Bill s Auto not only made a point to get me in on short notice, they were prompt, fast, friendly, and professional. They were able to kit out my exhaust from the catalytic converter back. The truck sounds great!Honest work with no unexpected costs! I will be returning for any work I need done and suggest you do too!

Absolutely amazing! The customer service here can not be beat. I have had to take my car in for several different issues and every time they have been so accommodating and made sure we knew exactly what was going the whole time. Fair pricing and they do the best to help make sure you get what you need done and back on the road as safe and as soon as possible. THANK YOU BILL'S AUTOMOTIVE FOR ALL YOU DO!

I would avoid Bill's if you are looking for service that resembles acceptable.My car was brought to Bill's with a slight clunking sound coming from the area of a wheel. They misdiagnosed the issue two times, leading to a few repairs that were several hundred dollars each. On the second repair, they stated that they were "100% confident" that it would fix the issue, or they would not recommend it. After the incorrect repairs, the service writer indicated that I would not be charged labor for them. This was not fully honored by the owner upon pickup.After the second incorrect repair, they offered the loaner car. The vehicle they loaned me died 9 times in 4 miles, and was not in operating shape.Finally, they told me that they would schedule for the owner to personally diagnose my car the next day. He did not and I picked up my car with the same issue that they started with weeks ago. Another shop was able to diagnose and fix it within a day.When their first repair was incorrect, and they said "While, what do you expect me to do about it?", I should have ran.Note: Their base labor rate is $155/hr. This is higher than the rate that was offered by the dealership, which I didn't know at the time.

What an amazing experience! Home town feel with honest people and work. Specifically they drove me home, and came and picked me up when I didn't have help picking up the car.They sent me pictures of the parts that were leaking and the price was super reasonable over a dealer. Sean and Aaron are easy to work with and my repair was seamless.

Today, I picked up my car (A5 Audi) from Bill s Automotive in Rochester, Mi. I had several dents for Bill s to repair! The quality of the work they completed on my car was amazing! I am exceptionally pleased with the work they did. Shawn Thompson, the Owner kept me informed during the entire process.I would highly recommend Bill s for any work you may need done on your vehicle! The quality & honesty of the work done on my 2021 Subaru Ascent by Bills Automotive has been exceptional and for years, even with my 2016 Ford XLT being serviced there, have always had great communication by the team, throughout the entire process of repair & services done. They are always hundreds of dollars cheaper than the dealership, and most times my final bill was lower than I expected. Won't ever take my vehicles anywhere else. If you appreciate quality workmanship & honesty, why would you go anywhere else?

We took my 2009 SAAB 9-7x to Bill's to have a badly sprung door hinge repaired. No other repair shop even wanted to do the work and some even told me I would need a new door.Shawn Thompson in the body shop was fantastic to deal with. The door looks like new now and works perfectly. Everyone we dealt with at Bill's was super helpful and friendly. Can't say enough good things about this business. They even stored it inside during the recent cold spell. How nice was that!

I waited for over 5 hours for my car to get taken care of. I figured that if you make an appointment, you get taken care of at that time, not have to wait an undesignated amount of time. The workers were really nice, but it was frustrating having to wait for so long. A simple hey we re really busy it s gonna take around ___ amount of hours would be helpful in the future

So very grateful for this place! They re honest, incredibly friendly and they don t over charge you. They fixed my car very quickly and had it back to me in just a few hours. I ll definitely be back in the future for all of my car s needs and referring you to my whole family!! You have made some new life long customers today! Very poorly managed auto shop. Advertise good service and good price however extremely poor service. Highly recommend paying the extra dollar and head somewhere else that will take better care of you.

Bills Automotive really is your One stop shop for everything! The Master Tech is Fantastic and very thorough, the Owner/Manager very informative and professional. Emily up front is always so welcoming. Mechanical or body work. This is the place to go!

Bills will add on unessescary repairs to the bill only to result in my car breaking down a week later despite working in the motor. Then will recommend an engine replacement for more than what the car is worth. This shop is not honest, and would be worth to look and ask around for a more proper place to repair your vehicle

Oil change was good. Manager called and offered to show me issues they found after huge estimate. Very nice but I declined because I had double checked their findings with two other places and they said there was nothing wrong with my car.

We have used Bill's automotive three times in the past six months. Would not go anywhere else. Service is outstanding from Emily and jonna, to our technician. They take the time to explain what they did but also what your car may need in the near future. Honest, reliable, courteous and friendly traits hard to find today. Need a good repair shop look no further than Bill's automotive.

I needed a battery installed asap so that I could go to work that afternoon. Jonah said they could do it. He even ordered the battery right away. I thought I had at least one more start to get there but nothing. I unfortunately had to call a service to get a jump due to my car being pulled into the middle of my garage and it required long cables. Thanks to Utica Van Dyke Service for their fast response I was able to get to Bill's in a relatively quick time. They got me in right away and I made it to work on time.Their pricing seems very reasonable so far.I will try them again as you know, cars always need something sooner or later.

Absolutely awesome to work with. Brought my car in for hit and run repair work. Super easy to work with through my insurance. Work was done fast and my car looks brand new. Their staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely be back and would recommend them!

I always have a nice experience at Bill's Automotive. I have been a client since 2018. I found them after reading all other positive experiences from Google reviews. They have taken really good care of my ford focus. They provided rides before the covid and that was really helpful. They have helped with emergency with flat tire and all other issues my car has had. I even get discount coupon for my oil changes. What I appreciate the most is that I am able to discuss whatever issues my car has and they provide guidance and recommendations regarding fixing it. I do love and totally recommend Bill's Automotive.

My beloved truck was rear ended this winter and Bill's did an incredible job of getting it back in shape. The paint match is really solid, quality blends, proper gaps, the whole 9 yards. They were very responsive and worked with me on my out-of-network claim to get my vehicle back to its proper OEM state. And I have to acknowledge the timeliness of everything as well; I couldn't find a decent shop in RH that would even be able to look at my truck for two weeks. Bills had me estimated in days time, and repairs started shortly thereafter. My total time without a vehicle, from an undriveable state, was one month. I can not complain about that. Would reccomend to anyone.Services: Auto body & trim repair, Exhaust, Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Steering & suspension replacement, Body & Trim, Tire rotations, Side view mirror repair, Auto exhaust system replacement, Wheel alignment, Car waxing

The job took twice as long as quoted, six hours instead of three, was done wrong so I had to bring the car back for a repair on the repair, cost more than they estimated but they made it right by fixing another issue with no charge. Decent place and Bill is a great guy. I use him for most of my auto maintenance but I always seen to find new door dings on my vehicles because they pack cars in there like sardines.Service: General repairs & maintenance
