Came in to have my 2015 Chevy Equinox checked out, no check engine light, just for general upkeep. I forgot to mention a few things when I brought it in, and they found the issues and fixed them beyond my expectations. When I received my car back, I noticed my alignment was a little off from a new part - they went out of their way to pick up my car while I was at work and return it quickly. 11/10 Service, I am beyond so grateful, confident in my cars reliability after them working on it, and blown away at their willingness to make sure I am happy and content as a customer. I will be staying with them as a customer for future upkeep and repairs Highly recommend

I've been going to Bronks for years, They do great work at good honest prices with terrific communication. I've never been let down or felt taken advantage of, as I have at some other shops. I absolutely trust the business and the staff. Highly recommended.

Everything went great from the speed of getting my car in to the speed and communication about repair and pick up. We moved up this way about a year and 1/2 ago. I am so excited to find a mechanic that is good and trustworthy.

Love Bronks auto it s a bit out of the way for us, but when you know you are going to get reliable, honest, trustworthy service. It s worth the drive. I recommend Bronks to everyone.

They were able to check and fix my vehicle quicker than expected. The cost was fair and also lower than expected. Staff seemed very knowledgeable about vehicles and I felt like they wanted to use their skills and knowledge to help me as much as possible. These guys at Bronk's Auto Repair are more than great. I would echo others as well..."generous, honest, and helpful". I started out earlier this year by taking one of our cars to them with a low coolant issue...fearing the worst. They determined it was just a loose hose clamp.When it came time to have another car repaired we could have decided to find a place on the east side of the state where my son is. Instead, we wanted to bring it back here to Bronk's.We took the second car in to them last week for suspension work when at the same time the A\C went out...the day before the scheduled suspension repair.They worked with us to get back in within a week. Took it in today for the A\C repair and was told it would most likely take an extra day longer than originally planned due unexpected staff shortages. Was pleasantly surprised to get a call this early afternoon that it was ready.Taylor, Jud, and the entire team at Bronk's really work hard to satisfy their customers with fair pricing and honest work. I have had several cars in at Bronk's over the years. They always provide great service. Yesterday they went above and beyond. I was preparing for a trip up north for vacation when I heard a rattling in my suspension. Needless to say I was concerned that it might be something major and put a damper on the trip. They were able to squeeze me in with a plan to at least look at it to determine what was going on and if it was safe to drive. Twenty minutes later it was fixed. I'm sure that wouldn't happen every time (depending on the situation) but this was a great day. The fact that they squeezed me in and were able to fix the problem was beyond amazing. Time for vacation now....with peace of mind. Thank you Bronk's.

I have been using Bronk s for auto repair for several years now and have always been happy with their service. Most recently developed power steering issues after hours. Dropped it off after hours without notifying them and called them in the morning. Their schedule was full that day but they were able to fix it the following day and get me back on the road. Always friendly to talk to and their prices are reasonable. Keep up the good work!Service: Steering & suspension replacement

At last minute I called these guys with a brake issue. They were willing to put aside other work to assist me. Bottom line -- fixed at no cost. Bronk's is generous, helpful, and honest. I'm from Minnesota and may not return, but just to pass along a most positive review...

Super nice and friendly people. They got my car in right away and fixed it within an hour. They are also very honest and could have taken the opportunity to make more money fixing what I thought the issue was only for them to fix what the issue actually was for half the price I was expecting to pay. I stopped in without an appointment to get my tire patched. They were very busy, but they got my car in immediately and patched my tire. I was in and out in under 30 minutes. I highly recommend going here!Service: TiresService: Tires

The fuel pump on my 2015 Silverado went out a day before I was leaving town for three weeks. Was able to get it towed to Bronk s and worked with them over the phone. Great service at a fair (good) price. They noticed I had a flat tire the day I was picking it up and the mechanic took it off the rim and cleaned the rim so it wouldn t leak anymore- no charge just the kind of service you get from a family owned business. Girlfriend is taking her Mercedes in next week for brake work based on our great experience. They will get all our work in the future.

In my experience, Bronk's is legit. They had my car diagnosed and repaired way sooner than I expected (new radiator install). Very fair prices, professional service, and excellent communication. I appreciate knowing that when my car needs repairs, I have a great local business to count on.(My wife's friend recommended Bronk's because she felt she was treated fairly; she didn't feel like she was taken advantage of because she was a woman.) I'm new to the area and was looking for a reliable auto-shop for ongoing maintenance and found it in Bronk's. They are flexible in terms of drop-off and pick-up which is appreciated and are great communicators in terms of diagnosing the issue and explaining options/costs to fixing it. No high-pressure sales tactics which is appreciated.Additionally, I was quoted for several parts but once they got my truck up they determined they didn't need to add a part saving me hundreds (they ordered the part so it would have been easy for them to just throw it on). I had a massive oil leak dripping on my exhaust and creating a serious fire hazard. I was glad when I learned Bronks auto had completed the work for a fair price but oil gaskets and seals on Subaru's are tricky to install so when My service engine soon light came on and I found oil was still leaking from the front passenger side camshaft, I called Tim at Bronks to inform him of the issues. He was understanding and asked me to return the car next week Monday for further troubleshooting and service. I trust these guys will work hard to resolve outstanding problems.Service: Engine repair

I have been going to Bronks exclusively for almost 10 years now. From day 1 I knew it was the right choice. They are very experienced and I have found they always give me good advice on my vehicle, not just what makes them money. They even declined fixing one of my older cars because they said it was rusted all the way through the floor underneath the carpet and it wasn t safe to drive anymore. I was grateful they put my safety as the top priority. They are a prime example of treating people right. A big thanks to the Bronks team for years of exemplary service!

My rear diff in my f 250 xlt v 10 was shaking when I went in reverse and turned the wheel ...they changed the fluid and added something to break the clutches loose ....ADD IT WORKED !!!!! I AVOIDED A 3'500 BILL FOR A NEW DIFF. These are good folks who work hard and get things done well. If it isn t right they make it right and go out of their way to see people as people first and then customers. I love Bronks. They are great guys and they know what they are doing. Prices are reasonable and they don't suggest repairs unless you really need it. Turnaround times are fast. I've grown to trust them with my car repair needs over the last few years and highly recommend them.

We have been going to Bronks for approximately 15 years for our car repairs and their service has been wonderful! We have also taken our company vehicles to Bronks. Today we really needed our van and they stayed an extra hour after closing and made sure the job was done. To show how efficient they are, they replaced almost our complete exhaust system in 3 hours. Exceptional service! Very knowledgeable. Very nice dealing with them.
