My daughter bought a VW Jetta here, worst experience ever!! Was promised winter tires in the deal, and got 2 new winter tires and 2 BALD used winter tires. Company wouldnt do anything about it. Specifically asked if there was any rust on car because we couldnt see any and they confirmed no rust. After having the car for 2 weeks rust was everywhere, my mechanic said they had just spray painted over it so you couldnt see it. When picking up the car (coming all the way from Bradford) there was no radio/stereo in it, when asked about it they said we would have to bring it back to have one installed!! Took 2 months, my daughter went without a stereo for 2 months. Nothing but problems with this car ever since. Telephone calls were never answered until we called 20 times. Would never deal with this company again. This was my daughters first car purchase on her own, what a bad experience for her first time!!!!

I had a wonderful experience buying my Subaru at one source motors! Michelle was very professional and I truly appreciated dealing with a smaller dealer rather than larger dealers. The owner took time out of his day to talk about all the questions I had before i purchased the vehicle. I strongly encourage looking through their stock of vehicle when in the market for a new ride.

Highly recommend buying from here if you are in the market for a new or used car. Anthony was my salesman and he was fantastic. He was straight up with me the whole time and never tried to pressure me into something I was uncomfortable with. He was even able to work me out a pretty good deal on the price and even took my trade with a bad transmission that I didn't think anyone would accept. Even after I bought the car with no warranty he's still followed up with me to make sure everything was okay. They offered to take a look at the car free of charge and see what was wrong when I thought it was leaking oil I will definitely be returning here next time I need a new car .

One Source Motors is a great place to buy a vehicle. They were so kind and patient they put me at ease about being a female buying a car. Anthony answered all my questions and really listened to me. He made sure I found the right car for my needs. Anthony was great and followed up with me after I bought the car making sure I had no questions about my car. My car is in great shape well cared for and at a amazing fair price. Could not of asked for a better experience.

Bradley and One Source Motors made our vehicle buying experience very enjoyable. We where looking for a very specific vehicle and we found our vehicle on CarGurus and drove 125 miles to test drive it. Everything about the car was exactly as advertised. The overall process was extremely easy. Bradley communicated well with us while some mechanical repairs where made. Delivery day was quick and easy and our vehicle has met and even exceeded our expectations. Thank you Bradley for the GREAT SERVICE!!!!!

Bradley Edwards was amazing! He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the Prius I was looking at and never rushed the sale. He was very professional and trustworthy. I never felt like he was deliberately trying to persuade me into buying but let the car do the talking. I got a great deal and great service! Loved the care and patience they have for their customers! 10/10!

Found the car over the weekend and was contacted first thing Monday morning with all questions answered. Dealt with Bradley, who I highly recommend to anyone looking for a personable experience while buying a new vehicle! Worked with me and were able to get it done in a day! By far the best car purchasing experience we've ever had. The people at One Source Motors were genuine, helpful, and accommodating. Although the car lot is not huge, it definitely proved to be quality over quantity, as all the cars seemed to be very nice cosmetically and mechanically. We (and our two dogs) LOVE our Subaru Outback. Thank you.

Nice buying experience from Bradley. No pressure sales. Looked at a car and it sold before i could make up my mind....they looked for a similar model and called later the same week with a model like i wanted. So I m happy with the customer service. I also have a lot of faith in the mechanic they use to check out their cars....very honest and knowledgeable. Any used car is a bit of a gamble....but it seems like this one is a good buy.

I would like to start this review by first saying thank to Anthony. Before he is a car salesman he is a family man and a genuine human being. If you are looking for a great place to buy a great car this is the place. They won't try to over sell you they will listen to your needs and make sure it happens. Anthony is the guy to see he will make it so easy. Best place around to buy a car! Staff is friendly and knowledgeable and most of all honest! Anthony and Bradley were awesome and the owners made sure we were comfortable with the purchase and financing. We purchased a car for my daughter from One Source. Michelle was awesome. We had a pretty good idea of what we were looking for when we got there and Michelle helped us get into to car we wanted at a price that worked with our budget. We had a very tight time schedule the day we had to pick it up and Michelle got us out the door in record time while still being helpful and pleasant. We will be buying our next car from them.

Bought my Honda Pilot from here! Has been awesome. No issues. And runs great. Will be back when I need an upgrade. I love all the guys who work their also, they don't try to shove a car down your throat. We worked with Anthony! He will make sure he answers any of your questions and takes care of whatever you need!! He will find you the car you love. He is easy to talk to and funny!! Best experience with a dealership!

My family has purchased three cars from Bradley at One Source Motors. Bradley is honest, informative, and he expresses a sincere interest in what the customer wants and needs when buying a car.I had a sales job several years ago. I remember something that my supervisor said to me on my first day, No one likes to be sold, but everyone likes a good deal. I ve never felt like Bradley (or any of the other staff) at One Source Motors were trying to sell me anything. Instead, I felt like I was being informed and guided toward the purchase of a car that was right for me. Like any business, One Source Motors needs to profit from their sales, yet they don t feel like they need to do so by taking advantage of the customer. Bradley at One Source Motors understands that running a successful business means putting people first.

I bought a car recently from one source motors and honestly it was way easier than I thought it would be. I worked with Anthony who like everyone I met there was down to earth and honest. They have a couple really nice sales guy's who don't fit the mold of a typical "used car salesman" stereotype. I couldn't be happier with the sales experience. Definitely worth leaving Gr to see these guy's.

