I went in this place to get my drivers side back bumper replaced and it took over a week to get it done and after less then a year the bumper they put on is rusted out meanwhile my factory bumper is in perfect condition. Recently I went in there to show them and they told me they would replace it for free once they got a replacement for it now it s been over a month and a half and no word from them.Service: Auto body & trim replacement

Had to return 3x for an estimate. Would give a price and say bring it in next week. Would show up and the same guy wouldn t remember the vehicle and give another quote(different number) just to say bring it in next week again. Had paint damage from the front fender and across both doors. The paint guy did not complete the fender because the boss didn t tell him too? Tons of imperfections in the paint that was actually done

They put a Subframe on my Car as well as my whole front end suspension for under a thousand dollars. Have a lease end and needed some dents taken out that we're creases and in some bad areas like near corners. Talked with Chris there and he gave me a good price that didn't give me a heart attack. He had the truck done quickly and it looks really good. For the first time in a year I'm not dreading turning this lease in. Like weight lifted off my shoulders. If I ever need anything else this will be my first choice.

Waste of time here. Asked for a quote and apparently it's above there skill level for some basic mechanic work. That's fine I'll just pay Michael Bates Chevy the $600 they quoted me. Have quality work done. My dad went to school with this shops owner used them quite often I try to get work done and they refuse me. Oh well just set my appointment up for Michael Bates Chevy.

These guys always help me out and are up front and honest about what they think is wrong and what they can to do fix it. Been here 3 times for all sorts of problems from brakes to fuel line repairs. Great great auto repair shop.

Had my radiator replaced and they didn't think to check the hoses attached to the line. I had to come back 3x to get it fixed properly.

worst body shop ever. Go at your own risk but you would be crazy to take your car there. A negative 100 stars.

The absolute worst auto shop around. They can't get anything right when they fix something and that is if they don't overlook the real problem. Very disappointed.
