Having a little conundrum .. with a busted fuel line connection..(having to go to the local shops in my area was a major disappointment when they looked at me and looked at my part with confusion !) a gentleman who helped me out knew exactly what my options were and was able to solve the problem right then and there Thank you !!Entertainment was on the house!I will definitely be back even if That means driving out of my way

These guys are great. Helped me buy what I needed where others' stores didn't. It is a little more expensive but worth it for the help.

Small store with just what I need when I need it. Online in store pickup is a breeze and convenient. Staff is awesome

They rarely have whats needed in stock and didn't even offer to order what I did need so I left confused and bought my part elsewhere. After comparing prices I spent $8 and Napa online quoted $25. This will be my last trip there.

John and Emily are top notch! They've helped me out countless times, even came back to the store after hours to open up for me to get a part! Can't say enough good things about them, been a loyal customer for 11 years now.

I had a brake light out and no other shop could help me. Went into Napa Auto and Dusty made sure I got the right bulbs I needed and also changed them for me. Great store and helpful staff!

Stopped in to pick up a new windshield wiper blade for my Cruze. The people that worked there were very helpful and they did install it for me and they were alot of fun. Fun is good.

Great in an emergency, bad wipers on a rainy morning. Bought new wipers and the service counter guy came out in the rain and put them on my friends car! Nice guy, happy girl's off on their way!!

Nice people. Small store. Drove 15 minutes to buy a 15 a fuse. They don t have them. Call ahead to make sure they have your item.

I have been a customer that has shopped with John and his staff for better than 25 years, Yes, items may be found elsewhere cheaper on occasion, The expertise and excellent customer service are worth it!

Just a few minutes ago, the driver of their Dodge Caravan parts van almost ran me off the road on Myers Lake. My 8 week old baby girl was in the car with me.
