Jeff, Chris Trustworthy, Honest, stand by their word and their service Example, my first encounter 6+ years ago, I pulled in, hoping for some free air(before hours). No such luck, yet there was an employee(Chris) working. I asked if I could get some air I think my tires low, not only did he help me, he put air in my tire for me. I have been a loyal customer ever since. Thanks Chris, Jeff thanks for always answering my phone call and helping solve my issues.

I have been using Lakeside for auto repairs for most of the last year and only have good things to say about them. Great communication, great work, and competitive cost relative to other mechanics in the area. Most importantly, I have peace of mind regarding their maintenance suggestions. Thank you Lakeside!

Jeff and his guys put out their best work. They are always honest and up front and will work with you to get done what needs to be done. Very thankful to have Lakeside as my go to for all of my issues. I highly recommend for all of your vehicle needs! Updated: If you have not found a trusted mechanic please do yourself a favor call Lakeside. Been a customer for many years and will not trust anyone else with my vehicles. I have taken vehicles to other shops then always ended up back at Lakeside. They will not try to charge you for parts that are not needed and save money when they can. Highly recommend!!!Services: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Brakes

I ve been a customer with Lakeside for probably 15 years, after they were recommended by a trusted friend. I probably have had various service-work completed there at least 10 times, and have never had a problem. Jeff and his staff have shown integrity with all of their work, attention to detail, clear and efficient explanations of suggested fixes as well as very fair pricing. I wouldn t recommend any other repair shop over Lakeside, and will continue to give them my business. Lakeside is by far the best repair facility around. They are efficient, honest and fair with pricing. I have used lakeside 4 times now, and will not work with another shop besides them. Highly recommend!

Excellent...I adore my new tires we purchased with Lakeside last fall! Jeff,as the owner, is helpful, timely, cost-effective and very kind to speak with!Of late, I had a flattened tire then quickly re-fixed in less than an hour with Lakeside staff~I so recommend Lakeside to all shoppers!

Lakeside Car Company is honest. My expectations were met, and exceeded by so much, that I felt the need to write this review. Just a PSA to anyone thinking of going here. Please do! I'll keep the details to myself, but Lakeside went above and beyond, twice for me. It's best you just see it for yourself.

I've been bringing my cars to Lakeside for years now after being recommended there by my brother. I've always had a good experience with these guys, but this one takes the cake:Engine almost literally blew up in my '17 Kia Sportage, and Jeff and Lakeside recommended I bring it to a Kia dealership to investigate the issue, as there's a recall for my model.Kia investigated the problem and determined that that was the case, and they are replacing my entire engine free of charge and also paying for a rental until repairs are completed.Jeff saved me literally thousands of dollars in repairs, and reinforced why I will continue taking my vehicles to them in the future.

I can not recommend these guy enough! I have used them for everything from wheel baring replacement to air conditioning work, to diagnosing a strange misfire issue. They are reasonably priced. They listen to what you are saying when describing the issue and always VERY professional and super easy to work with!! I will go back there for everything with my vehicles!Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Air conditioning

Jeff and is staff are friendly, ready to help, and honest. How qualities to find with modern car shops, especially the big chains. They also have a small selection of used cars out front with great deals. If you live in northern Grand Rapids, I highly recommend you check out this business!

These guys always take good care of all of our vehicles. They aren't the nearest place to get our repairs done, but they are always our "go to guys". They treat us fairly and honestly, and they never talk down to us. They do great work on both our Volvo and our Honda. I recommend them to everyone I know.

Jeff's an awesome guy, Very flexible when it comes to repair times and reasonable pricing, I love Lakeside Auto. They're Honest and they wont try to to rip you off. They put quality into there work and will give out a loaner vehicle if possible. I'm very happy with the two cars I have purchased from this dealership.

I just had my car serviced at Lakeside Car Company and I've had Lakeside do other mechanical work in the past. They do great work, are friendly and pleasant to deal with. I feel like they provide a good value. I'll be using Lakeside for car repair and maintenance in the future.

I have been going to Lakeside for years, and they always take very good care of me. I generally drive Hyundai s or Toyotas, and they can get all the parts and get the repairs done in a reasonable amount of time. They re always clear about what they re going to do and what it s going to cost. I don t think I have ever had to take a car back to get fixed after they repaired it the first time. Car repair is not cheap these days, but their prices are reasonable compared to everyone else.

Absolutely amazing service. Not only did I get a great deal on purchasing a used car there, but when I had a repair I needed done they were very down to earth and transparent and reasonable about wait times and costs. Going to them after visiting the manufacturer dealership was like night and day. Big thanks to Chris, Jeff Oom, and all of the other staff.

I used to dread taking my vehicle in to be worked on by a mechanic because it usually broke the bank and left me feeling like I d been taken advantage of. Not anymore! I ve taken both of my vehicles in numerous times to Lakeside and have found them to be knowledgeable, honest, and incredibly affordable. Thanks guys!
