Had a great experience with Rockford Collision, they fixed my vehicle after an accident. When repainting portions of the car, they even repainted the racing stripe along each side of the car that had faded out over time with no extra charge! When I initially brought in my car to get an estimate they even helped me zip tie my bumper to ensure that in the time between the estimate and actual fix that there was no concern of it falling off. My car looked better after they were done that it had prior to my accident!

I was referred to Rockford Collision after my car was severely damaged in a tornado. Jacob and his team were excellent at communicating costs and timing and working with my insurance company. They go above and beyond, highly recommend.

Brought our car in that was totaled. Terry and Jacob were very quick to evaluate and provide a quote. The quote was very reasonable and they took the time to discuss options. This is the second vehicle we had brought to them, and their professionalism, quality of work, and keeping me updated - I will not bring my vehicle anywhere else! Only ROCKFORD COLLISION!

They are the nicest people on this earth!!!!!!!! I made an idiot move, when I didn't see a parking lot marker, that only partially stuck out into a parking spot, and took my bumper off on the right side of my Ford Edge. I took it to Rockford Collision. They fixed it in less than 15 minutes, and they didn't charge me a dime! I insisted on paying them. They wouldn't take my money. I am so so thankful to them for their helpfulness and for their extreme kindness. This just isn't something that happens in the world today. Thank you, Rockford Collision!!!

I can t say enough about Rockford Collision. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and professional. They gave me a thorough estimate and took care of all of the details with both my insurance company and the rental car company I used while my vehicle was in the shop. They kept me posted on their progress while the work was being done, and the repaired portion of my vehicle looked flawless. I just had a great experience with Rockford Collision! I recently needed to get a break line on my car replaced and I'm so glad I chose this auto shop. They were so responsive and they did an excellent job. Jacob was knowledgeable, courteous, and very thorough. They took the time to walk me through the entire process and make sure I was completely satisfied with the work. I highly recommend Rockford Collision - they get the job done right, at a great price, and with excellent customer service.

Jacob and Terry are great to work with. Needed a bumper replaced and first company I went to wanted to keep my car for up to 3 weeks for a 12 hour labor estimate. Jacob ordered the parts and had them painted before I had to bring my car in. Repairs were done in a day saving me a bunch on a rental car. Looks great too! It started with an ice storm. I got my car stuck in my driveway. Two people tried getting it out, the first made it worse, and the second backed it into a tree and some bushes. There was a lot of damage. Rockford Collision did a great job, and now my car looks like new. They worked with my insurance, gave me updates when I called, and they walked me through the whole process. Jacob and Terry are professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. I can't say enough about how awesome Rockford is. My car had nearly $8,000 front end damage. My insurance company had us down for one place, the rental car had us down for a second and I ended up here at Rockford Collision. Terry was exceeding helpful in figuring everything out for me and was able to contact the car rental and direct them to the proper place in minutes.While driving back with the rental car agent, he commented on how I ended up at a good place as Terry is quick and does great work .My repairs were done and my car was looking beautiful in 25 days. Even when they had to reorder a part that arrived bent. Terry communicated constantly about progress and even offered to help fix a non-accident related problem for a great price. I m so glad I ended up here. Thank you, Rockford Collision!

I drove in for a repair estimate without an appointment. Got it.They ordered the parts and gave me a day to bring the car back to make the repair. Brought the car back on the repair date and they repaired it that day. They actually lowered my estimate because of a caibration that wasn t going to be necessary. My saviors!! I had an emergency the day before my vacation with my Honda CR-V, and they not only got me in and fixed the issue, but also found a potentially dangerous issue and repaired that also. We were extremely satisfied with the repairs on our 2019 Subaru cross track. I was amazed how they matched the paint The body work was very good and repaired parts matched up perfectly to the existing body. Terry was very good working with us and just as importantly his team of technicians were excellent. Rockford Collision did an amazing job fixing my car from a deer crash. Expected to pay thousands to repair the damages but they fixed everything I wanted at an EXTREMELY affordable price. Would recommend this place to anyone needing car repairs! Terry Jr is very kind, and his team was super efficient at getting my car in and repaired.

When I was growing up, my dad always 'had a guy' for different things around the house. If he couldn't repair something himself, including his cars, he had a guy. My dad's 'guys' were the ones he trusted with his property to do a good job and treat him like family. Rockford Collision takes a page right out of that book and the quality of their work is only surpassed by their integrity and their intent to do right by you. I would never take my car anywhere else because I know that it is in the best hands there are and that I will have an honest, well done repair. Recommend, the service took a few steps but they were prepared to make adjustments as needed. Worked directly with the insurance so I didn t have an extra hassle for covering both ends. 10/10 would come again way better than I thought it would turn out and at a vary reasonable cost will be coming back. Decals removed and front fender fixed.

I called these guys up and had nothing but success. Their service and communication was above and beyond what I expected. I knew when and where my truck was at in the entire process! I cant forget to mention my truck was given back to me cleaner that its ever been on the inside. This place did and amazing job on my car after a tree hit it and Terry the owner is amazing I was able to make payments on the total of the damages and also I was able to leave my car until I paid it off without paying a storage fee I say to who ever has anything that is wrong with ur vehicle take it to Rockford collision they are awesome
