My experience at Ed Koehn Chevrolet was wonderful.I had searched a few different Chevrolet dealerships and found exactly what I wanted at Ed Koehn. I received a phone call from Alex Cruz that same day asking if I'd like to set up an appointment, and we did. We drove there that very afternoon. Alex was so helpful, he made sure to get us a fair price for our trade in and did everything he could to get me in the vehicle I wanted. Alex was so nice and personable. I absolutely recommend working with him! You should definitely consider Ed Koehn for your next vehicle.

My Husband and I are very impressed with the interaction with our Sales Representative, Alex Cruz! He was very professional and accommodating. The Car I wanted to test drive originally, ended up being sold, and he actually came in clutch with an EVEN BETTER deal and Car and we were sold immediately. We would definitely recommend Alex to anyone looking for someone who makes buying a Car a comfortable experience with no pressure.

Scheduled an appointment for tire rotation same day service, priced $15, my truck was done in 30min. Made me aware my rear brake pads were at 2mm no pressure from Keith at all very professional and recommended some services that could be done based on mileage and they had never serviced this truck and was making sure I was aware. Very knowledgeable my brakes were completed the next afternoon only took them an hour. Awesome work and service.

Excellent service! Alex C was great! He was very professional, honest, and extremely responsive. I purchased my car unseen (which I have never done before) but I felt like I had already test drove it several times from all of the information Alex shared with me about the vehicle. The buying process was comfortable & smooth. Although I have never worked with this dealership before, Alex did a great job and made me feel like a long-time client by prioritizing the customer service experience. I would recommend this dealership & definitely look for Alex C for assistance! I surprised my wife with the purchase & she absolutely loved the car. The entire experience was fun, smooth, & satisfying! A rarity in the car buying process!

We purchased tires here on November 14, 2023.The service was great and the tires were installed in a timely manner. However, right away we noticed there was a bumping feeling when we drove. We weren't able to get back to the dealership for a couple of months. We explained the symptoms we were experiencing. They took well over an hour to check the tires and stated they were not able to find an issue with the tires, but we needed some other repair. The tire issue continued. We decided to take it to a different company. Within minutes they located the defect in one of the tires. They were willing to replace it, but because it had been so long since we purchased the tires, we were charged more than 50% of the initial cost. Had this been located at our original visit, the fee would have been less. We are not happy with the follow up service of Ed Koen Chevrolet and it will reflect when we decide to make other purchases.

While Ed Koehn seems like a small, clean business, it may not be. I have been using this dealership since it was owned by another family. Anyway, my point is that the service department has gone crazy with the service reps, and the mechanics can't even change a tire without three trips into service to get it correct, and a year later, the jack and bars are still lose and rattling. I had oil/tire service just the other day and had to go back because the locking nut wasn't returned to me or my vehicle. I have had other issues with qualified and quality in the past. So I decided that I would never buy a Chevrolet again based on the services this dealership has become. I don't appreciate being taken advantage of and the amounts you're trying to bamboozle your customers with.. I get it that things cost money, but this service department is just dishonest and overcharge for everything. Excellent customer service for the past 10 years. Purchased 2 trucks from here, and has been my go-to place for mechanic work and even oil changes. Knowledgeable, fair priced, and prompt service. Nice not having to worry about someone's work!

He is friendly and welcoming, and exceptionally accommodating by offering to have vehicles brought to a location closer to us. Past experiences with other dealerships have me recommending to anyone to work with Alex.

My wife and I just bought a car from Ed Koehn Chevrolet and the whole experience was hassle-free and very smooth. We worked with a superb salesperson, Grant Boven, who went out of his way to make sure that the car was prepared by the time we needed to pick it up. He kept in contact with us with text and phone and ensured that there were no disappointments or bad surprises. It was, without a doubt, the best car-buying experience we've ever had.

