I needed some paint touched up on my car and Rite On Auto was recommended to me with high praise from another member of the automotive maintenance community. Steve was quick, kind, helpful, and extremely generous with a keen eye for detail. He got the right color match and even took care of spots I hadn't noticed! It was a huge relief and a great experience!

Great experience here! The process of getting my Xterra fixed here was quick and fairly priced, and I was reassured they'd take of me. Very friendly staff, and cool cars around too! We've had a few vehicles taken care of here at Rite On, and we'll definitely be bringing business back whenever the time arises, you should too!

Just bought a Used car from Rite on in Ecorse A couple of weeks ago, i started hearing a noise in the back passenger side so Nicole called me and sent me here to have them check it out. It was the caliper These guys took care of it for me no charge when they didn't have to. Buying a used car has been a little bit of a scary adventure for me I'm just happy I found Rite on because they have helped me so much throughout this process And helped make things a lot less stressful. I just want to say thank you guys again

If I could rate this business as 0 stars, believe me I would. I purchased this Jeep on May 6th, 2023. It had a rebuilt title, when asked why it had the rebuilt title, the sales manager said that it had right fender damage. We agreed to the purchase after looking at it and test driving it. I asked for the report that showed the damage and was told it was in my paperwork. When I got home the report was mysteriously not there. I messaged the company asking them to email the report to which they never responded or sent the report over. After less than a week I started having serious problems with the Jeep and all in all have spent over $10,000.00 in repairs just to get it driving. The Jeep had been in a very serious accident with damage throughout the entire vehicle. I ve replace the engine, the transmission cooler lines, the rear caliper and brakes, the catalytic converter, the 02 sensors, the cam shaft sensors, and many more things to just name a few. I ve reached out to the owner and he said he would talk to his partner about reimbursing me at least some of my money. This was months ago and I ve never heard a word back. I ve now contacted a lawyer because I ve lost my job because of the unreliability of this vehicle and will be suing for damages. I paid cash for this vehicle. Do not use this shady dealership under any circumstance. I m now stuck with a car that is unreliable and that I cannot sell.

I quite literally don't take my vehicles anywhere but here for service, and wouldn't hesitate to buy a car from the team here.The team here is kind, and courteous, and they're real problem solvers, be your problem finding yourself another car, or finding the problem with your car.From the moment you step in the door, you can tell the guys here are actually car people, and not just here for a job. If you're a car person, it's a big plus to have your car or truck serviced by other automotive enthusiasts. Highly recommended.

The service I needed most when I was searching for a vehicle, was for whoever that seller was I absolutely needed them to work with me on a personal level, meet me where I am financially in life, and handle the business with honesty and integrity. And over all, get me into a reliable, safe and affordable vehicle. I am so glad to have crossed paths, in my search for a vehicle, with Rite On Auto Sales in Flat Rock. They embodied all those requirements and held the standards I was looking for. They are clean and they care. They are patient and they made my process and I m sure many others very easy. Honestly, I don t think I m comfortable with going to any other establishment for a very long time. It was definitely the right choice for me and I cannot wait to do business in the future with them.

Would not do a business with this place if it was the last car lot on Earth 3 days of excuses only to be pawned off on a different vehicle that I did not want when I question it I'm told don't talk to me that way are you for real sir I am a customer just not one of yours.... Really wish I could give this man negative Stars...

If you are looking for a great deal on a new ride, ask for Umar from Rite On Auto Sale in Flat Rock, Michigan. He is the best! Good work of ethic and honesty goes further than a lot of people think. He made my purchase process really smooth (had many bad experiences from previous dealerships). He goes above and beyond for his customers and tries to help as much as possible. Stopped in to hopefully purchase a sports car. 90% of them were not for sale, just for show. Very disappointed. That being said the owner was super nice and said new cars for sale will be coming in soon. So we'll go back for sure.

We got an amazing deal on a really nice, low mileage car. There was a small issue, and Steve did right by us, going above and beyond for us. I got there a half an hour before they opened. Steve pulled up a few minutes later and got right to helping me, even though they weren't open yet! Robert stepped in when Steve wasn't available to make sure I didn't have to wait around. I can't say enough. Go see them if you need a vehicle. They are honest, very ethical and hard working!They never did get the air fixed as promised. Don't believe promises, just have them lower the price. Ended up having to spend $900 to fix the air conditioning.

I bought a 2007 Mustang convertible from Rite On Auto Sales in Flatrock. The car had solid running motor, trans and no rust anywhere on the vehicle. The sales person Omar was very helpful throughout the purchasing process. He did not pressure me into the sale. I had a lot of time to look over and test drive the vehicle.

Great Dealership! The Best Total Experience I ve ever had! These Guys know what they re doing! I ve bought Cars for 40 years (collect old cars) and this is the Best Transaction by far. The Owner and Nicole were Absolutely Super in the Treatment of Me and Purchase. Definitely Recommended by Me! Would buy from them Again without Hesitation! Think twice before you purchase a vehicle from this dealer. Seems very nice and professional to get the sale..My wife and I bought a truck 3 1/2 months ago. 8,000 $ when all said and done.. We regret it dearly. We noticed the smell of coolant after The test drive. Asked him about it and he told us they fixed a hose on it recently and that's all. He then said that if we ever had any issues to bring it back and he'd help us because he's not that kind of a car dealer. A week later the truck broke down on us. Rear main seal. Which put us without our truck for a week. It was a battle to get him to even fix that. Got it back broke down again on the highway. Easter Sunday. I am not a mechanic but I know fluids clearly coolant blew out from underneath my car and we barreled in smoke until we could slow down ,fully loaded with all of our children. We have it towed to him he says he fixes it. His words were, "my mechanic didn't connect a house tight enough was all". A couple weeks go by after we get the truck back finally , it still don't go a block down the road without overheating. Now he tells us to pay him $80 to diagnose a problem he already knew when he sold the truck to us. The radiator is bad as well as the water pump. We will not be taking our truck to get fixed by him and I'll never do business with him again and I'd recommend the same for anybody who expects to get a decent vehicle from a dealer like him. Stay away from right on Auto. He's a grade A scam artist..

This place is not like your normal dealership. Nobody hounds you and they make you feel invited and welcomed. UmarIs very pleasant to be around. He bent over backwards for me to get things rolling. There was a mistake with a cash transaction, I miss counted and over paid and Umar on his own accord and integrity made sure to get in touch with me and gave me back the money I gave to much of. I recommend Rite On Auto Sales for your car buying needs.

The staff was very nice and friendly. Definitely felt at home here, Steve was an amazing person who was very helpful and answered all my questions and made me feel at ease. Also, Nicole was a huge help during the whole process. she helped me understand everything needed during the process of purchasing a vehicle, i will definitely recommend this place to all family and friends

I had a great experience with Rite On, I got a great deal on my car and they were able to help with my poor credit situation. I've had the car for 3 years now and I've only had to perform general maintenance on it. I'd recommend them to any of my friends and family.

Staff is very pleasant! The sales people are very friendly and willing to help. They have multiple locations and were willing to find something across their inventory that fit my budget and needs. My next car or service will definitely be done at Rite On Auto!

Robert was very nice and very polite when my mom and I were looking at cars up there. He told us about them, let me get a feel of the one I was most interested in, and it was all out a great experience there. I keep looking up there for cars but I'm still gonna try bringing someone that works on cars for a living with me because I still need guidance. Either way, I had a great experience there and I will come back because of how well they treated me.
