The most amazing experience during the process of leasing my car. Brendan Stokes is a terrific sales agent, he did an awesome job during all the steps. He explained us everything so clearly. They made us feel special. We got the approval in 24 hours. Definitely I will come back to this dealer!!!

Elizabeth and the entire team at Fox Volkswagen was fantastic during the sales process while shopping for our Tiguan last weekend! This was my first time as a client at this dealership, and I felt welcome, seen, and valued. Elizabeth was patient with me and my husband while we discussed the choices between the Tiguan and Taus, calmed my anxieties about the purchasing process, and was quick to follow up through every question post sale. She absolutely went the extra mile for us.

Great deal and FAST service from Fox Volkswagen. My mom's lease was coming up in a few weeks and I wanted to help her get into something new. I contacted the dealership on a Friday and was put in touch with Brendan very quickly. I admit I did know exactly which vehicle I was interested in from their inventory and what price I was looking for, so that sped things up a bit. I explained this over a phone call and was reassured it would be looked into and he would follow up. I appreciate comms via texting, so that was really nice. Brendan had clear, friendly information, which made it easy for us to communicate. The sense of urgency and response from management was great too. I knew that Fox would work with us and I felt the tension of car shopping go down and trust build as every question and concern was taken care of. We were in the next day where the process took MAYBE an hour - F & I was so quick, as it's all digital and I would give the entire process an A+. Thank you Fox and Thank you Brendan! Ask for him if you are looking for a great experience.

Very disappointed in the service experience. Brought my car in for 40k mile service and only the oil was changed and the oil level low alert came on in my car 2,500 miles before the oil was due to be changed again. When I go to do my 50k mile service at another dealer I find out how many services were left out at 40k leaving me with a huge bill to catch up.

I'm very disappointed about the rear brakes. The car only has 28,000 miles and needed new rotors and new pads. I've owned over a dozen cars in my life and never had to deal with the rear brakes until after 50,000 miles. PLUS the 24,000 mile warranty is also disappointing. We ended up not using the dealership to repair the brakes. We used a repeatable VW service shop that only charged us half the price to do the same brake job. The dealer did change the oil and wiper blades but we never got a call from the service rep that the car was ready. The overall experience was awful.

We leased a GTI 2024 . Brendan was fantastic , the whole staff friendly, speedy service, they gave me a decent amount for my trade in car. This was our second vehicle from Fox. Highly recommended.

I had never been to the service department before. I called ahead to see where to take it and the person was very helpful. Then when I arrived I wasn t sure if I was supposed to wait in my car or get out of my car. Michael Earll helped me. He was very professional. Checked it in, explained where to wait and in about an hour he was back to say the Jetta was ready. Another professional young man pulled it up, took all the plastic out and switched my lights back to auto. They had put everything back just as I had left it. They even left a new black cup in the drink holder with the dealership info on it. I also appreciated the text Michael sent that I could send him any vehicle questions while waiting.

Needed service on my vehicle. Made an appointment with VW through the 3rd party warranty company. I confirmed that the warranty work would be covered by the warranty company. Upon arrival once the dealer saw that my warranty was through Carvana, they essentially came up with every excuse to prolong, delay and deter me from getting any service work done. I received the same treatment from two other dealers today. One of which slipped up and made a comment that "they don't like to work with this particular 3rd party warranty" I asked if it was possible and they replied yes but than the excuses started spewing out.This leads me to believe that all these dealers nearby are colluding and refusing to do repair work for Carvana under the false pretenses "that the warranty company sucks". As I'm in the shop I have both Carvana and SilverRock on the phone and the service people wouldn't talk to them leavinge hanging. I had an appointment setup, just to arrive and be told I needed to leave the car there for 2-3 days and blah blah blah.Shady dealership, had purchased cars from this "motor mall" here on a few occasions and will never come back. I took chance with Carvanas based on the fact their prices were better for similar vehicles, and they offered $3,000 more for my trade in than my highest offering dealership. I can see why dealers are acting salty, but to treat customers driving your brand vehicle in this manner regardless of where I purchased the car is unprofessional. Leaving this review and also filing a complaint with CFPB.

They gave us an amazing deal! Our salesman Daniel was super responsive and pleasant he also made everything so easy. It was a long drive there, we arrived a few minutes before closing. The guys stayed well after close to take care of us. Now that s great service.

Blown away by the service! Got into an accident and had to take my vehicle here for collision work. Dan and his team did an amazing job! My car looks brand new and they even detailed it while it was in their care! 10/10 would highly recommend working with them! Thank you!!

Elizabeth was extremely helpful, attentive, and friendly throughout the (quick) process of purchasing my new VW. I was able to text her during the day (while I worked), arrive at the VW dealership by 4:30pm and leave by 6pm....in my new VW...on a Friday! At no point did I feel pressured nor misled. My family will absolutely buy our next car from this VW location and request Elizabeth again.

MY new vehicle was delivered ahead of schedule, I am very happy with the GLI. However the airbag wiring was disconnected at the time of purchase (requiring a 1hr fix) and there are a few gauges in the infotainment not working after 3 weeks.

Need to know more on the details of the car what options it has trim by trim also optional accesories are not known by selle and not available in at the dealer othrr that that it was great and i am very happy with my Atlas

The best salesperson I have ever dealt with. I had no interest when I walked in to buy a SUV. I came to look at a used car and started speaking to the salesperson Elizabeth Carr. I went in for a 60k mile check up, and left with the feeling that the check up done to the car was not according to the maintenance book/guide. I had to ask for a stamp and signature, thus giving me the feeling that what's recommended by VW to check at 60k was not followed.

The service was excellent. The staff is very attentive. Sales rep Brendan Stokes is simply tremendous. In the Service dept Kaitlyn is outstanding. I always feel that my issues with my Arteon are handled with the best efforts from those I've interacted with. 5 Star for sure!

I got a new leased car (2019 Jetta) from this dealership 3 weeks ago. The next day I saw inside the windshields and windows was frozen, I took it to service center that week. They said they cannot recreate the issue(since the temperature was at 40's when they tried to recreate ).From the next week, every day morning the inside windshield and door is frozen. I have tried contacting the service center for one entire week via phone, dropped voice mail, emailed them. I did not get any response from them and I am trying to contact them for this entire week.Very poor customer service. They have given me a defective car.Be careful when you buy or lease from this dealership

Excellent customer service throughout the process. Great job being patient as we worked through different options and scenarios. Sales person was not pushy and was consistent in his communication. Really appreciate all of his time and effort.
