They basically stole $90 from me after paying $400. This was definitely a unique experience, from the moment you drive up to going through a maze of rusted out containers in their lot full of used tires to choose your own, and the fact that they jack you up while you are in your vehicle waiting, and just leave you there while they take multiple breaks...it should have given me an indication of what I was dealing with but proceeded to purchase a tire that already had a screw lodged in the well. I doubt they check their tires, they have signs everywhere that says once you drive off the lot it's at your own risk. They never filled my tires up to the correct PSI. I waited in the waiting room after telling them that I also wanted an alignment, for them to take my car to a shop after they put my tires on and proceeded to wait for 2 hours until they came out and told me they didn't have the tools to do it and were waiting on snap-on. I knew the entire life story of the woman behind the desk at that time, which told me about all of her hardships. People have enough on their own plate, and I know I don't go to a business to hear about your sobriety struggles. Don't push on people and learn to keep that at home, or get the proper help. I don't have the capacity or sympathy for it because I have never made those choices or lived that life, and I have had to detach from people who have made those choices because of their accountability with them. There is a time and a place for that stuff, and I'm sure it's a meeting or a phone call with your sponsor. She refunded my account with the incorrect amount, and I felt like they were ripping me off the entire time. Turns out, completely true. I had to go the next day to get my tire checked, just to be told it was not a good tire and have to sink more money into getting a new one replaced. Time is money, and they definitely got me. What rip-offs! They didn't even provide me with a receipt after they refunded the alignment that they couldn't do. I got home, and realized everything was incorrect. Warning anybody else out there, don't waste your money thinking it's a good deal because they aren't checking the tires and they aren't even going to finish the job you're paying them to do not to mention, the entire place just seems unsafe.

Giving a huge shout out to this business and owners. My husband came We had a screw in The tire he went just now 2-27 about noon. In-N-Out under 30 minutes heck under 20 minutes. And gave him a more than decent deal. Checked the other tires and help him reset it in the car for tire pressure. Also very friendly and lovable dogs. Thank you all We will be back. You all rock!

I would not suggest this business at all. As a former tire technician I wanted to help support a small business but no never again. I brought these freshly sanded and painted rims to these tire technicians to get put on and they want $380 to dismount 4 tires and mount and balance 4 tires then they put them on and they re ALL SCRACTHED TO HELL because of them incorrectly handling them, then I get them taken off of the tires I had them mounted on and of course their tire technician load my scratched up rims into my car without my permission and of course leaned them up against each other standing on the SIDES OF THE RIM. I will never be back, I felt so robbed!!! I wish I could give a negative 5 stars!!

Was recommended here. Stood in the office for about an hour without anyone even speaking to me. Watched two customers pull in after me and get service and still nobody even acknowledged I was there. I honestly felt like a ghost. Great quick service once I was taken care of though. 3 stars because I don t like leaving low scores.

Ally is the best! Super friendly and it feels like family. Not like they just want your money! Great new and used tire prices, and service is always super quick! Enough employees you never have to wait long! And you get to love/play with all the pups! 10/10!

Had a late night run for two tires that needed to be mounted and balanced and they had us in and out in about 7 or so mins. Super friendly and fast service thank you to the guys that work on my front tires.

Great people, great environment. They provide a great service in the make you feel like family kinda way. From the great office help to the hard working employees. Also if your a dog fan you'll be in your happy place. Again from my family to yours truly, thank you.

Took a rim here that was bent and cracked. They claimed they could fix it and welded it and charged me 90 bucks. Had to take it back three times, first time it wouldn't seat on the bead the first to times. Third time the weld cracked and long and behold it still will not hold air.

Out of state and on our way to a family event. When we hit a pothole which took out both tires on our passenger side. These guys took us in right away and replaced our two damaged tires for a fair price.Great service at a fair price.

Sold me a dry rotted tire. Try to exchange it. The women that works behind the counter is a nut job... they would not exchange tire. I would not recommend this place, very unprofessional.

Buyer beware never ever buy used tires from them!!! She me tire wait for them to put on I go in to pay walk out look at tire notice sidewall on tire is cracked. Ally informed me my responsibility to look over tire they can't guarantee a tire not dry rot or has cracks in it that what you get when purchasing a used tire. I'm like so do u have another tire like the one you put on she's like yes less tread. She's like what you want to do I'm like I don't know. She walks over ask for my receipt next thing I know Jack my car up taking off used tires putting my tires back on with out word.Mind you I haven't cussed or been hateful just crying and upset they were so dishonest they were going to let me drive off with a tire worsethen the one they took off.

This place is Full of wholesome kind hearted people. I have had one of the best experiences I ve ever had. I was broke down in front of a Mijers , waiting for AAA when a worker from the tire shop 1, LLc randomly saw me and stoped to help out of the kindness of their heart I was able to cancel AAA and save a boatload of money ; then he even told me to come to the shop so he could replace the one misssing log nut. Everyone at the shop was just so kind hearted and friendly. It made a bad situation, such a great experience, I was so blessed to run into them today.

I ve been taking my cars to The Tire Shop for over 10 years now. The dogs were what initially drew me in but their honest service is what keeps me coming back. They never try to upsell me an anything. Today my daughter got a blowout on the side of the expressway and they went above and beyond to make sure she was able to get to work safely. This mom is extremely grateful!

I was gouged $217.00 for mounting, balancing, installing tps sensors on four stock wheels. $217.00 labor that took them an hour. I will never go near the place again!!!

Other than the hott assertive blonde not spray painting my rim to match the others out of liability reasons for the company (MUCH RESPECT FOR FOLLOWING PROTOCOL) she let me use her spray paint although I messed it up Great prices, friendly and quick service! Best yet is did I say the great prices?! Forever a customer xo thanks for taking care of me!

They wanted $40 for a mount and balance plus valve stem (no sensor). It was a brand new rim (15" no tire mounted on it) Completely ridoulous! Lady acted like she was cutting me a deal... I regret ever giving them my business in the past.

Very awesome place! Not only did I get great tires, I also got to give a very sweet dog a belly rub! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a good deal from honest hard-working people!
