I had a terrible experience at this shop. They offered me a warranty of 1 year or 12,000 miles but they failed to get a good diagnostic and they didn't honor their warranty. AFTER SPENDING $5,000 IN REPAIRS WITH THEM, THEY TOLD I HAD TO REPLACE THE ENGINE.My vehicle had a clicking and tapping noise in the engine. I took it to the dealership, but the repair was very expensive $4,300 so I decided to get another opinion at Action One Automotive shop because it was recommended to me and saw good reviews. I got a phone estimate of $2,100 so I decided to take it here.After 2 weeks than I dropped it off they gave me a new estimate of $4,500 so I asked them why it was so high, but they told me it was because they would have to replace some other components like the timing change and actuators, etc. so I approved it because it sounded convincing to me.After 2 weeks the shop called me to approve an increase of $500 because they hadn't realized that my vehicle had 8 more latch adjusters. I asked them how it was possible that they hadn't realized that they were repairing a 16 valves engine. The owner replied to me very rude that they didn t know all the brand s vehicles and told me that it wasn't his car and that if he only replaced the 8 latch adjusters instead of the 16, he wouldn't give me any warranty, so I approved the over cost because I needed my car.After other 2-3 weeks I gave them a call to know the status of my vehicle. He told me they were having some issues with the latch adjusters and that they had to return them to get new ones.2 or 3 weeks later I got a call that my car was ready to pick up. I picked it up and paid the $5,000 and at the time of the delivery the desk clerk told me they had found some small pieces of a weird gasket that wasn't part of any of the engine gaskets but that the technician had blew them out and now the car was good. The car ran good only for 2 days. I called them to complain, and they told me that they were very busy and had to wait for 2 weeks after dropping it off they called 2 or 3 days later to tell me that I d have to replace the whole engine. I obviously complained about it and told them that IT WAS NOT FAIR AFTER SPENDING $5,000 THEY'D HAD TOLD ME THAT THE ROOT CAUSE OF THE ISSUE WAS TO REPLACE THE ENGINE.They told me to replace the engine or keep driving it as is and bring it back to change the oil in 1,000 miles. They changed the oil after the 1,000 miles but the tapping noise was still there. After using it like 500 miles more I got an engine light, so I brought it back to the shop. The desk clerk told me they had cleared out the light but when I started the car, the engine light was still there and now it had some other lights and the engine had lost power, so it was much worst. The owner and the desk clerk were very rude and yelled at me telling me they wouldn't do anything else to my car if I didn t replace the engine.

The best auto shop I've ever worked with. First ended up there by chance because of a breakdown up the road in 2017 and the experience was so good I went there for everything I needed while I was living in the area. The nicest staff; the woman usually working the counter is exceedingly kind, and every tech I've talked to has been the same on top of their prowess in the profession. But the best part about the shop is the raw honesty and helpfulness. I casually mentioned that I enjoy working on my car when it's an average level repair, I'm just not comfortable diagnosing the problems. So anytime I came in with a problem; once they diagnosed it they would call me and itemize parts and labor costs and were more than willing to leave what would be easy money on the table to let me handle repairs myself. There were even occasions they gave me tips on the jobs I decided to undertake. My last visit was in early 2023 and they were just as spectacular as the first time.

I ve taken all of my cars here since 2009. Work done on transmissions, exhaust system, brakes & rotors, complete paint job, front end components, countless oil changes.Always completed on time and correctly, and definitely more affordable than any dealership.

Saw a review online somewhere to take your old bmws to this shop. Had the best price around town and it seems like they did a great job. Got the car back washed and received calls on whats happening to my car. Just need to bring it back for some slight tweaking but the main problem seems to be fixed perfectly. Will be coming back for big repairs. Highly recommended for all european cars.

Everyone in my family takes their cars here for repair. I have never had a bad experience here and everyone here is super knowledgeable, and friendly. I cannot recommend this place more.

Action One was undoubtedly one of the best shops I've ever took a car to.. they diagnosed the problems and were very good with the price. I went to them as a metal piece was hanging on the bottom of my car. They fixed it for me for free and quickly as well. They were very friendly as well.

I took some time to contemplate what transpired at Action One and was left with the conclusion that Action One knowingly was trying to have me come in twice (for the same job) to charge me more or they are incompetent and unable to perform the correct job on my initial encounter. In either event, I would choose another company for my automotive care because I no longer trust Action One. My story is as follows:I took my vehicle to Action One and received a ~$1600 quote to replace my oil pump. They would have over 10 days to work on my vehicle because we were going out of town. Action One called back and said my car was fixed before we left for vacation for a total of ~$400 (great!). However, upon returning from vacation the check engine light came back on and we took the vehicle back to Action One. This time they fixed what had been originally quoted but charged me the original of ~$1600 minus $100 for the inconvenience. Mind you, I was more than prepared to pay the $1600 for the job to be done right the first time. Being without our vehicle (for an entire week) when we were back from our vacation was a major disruption and unacceptable. In my estimation the second time should have been ~$1,200 so that my total was the same as the original quote. I feel this way considering what was replaced the first time apparently would have been included with the oil pump replacement that was performed the second time the car was brought in for service. As you can seen, they either are purposely trying to squeeze more money out of a job or are incompetent in their ability to correctly quote and fix problems in an efficient manor. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.Furthermore, either the loner vehicle (which they eventually gave us for the last two days) or my vehicle now leaks oil. (see attached picture)Thank you for the reply. I would have expected an experienced mechanic to factor in that the car had over 100,000 miles and probably need the oil pump to be replaced. Action One could have been the hero, as your price was substantially cheaper than the dealership, but you chose to get cute and it ended up costing me more money. So now I will go elsewhere.Service: Engine repair

Action One Automotive & Towing is the place to go if you vehicle needs a service or has mechanical problems, the guys are very professionals. They quickly diagnosed the issue and had the parts ordered. Quality Staffs, phenomenal work, amazing service, and Reasonable prices. Everything is done in a professional and timely manner.

