I lived in Flat Rock for about 7 years and used 3 different mechanic companies aside from Fellows in that time. I can tell you from experience that they are the best in the area. Very honest, friendly, knowledgeable, and definitely the "above and beyond" sort of people.They care for your vehicle. Other mechanics in the area have left grease on my steering wheel, unfastened covers, lied about parts, etc. I've also had other mechanics in the area keep my vehicle days longer than initially discussed.Fellows has always given excellent time estimates, and returned my vehicle in ideal condition. I now live in Wayne- and still make the half hour commute to get my car to them.

2/13/2024My vehicle was in need of a few repairs, so I stumbled into Fellows shop on a Saturday morning.What a great find ! I discussed my concerns with Zach who diagnosed the probable issues quickly.We set up an appointment the following week. Issues were corrected after changing out a few parts. I received my vehicle back in a timely manner and have had no problems with it.Zach and his team did a great job and at a reasonable price !I will absolutely be going back when I need additional service on this or one of my other vehicles !RC Flat Rock

I had them check out my vehicle to let me know what was going on with it. He didn't even charge me for checking everything out. All the employees here are super nice and friendly. I would definitely recommend coming here to get your car repaired.

Excellent service!!!! They always go way above and beyond expectations. Very honest and professional I really can t say enough about the staff. Without a doubt the best mechanics ( and office staff). I would recommend Fellows to anyone who needs a great mechanic.

Zach and his staff are amazing. Best call I have ever made was the call to Zach for the first time. Highly recommend to anyone I know. He is extremely knowledgeable, gets the work done quickly, and communicates along the way so you are never left wondering what is going on.

I've taken to vehicles to Zach and he was fair and precise with his work, the cost and the time to repair. I had major work that he completed last year on my mom's 2009 Lincoln Mkx Suv. She is a senior and her safety is my biggest concern. A year has passed and she is very happy driving her car still. My car needed even more work done and he let me know to just get another car instead of putting money into a vehicle that is not worth it. This is a family business and I hope they continue to grow and prosper. Thank you and I will be back

Couldn t be happier. Very glad I was referred here. Zack and Christine were both very amazing. The customer service here is beyond exceptional. The quality of work and time to take to get my car fixed were beyond what I expected. I highly recommend them! Thank you so much for helping me with my car. Last week was my first time at fellows & co and I m so happy & grateful I found this cute little shop.They re so friendly from the second you walk in. I had called last minute needing my car looked at because I was scared to drive with the noise it was making. Zach got me in same day even though the shop was busy with appts.This was my first experience with an auto repair shop where I felt I wasn t going to get ripped off or over charged. You can tell they re honest & good people just from the first interactions. I won t be taking my car anywhere else!& thank you to Zach for being so kind and making sure I had a ride home.. your kindness if very appreciated!

This facility came highly recommended by family members. I was greeted promptly and courteously, the time they scheduled for the diagnostic was reasonable and prompt. The repairs were performed quickly and at a reasonable cost. All in all an excellent service experience.

This company was in a convenient location for us, and we have been BLESSED to have such an honest and capable mechanic, that we can trust. We initially brought a used car to Zach to check it out before we purchased it. He had already done an evaluation, for someone else on that car, so he shared it with us, free of charge! We bought the car and he stuck to the price of the repairs that was quoted, helped us out where he could and worked to purchase and install some good tires while it was in the shop also. We will continue to come to this shop for any future needs.

Honesty and integrity are just two things I've experienced every time I bring in a vehicle for service/repair. I've sent numerous people to Fellows and not one has a negative thing to say about their experience. Zach and staff are simply the best!

Excellent place to get your vehicle as serviced. They're accommodating reasonable with pricing the customer service is outstanding and they have up to date cutting edge txting applications to communicate with you as well as Bill pay and receipt documents. Just awesome.

Raymond Wade - this team did an excellent job in repairing my vehicle. It was a 2017 equinox and the rear main seal blew out. It only took 2 days to repair. They were highly focused to our needs

I've now taken two vehicles here and I've found them to be extremely busy, professional and experienced. I'd say that you are going to have less than dealer rates but more than A chain and the knowledge that you have a locally owned shop doing the work on your ride. Very worth it...... And I'm happy!

I was looking for a second quote on having my transmission replaced and a friend suggested Fellows and Co. Ended up talking to Zach. He quoted me about $800 less than the dealership did and they had me back on the road in three days. I'll be going back for any future service my vehicles need!

Honest and trustworthy. I drive an hour and half just to have the team work on my truck. I sincerely appreciate the honesty and hardwork by this shop. I can go on and on. If you need work done this is the place to go.

I took my car in for multiple problems it was having shortly after buying it (used). Zach was great and laid everything out very clearly for me. I don't know much about cars and felt cared for by Zach and his staff. He made sure to let me know what issues needed to be fixed for safety, and what issues I could wait on and for how long to wait, if I needed to. He was willing to work with me and very cautious of my budget and the tough spot I am in so I really appreciated that information even though I went ahead and got everything fixed at once.The pricing seemed comparable to other places I have taken my cars in the past. Maybe a little bit more? But it's worth it because they actually care for you, this isn't JUST a business transaction. They want you safe in your car.The receptionist is lovely so friendly. Everyone seemed to really enjoy working with each other and the overall dynamic is very different from most mechanics. They staff is friendly, caring, so kind, and they're having fun at work. This is so refreshing to see. I also really loved that my car didn't smell like smoke once I got it back. It always does after taking it in, am I right or am I right? But no smoke smell in my car after leaving it at Fellows! I think that's something worth noting. The text reminders about appointments and notifications when the car is done is very nice. I got a text AND a call when my car was finished. I'm just so impressed.And lastly, I didn't have a ride so I had to wait most of the day for the repairs to be done, which I was fine with, but I was offered a ride to one of the fast food or coffee shops down the road so I didn't have to walk.This place will respect and take care of you. If I could do more for them than 5 stars and a positive review, I would.

My car started blowing white smoke out of the exhaust, so a friend of my father in law came out to help my husband find the problem. Turned out to be my internal water pump. Fellows was recommended to us. They offered to fix my thermostat, water pump and valve cover gasket for a little over 1000 dollars. They had my car done just over the weekend. If anyone needs their vehicle fixed in a timely manner this is the place to go.Thank you again for everything!!

Hats off to Zach and the crew at fellows they did a tedious repair of a motor swap excellent job. They kept it a couple extra days just to make sure all the bugs were worked out and returned it in tip-top shape!!
