I drive almost 25 minutes to get to this Chrysler/Jeep dealer when there are two others within 10 minutes from me. Why? Because the service is so bad at the others (in GR) while it s SO GOOD here! Tom the service manager is amazing. Long story but he went above and beyond to make sure my AC on my minivan was properly working during the hot summer months. He was so respectful and kind. He even brought me to the parts room to show me what they were doing when I had lots of questions. Everything is transparent here. I will say the loaner car left much to be desired it wasn t very clean and smelled like a shop but that s a small complaint/compromise for excellent service from the Graff team. I m a happy customer who plans to return!

I have been to multiple Jeep dealerships over the past 4 years trying to fix my car. Some dealerships kept me car for weeks, only to return it claiming that it was not able to be fixed or driven. Graff not only fixed my car, but managed to do so in the span of 1 day, for a very cheap price. I am incredibly impressed and happy with the work done on my car at Graff!! Thank you for providing such a fantastic experience!!

Not really happy with The service Dept. We purchased an oil change package and we sold that car. I went in and tried to use it on another car.. I was told that oil change pack packages are sold to a specific car. They lost out on some other work I needed done on that car.

Got my vehicle in quickly for repairs when another Fox dealer was unable to do so for quite a while. Diagnosed the problem pretty quickly and got me back on the road. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Just needed our family van to have an oil change and multi-point inspection - service was great, and my toddler appreciated the kids corner they have while we waited. They even scheduled us for 2 recalls to be addressed, and worked to consolidate the work into a day. Scheduling was very easy.

I repeatedly take my cars and trucks here for service because of how fantastic they are. Sara is just the best.
