Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. We went to 5 different automotive places. These guys solved our problem because they had the expertise we needed. And it was for our RV /Coach. Thanks for finding the solinoid we needed.

Very helpful. Knowledgeable. And special orders same day. If you can't get a part same day or just looking for same part at a more reasonable price, stop at Flat Rock Auto. Not just a local auto parts store but part of our local community.

Highly recommended in my opinion. They beat most prices than any other automotive stores. Very friendly group of guys and don't mind helping in any way possible. Always greeting their customers with a smile on their faces. I ALWAYS tell my friends/family to call Flat Rock Automotive before any where else

I received excellent customer service from this establishment! It's a small shop but the people in the shop are very knowledgeable very friendly and happy to help you they offered me services that I didn't even inquire about but just to give me a jump start on if I needed another part they told me what the price was and we're very nice to me I will come back to this shop and I will tell people that I work with about this establishment Way to go guys Thanks for your help

These folks tend to have more knowledge about cars than the other local national chain stores. Their experience is key! They might be a smaller shop, but they have competitive and quite often better prices, particularly in rotors and brake pads. Thanks for helping me keep my costs down on car repairs! I must say the guys at Flat Rock Auto are awesome my mother lives in Flat Rock towers she doesn t drive often and there s been a few times her car won t start Lowell has come over and charged the battery for her a few times he even took her car over to the shop and put air in the tires.Doesn t get better than that all-around genuine guy.

This is one of the last privately owned auto parts stores around. Their prices are great- so you can tell they arent paying for a new million dollar store; like all the chain places. The counter guys are very knowledgeable and most of them have been there for years. I call ahead for parts and most of the time they have them- if not, it is within a day. Shop and compare here- you will like it:)

I have to say Flat Rock Automotive did a great job with my vehicle. They changed out the radiator and the next day I heard a noise and I was taking a trip to Indiana that weekend. We took it back ( nothing they did) to have them look at it and the not only fixed that they checked out a slight oil leak and took care of the pressure in my tires. Just to make sure I had a safe trip. My husband and I do not drive new cars so finding a good mechanic is so important to us. THANK YOU GUYS!

Flat Rock Auto has provided excellent service for many years. I have always received great quality parts at low prices. The guys behind the counter are very knowledgeable. They have exceeded my expectations serval times and have earned my business. To me it means a lot when I only have to go to the parts store once to receive the correct part.

They are OK. I once bought a new starter there. Had an issue with it, brought it back for them to check it. They told me it was good. I spent a week trying to figure out what was wrong with my car - in the middle of winter and it was 0 degrees out. I eventually figure I should test it myself and the starter was bad... I was not happy. Sh!t happens so... I guess it is what it is...

One of my favorite auto parts stores. I'd recommend checking with them before going somewhere else. There prices are better too

I've been dealing with FR Auto for years. You can't beat their service and knowledge. If they don't have t, they can get it, usually next morning. I'd much rather come here for any of my automotive needs than any big retail chain.

Been going here when ever I can for last 20 plus years.Very knowledgeable employees.Parts always on hand for any kind of car ,truck, van.Better then any auto zones or orailys.

The guys at Flat Rock Automotive are the best...knowledgeable and actually mechanically inclined...they know what you need and are on top of it...no kinda dumbasses like at at autozoned out...they actually are a quality parts distributor who gets you the right part for your project. Thanks Don...you had great input and got me just what I needed and nothing more...and thanks to the whole staff there you guys rock! Never will I step into another dopey autozone "dipwad" parts thrower again...you have a customer for life....
