Alex is awesome! We have gone to him with our car troubles and he's always fair, honest, and hard working. He was able to fit me in last minute, even if it meant working late at night because of all of the work he had. Great guy, I would recommend him to anyone!Thank You Alex!

I had a flat on my front tire and after calling around I found that I couldn t get it in anywhere for almost 2 weeks due to the busy schedule as winter approaches.Called and spoke with Tom and he rearranged part of his schedule to get me within 2 days. I am so thankful. I have children and I didn t want to drive on a donut for 2 weeks. I can t thank them enough for their efforts. This company deserves your business! Acme, you guys rock!

Acme tire has always given my family the best service. They are so hard to be compared to, I wait till I am home on leave to get my vehicles serviced by Alex and his team. 100% recommend.

We have worked with Alex and the great people at Ace Tire and Auto to work on our company vehicles. They are fairly priced, timely and very helpful. I always recommend these amazing people to friends, family and customers!

I needed a replacement tire really quickly... Alex was able to track down the exact make/model/size of the tire I needed, had it shipped to their location in a day, and was able to mount the tire on the wheel, and put it on my car. All of this was done within 24 hours. I am extremely grateful and would recommend this place to anyone!

I needed my brakes done before a busy holiday weekend and they were able to squeeze me in, got the job done, and had me back on the road. Very happy, as nobody else in the area could get me fixed in time

I was referred to Acme Tire and Auto when our van was experiencing engine problems. Alex worked me, a new customer in right away and all work was completed in less than 24hrs. The van is now running great and I was charged a very fair price for the work done. And Alex is just a great guy to work with. Great job - I ll be back!

We dropped our car off for service on a Thursday. It was to be done the next Tuesday. Two full weeks later and the car was still parked outside. What is worse is that it was repeatedly promised to us time after time. We would drive by and see it in the overflow lot. They didn t even try to deny the poor service.

Impressed from the start. Alex is beyond accommodating, courteous, gracious, and professional. During the power outage we were called promptly to inform of any potential delays. No need though, they still got us back on the road quickly even with the short notice we gave them.Not just a tire shop, call Alex if you have any questions about your vehicles. Lifetime customer after now a few great experiences, I don t usually write online reviews but I wanted to make sure to do it for Alex, and I was not surprised to see all the rest of the great reviews that are on here. People are saying his prices are fair, I don t know, value is more important to me, he does the work I need in the manner that I appreciate it being done.

On a road trip from Tennessee, my car had what could have been a major emergency. The mechanic who worked here ran the diagnostic and showed what exactly was wrong. Turns out it wasn't that bad, but he still averted a crisis.Previously there have been a few mechanics I have talked to who wouldn't even take the time to read a code, so I appreciate the 20 minutes it took to describe the problem my car was potentially happening.

Alex is the most honest mechanic one can come across. I am the most cynical person when it comes to cars, mechanics or spending money. He alleviated all my concerns. I live on the opposite side of the state, and he has earned my trust and my service. I highly recommend acme auto. Go elsewhere only at your own risk!Who is the most honest person you know? I know who it isn't, your car mechanic, unless the person you're fortunate enough to run into is Alex from acme tire and auto! I don't want to get too personal about my situation but I will say Alex treated me like a friend. I hope this review helps everyone, as I know you're all looking for someone with honesty and integrity. Thank you for everything Alex you not only made a customer but a friend

Very happy with the service I received here. They explained everything they were doing very clearly and also wrote down what/when I should be doing future things with my car. Prices were competitive with other places. Very highly recommend. Will be going back for future auto repair.

Wouldn't recommend to ANYONE. Scheduled over a week in advanced, took 10 hours to mount and balance tires(NOT the only reason I scheduled) they decided not to do any of the mechanical work discussed and just the tires. Very poor customer service, dropped vehicle off at open! picked up vehicle at close and they weren't even done yet with the tires 10 hours later! (No phone calls or warning on being busy and possibly not getting the job done) To sum up Their excuse "stuff happens" VERY unprofessional. Wouldn't recommend to ANYONE.

The guys took their time to do the repair right the first time. Acme isn't the type of shop that upsells every service possible: they just get the problem fixed, give accurate assessments for future maintenance, and get you on your way. I suggest getting the car to them early in morning for the best turn around time as they are a small, busy shop.

I don't normally write reviews but I was so impressed with the service my wife recieved with a small tire issue that I've taken both of my cars back for everything from winter tires to front-end work. They are for friendly, professional and also very fairly priced. I would definitely recommend them to others as well.

Went for the first time to get a flat tire fixed, and had an excellent experience! The guys were friendly over the phone, service was prompt and well done, and they were very accommodating with a mama with three littles in tow! I recommend this place to all, and will definitely go here again when the need arises.

The best shop I've seen around GR and, this is coming from a guy that was trained as a mechanic and, works on his own cars.I've gone here a few times to have them do work that I don't want to/can't do on my own. Last time I went, I took my 86 Mazda RX7 to have the diff and, an axle stub-shaft replaced, it was done in like 3 days even though I forgot a few bolts, oops!My only complaint is that the lot is usually packed and, it's a pain to get in and out sometimes.

Our family has been going there since I was a young man probably 30 something years now Alex and the staff there have always treated us great very honest and it's hard to find that in a good service center nowadays so we're very thankful to have people like Alex and his staff working on our cars

I was out of town and very busy. They took my blown tire and rim, ordered a tire and had it installed by that evening at a great price. Called to update me and I just had to pick it up after my day was done.

I dropped my car off at this shop and ended up selling it to one of the guys here. I kept trying to get my radio out of my car and I was going to pay the shop to do so. After he kept saying that he was going to take it out the next day on several occasions I made the long trip out there and he had me take the radio out myself. Over a week later and I finally got my radio,it only took about 5 minutes to get it out. His kid helped so I gave the kid the money that I was going to pay the shop. I am not rating it down all the way because the transaction went smooth other than this.

Hi my name is Jacob I love the staff there. They where very friendly and helpful also keep me up to date with my Mitsubishi Endivor LS 2005 and very good place to take your vehicle. They fix my issue.

I had a tired emergency and the guys at Acme Tire & Auto squeezed me in before the weekend. The were able to quickly patch the tire and i was on my way. These guys were great!