Very well rounded place. Definitely not some where I'd go if you have no knowledge of cars or vehicles try to pick apart everything to get you to fix things that potentially are still working, show wear and I understand that but when you come out with a number of 600 for a colant line and an o2 sensor for our 2021 chevy trailblazer. Seems a bit pricey to me considering these are things you can do yourself without any special tools needed and are not urgent problems that needed to be fixed asap the o2 sensor is about 65.00 dollars and all the hoses are under 20.00 dollars so seems a bit high

Newer vehicle that has been brought in many times for sensor issues. Not sure if it is a lemon or just a way for you to make money off customers that don't buy your "warranty". Not pleased and will never buy from Ed Kohen again. BUYER BEWARE!

My Equinox was totaled in a car accident. I needed another car. I called Ed Koehn Chevrolet and spoke to Hamza Alichar, who sold me the car. I told him I wanted another Equinox and he proceeded to find me a new car with a payment I felt comfortable with. He did a great job explaining the financial options between a newer used Equinox and a new 2024 Equinox. The sale was completed efficiently and I am the happy owner of a new 2024 Equinox. I highly recommend Ed Koehn Chevrolet 4650 14 Mile Rd. Rockford Mi. I am sure all the sales people are great to work with but I enjoy working with Hamza Alichar. He is easy to talk with and I never felt pressured to make a quick decision. Ed Khoen Chevrolet is a great place to find your next car or if your car needs service.

Bought a new vehicle a couple years ago and had a problem with the rocker arms. I wasn't happy but understood that this was a GM problem not the dealerships fault. I was over mileage on warranty after 2 years. Samantha in service talked to GM and got them to cover a percentage. The service she gave us better than I expected. Thank you Samantha for the way you represent yourself and the dealership was far

Great price, great service. Samantha went above and beyond to make sure I understood the issues with my car and to get me the best price she could and the work was completed faster than I expected. I drove 2 hours just to have my car worked on where I knew I could trust that I was being treated fairly. I would recommend to any of my friends and family. The service department was excellent. They quickly diagnosed the issue, The kept me informed and did a quality job. Keith kept me informed of the progress. Employees in the dealership were friendly and courteous. The location was clean, well maintained and customer friendly.

Bought a $40,000 vehicle was given it on E so we had to stop and fill up the tank on the way home. Were told when we asked for a second key fob that believe it or not we can t afford to make a new fob for everyone that buys a vehicle. Bought the vehicle and a week after buying it had to call and schedule an appt because our brakes were shaking when we used them. Then it took three weeks to get our trade in paid off almost had a late fee with previous lender. Had to call numerous times to get any answers. Felt like as soon as we committed to purchasing the vehicle we were not treated the same. The Service Department has always been OUTSTANDING, but unfortunately we will never be coming back or recommending this Dealership to anyone. Honestly we regretted it after buying this vehicle from your dealership.

I was trying to order a mat for my back hatch and couldn't figure it out online. Called the dealership where I purchased my car and they said the system or something was still down so they said they couldn't do it. My daughter called her friend Samantha and she got it ordered right away. Thank you Sam for going over and above for me.

I would like to thank my Salesman Vic Knoff. He was great to work with. Vic made everything go so smoothly. Very professional and answered all my questions and concerns. Overall staff during my tour treated me well. A very great experience at the dealership. This is what makes customers come back honest and willing to do everything for their customers. I ll definitely spread the word.

I don't leave a lot of reviews, but I feel like the service department deserves this one. I got a flat tire just down the road from the dealership. I walked into the store and was promptly greeted by one of the salesmen Alex. I explained my situation, and he brought me to the service department. I asked them if they would work on my car, because it is not a chevy. I own a Tesla. They said "Sure!" Mark Besemer proceeded to look up the tires and had to order them. The next morning the tires came in, and they sent a technician to my car which was still in another parking lot down the road where he used a floor jack to change out the blown tire before driving it to the dealership to finish changing the other 3 tires! This is service going above and beyond. Thank you to the team there.
