Riley, Marcus and Ross were really great! We did everything pretty much over the phone since we were over 2 hours away and they were extremely professional and honest. When we arrived to test drive and sign the papers, we had prepared prior, we were extremely pleased! Thank you and we would def buy from you again!

I've had my best dealership, service experiences with Graff Jeep in Rockford. Tom, Service Manager is the reason for this. He is the most knowledgeable and customer oriented person I've ever experienced.At a time when companies spend millions on telling you how good they are and then you see service fall thru the cracks, it's refreshing to say the least. Bought a truck at a different dealer but used Graff for all our service. It was amazing and Tom went over and above to make sure I was completely satisfied. I was so happy with the service, we bought our next car from Graff. When looking for your next car or truck it is very important to make sure the service department is top notch and you are given the attention you deserve. It is a very important part of the car purchasing process that most people don't think about. We are extremely happy with Graff and their service department. Highly recommend.

I want to give a shout out for your outstanding employee Sarah in Rockford. She is always a delight, professional, caring, and accommodating, like the entire Service department is there. I had my van there for some work. I was updated by Sarah during the day with the needs and progress. When I went to pick up the van at the end of the day, Sarah was the one to greet me. Even though her shift ended 10 minutes prior, she stayed to check me out. The biggest part of this was she shared that my Chrysler credit card had a promo going that saved me a large amount of money. She waited for me to locate my card, make the call to learn how many points I had, and then checked me out. Well over 20+ minutes. Again, her shift was over, it was Friday, but she made sure I was given the BEST customer service possible, even though her weekend was delayed. You are so fortunate to have this type of individual that truly cares about her customers. I would never consider going anywhere but here for all my service needs. Sarah is a ROCK STAR in my book! Always a pleasure working with the staff at Graff. Very accommodating, helpful and thorough.

From the moment I called to make the appointment, to the communications with the warranty company on our behalf, to letting us know of other charges that could happen when fixing the WIN module in my van, they were AWESOME! A big shout out to Sara - she was fantastic!!!(especially when dealing with the Chrysler warranty company!) Thank you, Graff!! Definitely will only go there from now on!!

I m not one to usually complain, But if you want to over pay then this is your place. I asked Alicia if they topped off my coolant and she said yes. I went to check and that was a lie. I went to another machanic to get the same work done for a 3rd of the price. Do not Recommend at all!

While I was greeted with smiles and great service I had a disagreement with pricing for time spent on my vehicle. I was quoted that the job I requested would take .7 hours or about 45 minutes. Not only was I in and out in less than 30, but i had a clear view of my vehicle while they worked on it. The technician did great work but was only at my vehicle for less than 20 minutes. When completed I requested nicely to have the labor cost adjusted to reflect actual time worked on the vehicle. Sarah Orange, the service advisor explained to me that her technician is good, works on it all the time and just got it done fast. ( Which indicates she knew how long it would take for him to complete the job, and misquoted the time initially) Sarah then explained that her guys get paid based on the vehicle and that she was not going to penalize her workers because they worked fast. But Mopar techs, jeep/ Chrysler techs are hourly or salary positions depending on location and position, meaning the worker gets his hourly rate regardless of how many vehicles he touches. This is highly unethical and penalizes the customer by overcharging for labor. If you wish to keep labor as a line item then it must reflect actual labor costs. Not estimations or assumptions. I've been a jeep/Chrysler owner for nearly a decade, but if this is common practice I won't be purchasing from this dealer ever again.

I was interested in a vehicle, but was unable to make it to the dealership until after they closed. Caleb was so kind and stayed late so I could come test drive the vehicle! I ended up purchasing the vehicle, and Caleb and the whole team made the process smooth and easy. I would recommend!

