Chad did a great job on my Mazda's suspension for a very fair price. Even advised that I don't continue with some extra work due to the cost/time to remove some rusted bolts as the components I asked to replace were in good working order. This is pretty rare and honest as a lot of shops would move forward anyway and hit you with the bill later.Brought my own parts and he had no problem with that, although based on shop pricing and my experience I don't think I would bother with that next time. Will absolutely be coming back for future work and trust in him having honest and fair pricing on parts and labor!

Highly recommend Arnold s garage.It was my first time bringing my Jeep here, and I was extremely pleased with the service. It was done in a very timely manner, and Chad was very down to earth, knowledgeable, and considerate.

Chad at Arnold's is as honest as the day is long! As a widow with a Camaro, other places have tried to take advantage of me for the money buying parts I don't need.Honest, affordable prices, trustworthy and goes the extra mile! This is my car place for life! I would give them more stars if I could!

We have taken 4 cars to Chad and he always treats us good. He always repairs what needs to be repaired and informs us about things that will need some attention soon. You don't get told anything needs fixed that doesn't need fixed. I tell people about Arnolds garage with complete confidence they will have the same experience that I have had.

Another awesome experience with Arnold's Garage! I live in Wyoming, there are mechanics everywhere. I bring my vehicle to Chad in Rockford because I know I'm getting top notch service at a fair price. He knows I know next to nothing about cars and with my most recent car issue, I was convinced it was going to be major. If he would have told me I needed some repair that was going to cost $1,000 I would have believed it. Instead, it was a fairly simple fix and I was out the door for under $200. I appreciate that hes a gentleman and when a woman walks through the door he sees a customer not dollar signs.

Arnolds garage is a great place to bring your vehicle. had differential work done on my F-150 and they beat ever price around that i was quoted. to top it off did amazing work and had it back in a very timely manor. they always answer any questions that i have when I call without hesitation. thanks!!

Chad at the front is straightforward, practical and does good work. I've had work done there twice now and he's always been willing to offer me a few different options on parts and work when a repair was looking a little pricey. Best of all, HE PRICES FAIRLY FOR WOMEN, which isn't really that common. He's got my business for as long as I live in the Grand Rapids area.

Fairest garage I have ever had a vehicle to, and I'm 55. They'll fix your small engine or vehicle at a fair price. If they find something else wrong they may tell you about it, but absolutely no high pressure. If it's serious, they'll tell, but if it's not, you don't have to worry about paying to fix stuff that doesn't necessarily need fixing. Father & son owners, are both great guys.

We send everybody to Chad at Arnold's Garage! I've known Chad for a long time, and he is a good honest guy. Only guy I'll trust other than myself to work on my vehicles!! :-) Highly Recommend!!

Literally told me they would not work on my vehicle because I already bought the parts it needed.. Then proceeded to tell me there's no reason to get upset. THERE'S NO REASON TO GIVE THIS PLACE ANYMORE BUSINESS! Funny too because I know the owner through a friend and he rips my friend off all the time. He once charged him $400 for a brake pads and an oil change.. On an F150.. What a deal between friends huh? Just imagine the "deals" you'll get.

Fair, honest, friendly. One of only 3 people I let touch my cars, only person I go to for small engines, every one else robs you compared to chad when it comes to small engines. His only competition for small engines as far as I'm concerned would be village motorsports, and be prepared to spend a lot more $$$.

Great guy, took my Toyota Tundra in for rear breaks and come to find out it was something else a lot cheaper. They told me and took care of it right away. Will bring all my cars to him in the future for sure.

Went here to have a flat tire repaired, was in and out in 15 minutes. I've since driven to the other side of the country with no issues. I would bring my car here for any repairs or maintenance if I lived in the area