Went to action one to get some work done on my ram 1500, including blacking it out. They took such great care of me and my truck im going to be a returning customer for any future work my truck needs. I started with the action 1 on John R and Auburn they had my car for 3 days and couldn't fix it, but were very helpful getting to the problem. They then had me take it to the owners son's action one shop a couple weeks later. Wow the son was a total Hot head with a big temper, he calls me up because I miss understood the pick up time when I left it, screaming that I should just take my car back ,after I got a rental. Overall had a good experience with these guys. Good quality work and good quality parts. One thing I did not like was that they tried to upsell me some services I know my car did not need. I put in a K&N cabin air filter about one month ago and they wanted to change it for some ridiculous price. And fuel injector cleaning when I have had no issues with carbon buildup in my port injection motor lol. The work they did do was high quality and was done well. Just don't fall for some of these unnecessary services that are offered. I happened upon this shop in a frantic search because my car wasn t starting and didn t want to deal with the cost of the dealership. They were so professional and accommodating that it completely eased my nerves bc of my fear of all the bs other shops tried to shove down my throat. They had everything I needed and were honest about the time it took. Thank you so much for your amazing service! We have had our sons used car in a few times now. They have been wonderful with their work and help with with our sometimes numerous questions. We wanted to find a repair facility that could work on his Infiniti without paying an arm and a leg at the dealer. All work has been completed quickly and I feel they are very honest. Action One did a great job repairing my vehicle and even had a loaner car for me so I could still get to work!! Very satisfied with the work they performed, but overall seemed a bit pricey for my budget. For example, they offered to do an oil change on my vehicle and their starting price for that was $80! I can get it for half that price somewhere else.

Saad is the best! Great customer service. Fair price for body work/rust repair on my van. These guys offer towing if needed too. While I had the van in for bodywork I had them fix a few other necessary mechanical things. Everything was done to my satisfaction. Thanks guys! Keep up the good work!

I was referred here by a friend that is picky about who he uses. From the first visit to take care of a small repair on my Lexus, I knew I liked Action One, Saad, Chester, and the whole crew. That visit, and others after have been fair, reasonably priced, and top tier service. The work that has been performed has been fantastic. My car is 10 years old, so I thought I needed an entire new braking system (calipers, rotors, pads, and maybe new brake lines) to improve my braking ability to levels I'd be happy with. It turns out I didn't. After looking at everything, Saad explained that replacing the pads, slightly upgraded rotors, and a brake flush would probably give me what I needed/wanted. He was right! I like things to be perfect and was being Captain Overkill. It drives better than new and stops on a dime. This is only one of many of the same type of experiences. I've been going to Action One for a few years now, for both my cars. These guys know my desired levels of perfection and they don't take advantage of that. They're honest and have integrity. I trust them. Prices are extremely fair. Quality is very high. I've had some very expensive cars in my life. In the past it has been hard for me to trust almost anyone working on my car. Fortunately, Action One melted those concerns...quickly. I trust Saad, Chester, and his crew and have no intentions of going anywhere else.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Brakes, Oil change

Very satisfied with their customer service! The owner Saad made me very comfortable and was good at breaking down what was wrong with my car for me to understand. Not to mention the work he did on my car lasted and he would check in with me to make sure I was maintaining it correctly. They really go the extra mile! This is now my number one stop for car repairs! Never had a problem!

Saad and Chester are the best when it comes to anything car related. I drive over 30 minutes just because of their knowledge and honesty. They are cool guys too ! Not as good looking as me but very smart and relatable. The service is fast too. They don t screw around or waste your time. Shop is super cool and comfortable waiting area. Only shop I would take my foreign jaguar and domestic truck. Thanks guys.

Worse place to have your car look at, the mechanic who approached me was very rude as soon as he seen me in the parking lot, he came out and said what do you want, what are you doing here. I had no choice but to leave my truck here it broke down on me and had it towed to this location which apparently was a mistake they have the worst customer service ever. I had to pick up my truck on Tuesday by 3pm and they won t stop blowing off my phone. I picked up my truck exactly at 2pm on Tuesday. This place is a joke save your money and go with a Legit place that knows how to run a business and approach people the right way.

Not just for luxury and exotic cars!They work on domestics at a fair cost and are more convenient and faster than dealerships.They did all of the maintenance and repairs on my BMW after the warranty ran out.Honest and reputable shop. They performed a repair at less than half of the cost that the BMW dealer quoted.They stand behind their work with a warranty (they've re-repaired something for me when the replacement part failed which wasn't their fault).I really can't say enough about how straightforward they are; they won't try to talk you into unnecessary repairs. If your car does need something fixed their estimates are thorough and accurate.

Went in for a my rear window that would not roll down. Chester and the team at Action One Automotive, were very up front with me and walked me through all the work that was being completed. When I was about to give up on having them find the root cause, they were able to get it done. Highly, highly recommend!!! I have my go to place for my car repairs!

I'm writing this on behalf of my wife. We took her '03 Ford Mustang with a 103K miles to Action1 Automotive for a squeaky noise coming from under the hood. Turned out it was an issue with the belt and pulley assembly and certain major components had to be replaced. They took the car in and fixed up everything while we sat back and relaxed.The fair pricing along with a friendly team was the combination that we were looking for and we found it here.We recommend this place because of the honest team, fair pricing and a hassle free experience.