Never been to this establishment, I own and buy several vehicles. This time we wanted to try a ram truck. I have owned all models and makes of vehicles. Generally favoring the Chevy / GMC line. We were drawn to this Granit grey ram from the street, unsure if it was new or used until we pulled in and looked it over. All the other dealers we went through that day were closed , but we were ok with that after all we were just looking. As I peeked into the truck a gentleman by the name of Austin greeted me in the lot. He was well spoken and extremely friendly. He asked if we wanted a key to look over the truck and proceeded to get it. He let us check it over we talked some numbers and being close to closing we decided to come back the next day to test drive. The next day we come back to drive it and we get 5 miles down the road and feel in love with this truck. My phone rang and Austin had already been working on our deal. We come back at 430 and they had everything ready to go, all we had to do is sign. Very impressed with all the Graff Staff, every single person we crossed paths with ask how we were doing and if we needed anything. Blake was awesome super friendly very professional, Blake took care of all our finance needs and was very clear on explaining everything. Graff Staff Business owners Please realize and recognize the exceptional professionalism that your staff has. I will defiantly be back in the future and I have already sent two customers to come see your outstanding old school service that is rare to find to see if they feel the same way. VERY EXCEPTIONAL DEALERSHIP,HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMENED.

Recently made a purchase here with David. Extremely professional, was even willing to communicate while he had the day off (not that I was aware he was out of office). The experience was easy and fast, and the entire team at this location was willing to work around my busy schedule. I communicated mostly through phone, and spent very little time in on premise. Transparency and honesty were the reasons I went with this dealership (after talking to 10 different ones about the vehicle I wanted). I would highly recommend reaching out to David, the Sales Manager Ross, and the Finance Manager Christine.

I recently had my Jeep serviced at Graff, and they did not disappoint. Their service department was friendly and professional and I would not think of taking my car anywhere else. Do not hesitate to have your car repaired here. I am also thinking of purchasing a new Jeep and will be doing that at Graff as well. All around solid service! FIVE STARS!!

Extremely impressed with the service provided by Graff of Rockford. Purchased a used vehicle and after I got home, realized that the roof-top antennae was broken off / missing and therefore could not listen to any radio stations. Received a follow-up call from David at Graff, told him about the issue, and they were able to order and install a new one within a few days (no-charge). The buying process was very smooth from Sales to Finance to driving off the lot. Would highly recommend Graff of Rockford to anyone looking to buy a new or used car.

I didn't buy a car here but I have to give this place a 5-star review because of Parts Department, particularly Alan. He was incredibly helpful and professional locating a part we so desperately needed. He went out of his way to help and that speaks volume of Graff and their team... if the future presents itself that I need a new Ram, Graff will be the first place I go. Great customer service and an all-around great team!

I brought my jeep in for a leak, they replaced the thermostat for 600 dollars and yet the vehicle still leaked. I then brought in my other jeep because it was leaking oil. They said the start stop wasn't working they had it for a week drove it several hundred miles charged almost 700 dollars and yet didn't fix worst part was still losing oil and the start stop wasn't repaired Contacted both the Manger who wouldn't help at all and was rude. The owner was nice offerd me a free oil change. Yet there I sit with my car not repaired.

I bought a new 2019 ram truck through this place and it seemed like everything was in good condition. Within the first two weeks of having the truck, the pipes underneath the truck rusted out and started losing acceleration power on the highway. Tried to get a hold of the dealership to see if they would do anything about it because I spent $36,000 on this truck but they said their service department said there was nothing wrong with the exhaust when they sold it. So they won t help. The service part department here is either blind or this dealership still doesn t take care of the customers. Because the pipes on the bottom of the truck were rusted very badly. I used to sell cars and this was a big reason why I got out of the industry because dealerships seem to never take care of the customer with stuff like this. Even when I used to work at this dealership all they did was try to take advantage of the customer and seems like they re still doing it. Will be referring people away from this place

So pleased with my experience with your service department. Came in for an oil change/tire rotation wirhout an appointment and rhey fit me in quickly. I was also interested in the oil change packages which they sat down and reviewed with me. (note here another local Jeep dealer told me I couldn't buy and use a package on the same visit). No problem here, they even gave me a soft drink while I waited. Very friendly and professional. I'll be back.
