Great service. Always friendly, on time and fairly priced. The price you are quoted iscwhatvyou pay. No surprises. Have had two repairs done on two different cars and will be back when I need more work done.

They were able to diagnose and repair a very intricate problem within the motor of my almost 20 year old Toyota tundra. If you have a foreign vehicle that you care about, I would highly recommend Burke to anyone.

I've come to Burke for small repairs and large repairs. They've got fair pricing and they're excellent at explaining all the details from the cost and timeline to the repair itself and why it needs to be done. They've always gone above and beyond to be super helpful! 10/10 would recommend

Mr. Burke is great with diagnostics, great with knowing the correct and best part for each application, skilled at repairing cars faster than most. He often charges, or used to charge, less than book time.That said, my experience has teeter totter, and landed heavily on the negative side.Maybe it was personal, but the I finished repairs, the costly time without vehicles, the care of my vehicles while in his possession . Not cool. Costly.This is a revised review, the owner is a good person and I believe means well. I think he is more honest than most. History tells me not to go to his shop, though things change. I would just be cautious of time, what work is getting done, and what the partaking lot policy is, especially regarding theft. A know thief hangs around there, he was literally selling my truck for parts while it was at the shop. It was a parts truck, but for my personal use, not to be Smythed

Very knowledgeable and has always done great work on my Toyota. I don't trust just anyone to work on my vehicle but I definitely trust Burke!

Chris and the guys at Burke are fantastic. Honest, excellent work and fairly priced. We take both of our vehicles to Burke and couldn't be happier. Would absolutely recommend them!! They continue to be fair, timely amd honest. Highest praises.

This is the only place I want to take my BMW to ever again in the Grand Rapids area.I just finished a 3,000 mile road trip and got a low coolant light on the way. They were able to diagnose the issue quickly and it was very reasonably priced for the work done. Scott the advisor was courteous and professional, gave updates when needed. The best part was he was able to work with my extended warranty company to make sure eligible costs were covered. They also allowed me to bring my own battery in for installation which not all places I've been allow that.So thanks again to Burke Foreign Auto Repair!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Battery

The whole staff is top notch. Hands down the best auto mechanics in the state. Honest and the only repair shop i will have touch my vehicle. They Diagnose my vehicle for not starting within a 1/4 of an hour the problem was found ECU "the brain"and I had hours into it. Ive been to places where hours were wasted trying to find the problem replacing parts not needed and that is a waste of money. Burke auto hands down the best around.Service: Electrical repair

Terrific service. I was referred by another auto shop, who had given me a dire diagnosis for my car. Burke was able to identify the problem as much smaller and cheaper to repair. Car runs great 6 months later.

I have been taking my BMW to Chris for a few years now. We recently purchased a BMW X3 for my daughter from One Source and told her to take to Burke if she ever has any issues. They are very knowledgeable and provide excellent service at reasonable prices.

There isn't anything Chris and his crew can't and won't do for you, going above and beyond. Chris always puts your mind as ease and takes care of you in a professional and expedient manner, scheduling the car and fixing it perfectly on your timetable.I am 66 years old and have not had a better, more trusted mechanic. They did my timing belt and water pump on my 2015 Honda Odyssey. Took me at scheduled appointment time and I am extremely happy with their work and price. Over $500 less than the dealership. I drove from Mt Pleasant and would do it again in a heartbeat. Only negative is I wasn't familiar with their location and figured out it was down the hill from the car dealer.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Incredible service will NEVER go back to a dealership. The service is incredible, worked with me after work hours so I never had to miss anytime off of work, communicated the whole process and status of where the job was at. Honest, reputable, fast service, great company! Highly recommend.

I own a 2010 VW CC R-Line. I came to this shop with pretty much the most major issues that you can have with a vehicle. Blown engine, blown turbo, ruined brakes, transmission issues; just a long list of problems. CHRIS AND HIS TEAM TOOK CARE OF EVERYTHING. My car is running like new again with 130,000 miles on the dash. Best shop around if you have a foreign vehicle. Will always be my go to.

Chris and his technicians provide outstanding care and quality workmanship for all of our fleet and personal repairs. When there is a warranty issue, Chris is quick to make it right. I wish there was a 6 star option because I would give it to Burke Foreign Auto Repair.

Brought my vehicle here for a wheel bearing repair came back to a vehicle the wouldn't start. Never had this issue before I dropped it off here. These people could not fix it, refused to pay for the towing to the dealership not any of the bill it would cost to repair, and waived $10 off my bill .. thanks for nothing, now I'm out a vehicle for up to 4 weeks because of you. Do not come to this shop. I'll never go back again.

I'm so glad I found these guys! They've recently done major repairs on my 2000 VW VR6 and my 2000 VW Cabrio. They know their stuff and have good prices. I can now look forward to 3 seasons of Fahrvergn�gen!Just adding that I've had lots more work done with these guys!. They did an excellent job changing out the xreas shock system on my 2003 Toyota 4Runner V8. Put Billstein 5100s in the front and old man emu springs on the back with 1.5 inches lift in front and 2" in back.Also my Jetta VR6 is still running strong thanks to these guys!!!

We were desperate on a Saturday, with my son's VW Tiguan wandering all over the road. Lucky enough to catch one of the young men to check it for us. Scanned steering system and put it on the rack and found a loose nut on the right lower ball joint. Tightened it up and a-1. Later found that the guy that just did the timing chain and head, left it loose. Thank you very much. And gained a new customer or several as my son has a lot of friends with Vw's and the like.
