One of my back doors got hit and dented pretty good, to the point where the quarter panel on the frame itself had some damage. Caliber quickly (they originally said it d be a couple of weeks and it was only six days) and flawlessly (can t even tell the car was in an accident) fixed the panel and replaced the door, perfectly matching the paint job.Shout out to Alex with her awesome customer service and timely updates!!

I received outstanding service from everyone involved in the repair of my vehicle. I had the most contact with Kim and Alex. They both had exemplary customer service skills and were reliable, pleasant and reassuring. My car was ready significantly earlier than expected. I recommend this business without hesitation.

My experience with Caliber Collision was 100% positive! They were extremely friendly and professional, and the communication throughout the repair process was fantastic. The work on my car was completed early, and it looks like brand new. The car was returned to me clean, inside and out. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

From the start Caliber Collision in Rockford was easy to work with and took time to communicate with us during the entire process. They have an access drop so you can leave your car the night prior to it being scheduled. The staff was great and helpful. Kim (gal in the office) even called our insurance a couple of times because of some confusion on our part - she wanted to make sure we were taken care of :) Our car looks brand new and they even fixed a swipe spot on the car that wasn't part of the quote. I brought my Honda CRV to Caliber Collision in Rockford for an estimate after a serious rear-end accident. I was really impressed with Kim whom I met first at the front desk; she was incredibly friendly and helpful. Alexandra (Alex) is the one who evaluated my vehicle and did an absolutely outstanding and thorough job providing a detailed estimate and kept me informed along the way. Andrew was also a great help through the process. I didn t end up getting repairs as my insurance decided to total out my CRV, but I was so impressed with Caliber s customer service, knowledge, and friendliness that I felt inspired to write a review.

Professional, outstanding job with great communication! I hit a deer causing major damage to my 2020 RAV-4. Caliber Collision in Rockford MI restored my vehicle and made it look brand new! Kept me informed every week on the progress of the repairs and finished the job sooner than anticipated! It s obvious the team at Caliber Collision strive for perfection on every job. Our car hood was damaged after an unfortunate literal run in with a deer (RIP). Caliber in Rockford was recommended to us by a friend and they did an incredible job. They kept us informed multiple times weekly with how the progress of the car was coming along. My vehicle left Caliber with damage it didn t have when it went in. Jeff makes excuses about the insurance not covering it because that damage isn t Caliber s fault. I 10 out of 10 DO NOT recommend!!

Caliber Collision did a very good job to repair my vehicle. Even though it took a bit longer due to the extra work that needed to be done, they went an extra mile by cleaning my car inside and out. They periodically informed me on the progress. The job was done very good! Very happy with the outcome! I would highly recommend them to anyone!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I owe Caliber Collision both a sincere apology and a debt of gratitude. Previously, I left a review that after they repaired my vehicle, my vehicle began alerting me to a left stage brake light issue. Caliber Collision was supposed to call me back but did not. However, Caliber Collision did eventually call me back and I returned my vehicle with no appointment. Caliber Collision promptly inspected my vehicle and showed me that the part which prompted the alert was not related to their repair work. They then proceeded to repair the part, showed me the repair, and the alert stopped. They generously repaired this free of charge!!! My first time experience with Caliber was great! The customer service is top notch and the staff is very friendly. I received frequent updates both by text and by phone throughout the repair. The repair was completed faster than anticipated and the car looked like new when I picked it up.