Never again will I purchase a vehicle from One Source Motors, nor will any of my friends or family members. The first initial interaction was ok, although communication was already lacking but we re all busy, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I should have known better. Not only did they lie about my car being in an accident, replaced the engine but never told me that, and also stated they put new tires on my car but to only find out they replaced ONE! I was told this would be fixed, but 4 months later this issue still isn t resolved. Never again, One Source Motors.

I dealt with salesman Jamaze and the manager Mike, and both were so easy to talk to and work with. It was my first time buying a used vehicle and they made the experience so straightforward and simple. They were also very flexible and stayed late to help me get my car after work. It's been a week and I am still in love with my new car!

Worked with Bradley and Vipal (SP? sorry) while trying to find a Subaru in decent condition. They had more models to choose from than any other dealer and the vehicles were in better shape that other dealers. Friendly no pressure atmosphere. Id gladly call to have them find a car I was in the market for if I again needed one.Thanks! Brian and Amy M.Edit 12-11-2018:The shop has its own mechanic and they claimed they go over every vehicle and not let them go with any problems. Some parts had been changed, but I m not sure what they did or was done before they acquired the car, but it turns out the head gaskets needed replacing, all 4 struts, a trans service, and the A/C condenser was leaking. The mechanic told me the timing belt had been replaced along with one pulley, but the pulley was installed backwards pulling the belt in a fashion that would have easily allowed it to fail early causing a HUGE repair bill. Other than the extra near $3000 in repairs and maintenance, the car was fine. Take it to a real mechanic before you buy.

While the purchase of my used car went smoothly, I've had nothing but problems with the car I purchased since. When I bought my Dodge Nitro, I was told to overlook the minor cosmetic issues, as this dealer focuses on mechanics rather than the cosmetics. I bought the car in October of 2018, and the problems started within a month of getting it off the lot. Since my purchase, my car has started locking/unlocking itself, the heat went out, I've had to get a new starter and have the head gaskets redone. I now understand why I got such a good deal, and wish I would have spent the extra money to go elsewhere and avoid being in and out of the shop.

My experience with One Source Motors was very positive, and I would highly recommend them! I requested information on a 2003 Honda Element; the owner contacted me the next morning, answered my questions and we scheduled a time to meet. He was great to work with, the Honda was in very good condition for its age and miles, and I ended up buying it. Communication with him since has been excellent. I think the purchase price was very reasonable and would definitely buy from One Source Motors in the future. Oh and hey, what's not to love about a trip to Rockford, lunch on the water at Ramona's Table, a walk along the Rogue River. . . .

We stopped in yesterday to One Source on a mission of looking for a car for my newly licensed 16 year old daughter. She fell in love with an older Alero on the lot and Anthony was the first to greet and help us. He was wonderful and never once pressured us or pushed us towards anything. In fact, after leaving there, as I was undecided, he told us to call if we came across any questions about other cars on our journey. We did in fact call him later on a questionable car we came across and he was amazingly helpful in giving us good advice, again without any pressure. After the day of searching we ended up coming back to One Source and striking a deal on the Alero my daughter loved. Great car, great deal and the most important what a great staff!! They treated my daughter with respect and included her in the whole process, which really made an impression on her. I can't say enough good things about Anthony and how great of an experience he made it for my daughter's first buying experience. I will recommend this place to anyone looking for a good car and no pressure staff. Anthony and Michael, thank you!!

Working with John at One Source Motors was great. I knew what I was looking for and appreciated John's flexibility and openness while I made the decision. My Toyota Prius was nicely serviced and updated, as well as very fairly priced. I'll definitely keep this place in mind for my next car.

Drove my "cash" car ( 04 Saturn Ion) with no issues back and forth to Florida for 3 years and now my son drives it as a great first car. Honest car salesman and no huge mark up like other dealerships. I would recommend and would purchase again.

The people at this dealership are nice, however i have quite a few points to reveal about my experience. I bought a 2010 with 300k miles. I didn't expect a perfect car but they are hard to negotiate with and in the end im in for a bit more than i expected. I'm big on DIY for car repair and I followed chris fix's used car checklist. I inspected as much as i could in the short time i had to test drive the car. Things i ran into shortly after the sale: Found out they put a screw into the body to hold the plates on, 12v battery was original from 2010 so that died as soon as it got cold out. $200 for a new one. They did not perform the 300k tune up so i had to do spark plugs, air filters, coolant, transmission fluid. Ended up having a bad wheel bearing that also had a rusted off dust shield. The suspension bushings were not well cared for but I was able to restore them by misting stop leak on them. The protective plastic covers that protect the underbody of the car are also missing. I also did an oil change because i dont trust that this dealership didnt put additives in it. Sent to blackstone labs for analysis.Another major issue is the plates and title. They waited a week or two before even submitting my paperwork. I paid cash and didnt have a plate till a month later and a title another week after that. They were blaming SOS but i reported them to the state and found out that they were not doing their job. The state put a mark against them for this.Oil test came back good. Car is in great shape mechanically so i'm bumping my rating slightly. Overall I'm happy with the car, not so much with the buying process here.Replaced my transmission fluid Jun 2021. It was black and very thin like water. I have a feeling it had never been done before. It was not listed in the service records. Never trust cars that say they dont need transmission fluid changes. Get it done anyways.

Bradley was super nice and no pressure on buying any car. We purchased a 03 Jetta they didn t try and sell us this car. I would highly recommend one source motors to my friends and family looking for a nice reliable car. Go see Bradley at one source motors!!!
