I started out online and Jenna immediately called me. We discussed my current lease and what I was wanting. I came in right away and she had the various cars available for me to look at and drive. We discussed pricing and a decision was made. Jenna was awesome and very prepared for me to come in, look at options, and work with me. I picked up the car the next morning!

First of all, if whomever is going to respond to this VERY NEGATIVE review with your typical response template "contact this number to discuss your concern blah blah blah" don't bother! My full name is on this review, you have my information on file, so if you are really concerned about good customer service you should be contacting me directly. I took my vehicle to Serra Buick GMC for repair services, it was a really AWFUL & TERRIBLE experience. I took my vehicle in for service on Friday afternoon of April 5th 2024. On Wednesday April 10 2024 around 3PM, no one ever calls me for an update, I had to contact the service manager (Jason) and then was told none of the repair that I came in for was done because all the parts for them were on back order. It took them 4 business days to come to this conclusion?! If this is not the definition of incompetence, I don't know what is. I tried calling at least 4 times throughout the entire ordeal, just looking for a quick status. My advisor (Michelle M) would never call back when you leave her a voicemail, the two times I was able to contact her directly, she said she would check on it but would never call back. The other time I was able to reach her, she said that my vehicle would be ready by early afternoon April 10th. This would be a lie. Michelle's outbound call function on her phone miraculously worked after I left a voicemail with the service manager, looking for a status on my vehicle, because she called me back about 5-10 minutes after I left him the message. This was when she told me no repair was done due to parts being on back order, like a big slap in the face. When the service manager (Jason) called me back to confirm this information, another slap in the face. When I came in to pick up my un-repaired/nothing was done for 4 days vehicle, Michelle behaved like I was the bad guy for complaining about the whole situation to the service manager. This has got to be the worse customer service experience of my life, almost like it's done deliberately, that's the only way I can explain how bad it is. On a bright note, the lady that drove me home with their shuttle service was very nice. That's for the 1 default star I have to give them.

Recently bought a 2024 Canyon Denali from Serra Rochester Hills. Had a great experience working with Ryan Berger. Everything was straight forward and very smooth. Went in on a Saturday and closed the deal Monday! I would highly recommend working with Ryan and the team.

Sandra did an excellent job helping my grandmother find the Buick envista she was looking for. Also helped with paperwork and delivery. She really did a great job going out of her way and providing what I consider some of the best customer service I have ever experienced.

Mark checked my in quickly. The wait in the lounge area was not very long. I was just having my oil changed and tires rotated -- my final free repairs. Even though it was raining the dealership still washed the SVU to remove all the winter dirt/grime.

FREE STUFF INSIDE CUSTOMER VEHICLES!!!!! They left my truck on the lot for months without touching it leaving it unlocked. It was detailed when I brought it in, they threw spare parts and junk into the back seat and truck bed. Told me it was ready for pickup and it's dead, no idea how long. They offered to charge me for a new battery since they left it sitting so long it the cold it died. So I've been sitting for 2 hours and counting because they either lack experience or common sense, jury is out. DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE IN FOR SERVICE HERE.

Went to several dealerships and they all were not very helpful or just didn t take me seriously I guess. I don t usually condone trusting car dealerships because they are the biggest scammers (aside from the swindling insurance companies of course). At least at this dealership my sales person Troy seemed to really listen and try to get me what I was looking for. Your going to get scammed either way so might as well go see Troy for the best possible experience 10/10 recommend. Thanks for the car Troy!

The entire lease process took only one day! Josh Swanson was awesome to deal with. I previously leased a vehicle from Josh when he was at another GMC dealership. I was happy that I was able to locate him at Serra Buick GMC Rochester Hills. Finance process was simple and quick and David was great to deal with also. Josh found us the vehicle we wanted and the lease payment we were looking for.

This was my second service visit to Serra GMC. As was my first visit, I was treated with courtesy and professionalism. Eric Beattie is an EXCELLENT Service Consultant. He is friendly and customer oriented. Plus, he's a good listener! And he is very accommodating when it comes to scheduling. He shows genuine concern for his customers and is very knowledgeable about service needs. I enjoy working with Eric because I trust him and he has a high level of professional integrity. Eric is a valuable asset to the Serra team! Service departments need more caring staff like Eric Beattie. GREAT GUY!

Hands down, the best service department that I ve ever dealt with. Everyone is extremely kind and helpful. They figure out the problem and get it fixed properly, yet efficiently and for the best price possible. Every single experience I ve had here has been positive but I give extra props to Jayson and Eric for always treating customers like family! 10/10 would and will always recommend!

The dealership atmosphere is very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. With the help of Troy Taylor, I was test driving the car a day after I reached out, and a day after that I picked it up and drove home. Troy did an awesome job at answering questions, and being helpful in my first experience buying from a dealership. I leased 4 automobiles from John Swanson at SUBURBAN in Troy. I followed him, on my own, to Serra where I leased an Enclave this past August (my 5th) as I need the additional space. I drive it back and forth to the West side of the State often. John ordered Winter high side Mats for the car at my request. He called 2 days later that they were in. I drove out and John took them all out of the shipping boxes and installed them to save me some money. He always looks after his customers 100%. He told me im close to an oil change which I said to do the maintenance. If he ever leaves Serra I will drive anywhere he would be.

We are picky shoppers. We know what we want and we do our research. This also means we can be tough customers lol and we know that. Jake Swanson was great to work with and he really went above and beyond. The great customer service did not end when we signed the papers, it continued all the way until we were driving off the lot in our new car. Great job Jake!

I want to give a shoutout to Nick Serra for the amazing service he provided me while purchasing my GMC Acadia from the dealership. Despite being busy with another customer, Nick went out of his way to assist me with precise inputs based on my situation. He explained what was possible and what wasn't, making the whole experience an excellent one. I also want to mention David Lee, the Finance manager, who made the process even smoother. I called Serra to just explore the possibility of trading my lease early and get some pricing. The next day I visited the dealership to learn more about a particular vehicle, a 2023 GMC Acadia. There was a bit of negotiation to be done, but by the end of the day, I drove off with the new vehicle. I was initially unsure if I wanted to wait for the redesigned Acadia, but decided to go ahead and lease the current vehicle. So far, it's only been a week, but so far, things have been good.
