They don't seem to want your business. Maybe they are just so busy and don't need the business but they discriminate against progressive insurance and don't allow people with progressive to have loaner or rentals. Besides this alone, they just seem to be snobby people working the counter.

These guys are great to deal with and their work is top notch. Very friendly and they keep you informed and updated with all repairs. I have had work done here twice in the past year, most recently after hitting a deer. My Durango looked great after they were done with it and it was finished quickly. I was given a loaner to drive while my vehicle was being repaired and it was a huge help. They worked with my insurance to update and cover additional parts/repairs not on the original estimate. I highly recommend these guys and I ll definitely do business with them again should the need arise. Thanks guys!Service: Body & Trim

We hit a deer a few months ago, and since we purchased our van from Ed Koehn, we decided to take it here to get it fixed. GREAT IDEA! These guys were great! Our van wasn't drivable, so they gave us a loaner that fit the whole family. It really meant the world to us since it was our only vehicle (besides my husband's work truck.) I really have nothing but good to say about this place, I only wish I had remembered to leave a review sooner! Thanks again!
