I took my 2013 Buick in for Exhaust work paid over 2k just to get it back 3 days later with the same issues I was told they would get it back in to repair the issues ASAP it has now been over 8 weeks and the issues still have not been resolved not as much as a phone call to get the issues resolved supposedly bad parts from manufacturer I personally don't think they never put new parts on just collected my money prove me wrong I will update with any changes I would like to hear from management on this issue

Started my Monday heading on 57 to visit my parents before my first job for the dayas I get out to notice my tire was completely flat , called Cedar rock Auto Repair with out hesitation told me to come on in, great accomodations along with great customer service. Highly recommended

Great people here! I've taken a couple cars here for a couple different issues, all were fixed in a timely fashion and done right. Prices seem fair and I wont hesitate to go back. Mostly though, the people are all friendly and knowledgeable. I could stay and talk cars for hours if they weren't so busy.

What a refreshing experience with a mechanic! My wife's Subaru Forester recently had a transmission problem that left her stranded. The tow truck driver recommended Cedar Rock, and we're glad we went with his recommendation. They got the Subaru in quick, we're very open and direct about the problems, and had it repaired much more quickly than we had expected. The price was very reasonable, and the service was outstanding. - For the ladies out there worried about taking your car to a trustworthy mechanic, they treated my wife the same way they treated me. This is a good, honest, mechanic shop in a world filled with places that simply, aren't. We will be back!Service: Transmission

I've gone there off and on for nearly 20 years. Todd is the owner and always takes care of me. There's a small car lot and a good size service garage and detail shop. He got me in for service on short notice today as I was leaving town. Price was fair and work was done as expected. Yes I'll go back and yes I'd recommend them to others.

Always happy I brought my vehicle here. Todd is honest and fair. His mechanics are competent and do quality work. In would recommend this shop to anyone looking for fair and consistent work at reasonable prices. Not the cheapest, but honest and fair!

I came to this place of business in an emergency situation, they were "too busy" to take 10 minutes and change a tire for me so I wasn't stranded on the highway, I understand people coming before me, but helping your fellow human being in trouble will only get you a good word of mouth for your business. I guess that is irrelevant to these guys, money is the bottom line and they are too lazy to help people in dire straits. If you needs courteous dependable help look elsewhere. Owners response to my concerns proves my point about their customer service skills. I could not reply directly to him, so I had to edit my review. I have heard of spare tires sir, as someone in the automotive field I would have expected that you would be knowledgeable enough to know that many new cars come with no spare, but only an air pump, as mine did, a hole in the sidewall is not repaired with a pump, or at all for that matter, but a good Samaritan and businessman would help a fellow human being in a bad situation when needed. Especially since he was getting paid for it. Service: General repairs & maintenance

More like 11/10 stars! I have only great things to say about this shop. A small list of features I have revived at Cedar Rock Auto includes, friendly staff, honest communication, superior quality of services (from experienced mechanics), courtesy and timeliness. This auto shop hits the nail on the head with every car trouble I have brought to their attention. This place is the BEST! I highly recommend.

I went dropped off truck there they had it for weeks then I spent 2,000 dollars and picked up vehicle then two weeks later light came back on so I took it back to them then they changed sensor and wanted another 600 dollars and they supposedly fixed it then I picked it up after a hour the sensor back on again so I take it to a dealer my timing chain is stretched out and it s way under a year and the owner todd isn t going to do anything for me don t go there light on again so I take it to a dealer my timing chain is stretched out and it s way under a year and the owner todd isn t going to do anything for me don t go there In all now I have to have my vehicle fixed again by a dealership and pay out of my pocket because the timing chain is bad still and I ve contacted Brian and todd neither wants to fix my vehicle that is still less than a year so should be under warranty

I have come here for all of my car repairs, and I always recommend them to any of my friends in need of some car help. While they are not the cheapest place around, you know you are getting quality service. The turnaround time is the most impressive part to me; I have never had to wait more than a day to get my vehicle back.

I have stopped in here a couple of times in the last year looking at the vehicles they put up for sale from time to time. This time I stopped to look at a 1967 Jeepster Commando after they were closed. I called to ask how much they were asking for it and was not to surprised when they said $15K for the rare vehicle it is with less then 150 being made. I'll keep on stopping by. I'm looking for a "fun" vehicle to enjoy for retirement and take the grandkids for rides.

I'm actually posting this under my recently deceased husband's account. I reported them to the state as they don't follow state rules and regulations: they provided no estimate, never offered to show me the part they replaced and treated me more rudely than I've ever been treated in my life. Oh, and there's a new dent in my bumper that wasn't there when it went to their shop AND the vehicle is still not fixed. I'm a recently widowed woman and can't afford to be taken advantage of but that's just poor business ethics, no matter who the customer.

These guys have always been good to me and I'm always treated with a fair price. You can see pride in their work. Plug wires routed right, grease cleaned up and warranties honored. I couldn't really ask for much more.

Excellent customer service, got a Warning light and happened to be right by their location and before I even decided to have them do the work they took the time to diagnose free of charge and recommend other auto repair places that may be able to get me in sooner. Highly recommend

Seriously- there is not a better auto place. They do practically everything- I get my oil changed here, I ve had tires put on, they even fixed my auxiliary port for my radio. They re so well priced, everyone is very friendly and honest... I trust this place. Can t rave enough. 10/10

My mom bought me car from there awhile ago and didnt do a diagnostic on it, it was in and out of the shop for the next 4 or so months because everything was breaking. I have put around $1,500 into it and it is still having problems a year later. I had a diagnosis done shortly after i bought it and the guy had told me stuff was cheaply welded on to prevent it from breaking until i had drivin the car for a little and then started having problems with it. The stuff they were willing to fix for free didnt last long before having problems again. They are great people and have helped me with some of the problems, but i am just not happy with my experience i am sorry

Nice people's yes ,, but thay did not true fully told me what wrong with the truck i found some more issues with the truck. I ask about the 4 wheel drive works he said yes and it dont work theres some growling noise coming from the LF tire when using the 4 wheel drive and something is wrong with the rear end one guy told me it could be u-joint and the other guy told me there's nothing wrong with the rear end. Not impressed...

These guys came through in the clutch for me! My car threw a spark plug on US 131. They were able to rethread and reinstall a spark plug and I never had issues with it after their work.
