Great selection and better prices than the bigger, better known auto parts chains. There's a reason why you see so many Auto Value trucks stopped at automotive repair shops. The counter staff is always friendly and helpful. If you need a hard to find auto light bulb, for example, chances are they will have it in stock, and you can buy just one rather than a multi package that you will never need or won't be able to find if you do.

LOVE this Auto parts store, they're extremely knowledgeable, helpful and kind. I couldn't get my backpack blower to start & honestly do not know much about them. The man who helped me (I forgot to get his name) was awesome, he fixed it on the spot and recommended a great product to make life easier! I was not having the greatest day, and the backpack blower not working at a job was extremely inconvenient. I appreciate you helping me, THANK YOU!!

I can't say enough good things about this place and the people that work there. I had an issue today and they drove out to meet me to help and didn't charge me extra.You dont expect service like this these days, I will forever buy my auto parts from this store.

Great parts store. Excellent service from the people that work there. My husband used to hand me a worn part and say "run up to Auto Value and tell them I need one of these". I didn't have a clue way back then but I was a quick learner. I always checked the clearance items then never know what you might find. I don't know if they still have that. Good hours also open Saturdays! Good on prices too.

Great, helpful staff!Seems like they either have in stock, or can get quickly, just about anything. I went in there for an oversize oil drain plug and they had several different ones in stock. Pricing was better than online.

My daughter's Jeep Patriot needed either a new cabin blower motor or blower motor resistor, as she had no heat. Chad was extremely helpful in instructing me how I might test both items. After a couple of simple tests I was able to determine that the blower motor was bad, and the resistor was still functioning. I purchased the blower motor from Auto Value because they were significantly less expensive than their competition in the area. Based on these two factors, I wouldn't hesitate to use them in the future!
