, lots of options and they're quick to get items that are not in stock, often next day. Highly recommend!!

I was a walkin guy was on it had me in and out showed me few things I didn't notice vary fast and service with a smile. Gave the man a tip he was that good lol 10 out of 10 for sure

I have been going to Emery tires for awhile now and the service that they provide is outstanding. About two weeks ago i went in to have my tires rotated and Amer told me that they couldn't be rotated due to couple of the tires started to be come bald and one tire had a broken belt in the tire. Amer was able to help me get new tires at a great price and get me back on the road. This is what I say is great service. Amer works with the customers and explain things to them about there tires. He will tell you if he can fix or if you need new ones. I would recommend him to anyone over the bigger tire stores.

Amer and Joe are amazing to deal with. As a female I'm always leery of taking my car for any type of repair or service. Amer has always been honest and respectful of me and given my husband and I his honest opinion. Where else can I pull in and say my tire is low in the dead of winter and get air then when I take it back 2 days later he will ask if I have time for him to check it and have me back on the road 15 minutes later.

Had such a good experience which really helps when you're dealing with having to get new tires unexpectedly. Not only were they quick and efficient, they gave me a break on the cost of some of the parts and were so nice. I drive a lot and will be back to see them again when the next tire issue comes up!

We were driving to a funeral un 75 north and started to lose tire pressure. We managed to exit and get to a gas station where we were directed to Emery's Tire. The lock key for our lug nut was missing but they worked quickly to remove it and helped us put the spare on. I would highly recommend.
