Our car started spraying fluid from the engine block. We were out of town an pulled into the garage and their staff fixed it in no-time! We were so impressed with the level of service and care we received here. We can't recommend them enough!

Had my broken-down car towed to Car Care Unlimited because it was closest. They looked at it the next day. The car was totaled but they didnt charge me for looking at it and communicated with me in a timely manner. Highly recommend!

We were traveling from NW Iowa to Wabasis Lake when my front wheel bearing went out. They put it up on their hoist and had me back on the road in less than half an hour. Great people and great business to deal with in a situation that needed attention right away. We can't say or show our appreciation enoughThank you!!

These guys were great. I had a last-minute issue with my vehicle that needed to be corrected before leaving for a trip. Couldn't find anyone who could help me out. Contacted Car Care Unlimited and they said they'd do their best to help me. They did! Despite not having an appointment during their very busy time, they were able to squeeze me in. Needless to say I'm VERY PLEASED! They kept in touch with me all the way.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I love these guy's so much. Anytime I come in with an issue they fix it and are super fair with labor. Most issues take less then a day to fix and you can get an appointment within a week or so. I haven't had to many big issues with my car yet but all the small stuff that I don't necessarily know how to fix they do it and barely charge me anything. I'm really happy to have a honest place to take my car to get fixed if I have any issues!

Wow! These guys are amazing, honest, informative, reasonable and professional. I spoke with Jason after receiving an insane estimate/quote from my Jeep dealer on a vehicle that s only 3 years old. Jason had my car test driven and came back with a completely different result also equaling less than half the amount of what the dealer wanted. I 10/10 recommend. I will be coming back here when I need any kind of vehicle maintenance!

Brought my car here to figure out why my shifter was stuck in Park and my heat wasn't working. They told me it may be a weeks wait time but to drop my car off and they would work it in. 1 day later they had already looked at it and diagnosed it! He told me there was a brake light fuse out (shifter) and the heater was plugged and needed a flush. $209 and ready the next day!!! Very impressed

Our first time bringing a car in for repairs and we are very satisfied with them! They even went above and beyond and contacted Honda to find out the radio code for us. Plus the cost was reasonable. Thank you so much! We will definitely be coming back in the future.

I have all four of my families cars being taken care of by Car Care. The crew is friendly and easy to work with and does a great job taking care of our cars and not pushing work that doesn't need it right then. The original owner always gave me good prices and great services and has retired now ,congratulations to him! I recently bought a old car with lower mileage. Immediately driving it home heard squealing noise and made and appointment right away. Two months and 3 service repairs later most of it is repaired! Car care gave great service ! Thank you

Honest, hardworking and efficient. I've been taking my car there for years. Staff is extremely knowledgeable and passionate. Prices are very fair and they don't overcharge for labor. I'd recommend to anyone in a heartbeat in need of a competent mechanic!

I called on a Thursday to schedule a brake job on my car. They asked if the brakes were grinding and said to bring it in right away. They worked my car into their full schedule the same day and had it completed by middle of the next day. Price was reasonable too. Thanks for working my car in!Service: BrakesService: Brakes

Here is the bottom line, these guys know how to fix cars and do it at a fair price and with great speed! I have never had my car in for more than a day, even on major repairs. My one suggestion is this: Let them tell you what is wrong with your car, they are the experts, and they won't overcharge you. (I once told them to do whatever was necessary up to $1000, did $450 in repairs because that was all that was needed.)

I've been going here for 4 years. I'm sure if I shopped around I could save a few bucks, but they are more than worth it for their professionalism. They've even helped advise me for repairs I did myself. The review below claiming they overcharged $800 is likely a misunderstanding or just plain BS. Car Care Unlimited is Honest and Fair for Exellent work.

I have been taking my 2002 Camry in to Car Care for the past 10 years. A couple of weeks ago my car developed a noise from the right front wheel/axle, a noise I am familiar with because the car has been in twice before for the same repair: CV boot and axle repair. Prior to taking the car in this week, I called and spoke to Doug asking him his opinion about why the car might be needing a third right axle replacement in ten years. The short answer is: snow, dirt, etc., but good news is axle has lifetime warranty. Take the car in get the car $330 bucks. I asked what happened to warranty. No warranty because CV boot tore and dirt got up into the axle. I had no option but to go with the repair. My son then urged me to call back and tell the shop I wanted the old parts. Less than five minutes after calling and asking for the old parts I got a return call and was told although the manufacturer could not honor the part warranty the repair could be covered under a "customer satisfaction warranty" making the cost of the repair $189, but of course no return of the old part.Called the shop owner, Doug, Friday morning stated my dissatisfaction with the entire episode. He laughed at me. I told him I would not be taking the car in again.

Thank-you!! Always honest, quick and reasonably priced! Called this afternoon with a "new" onset noise. I had my car back and fixed within 3 hours. The best service (as always!)

We had our car serviced here a few times. Service was ok and mostly because the location is convenient. However, my car just died with no warning signs, when we called in and see if we can arrange it to be towed in, the staff was not only unfriendly but snarky and disrespectful. Needless to say, we are taking our business elsewhere.

I don't know if the people that use this place are rich$$ or extremely well-off but when I go in there and they are $800 more than any other place I've got an estimate from!! I'd say there's a problem with what they're charging people!! I'm disgusted at what the price difference was there's no reason for it!! and this was around Christmas time as well I hope you guys are disgusted with what you're doing to people! Karma does come around just remember that!!

The best mechanics in the area. Fair prices. If your vehicle doesn't need it they won't push it on to you. They diagnose and fix the problem the first visit.

Was at the funeral home in Rockford. Had a flat tire called them they was just about to close he said come over he fix it. Took it over fixed it and asked how much he said nothing your all set. So feeling blessed.Service: TiresService: Tires
