They damaged my new $67k car by scratching all over it.Service director Mike Jankowski had huge attitude and was very much annoyed because I wasn t happy with the scratches they made.Several times they tried to use some rug to remove scratches without cleaning the area properly. This lead to even more damage to the paint. They continuously were telling me that scratches are gone even tho they haven t been gone and were arguing and refusing to see the scratches (the picture were taken post repair).Mike was trying to tell that the scratches were made at some different car wash. Yet, vehicle has never been to the car wash with brushes ever before.In general it was horrible time. My appointment was for 8:40am and they kept me in until closing. In the end, Mike (with attitude and annoyance) said they can t do anything with the damage they caused and that I should come back in few weeks (because they are busy next day) and they will try to do something. So, I lost a day at work and I guess will be losing another to fix their mistakes. As well as didn t get any concrete steps from Mike on how they will fix it. (Obviously, the more I spent outside of dealership the more he could then blame on me)They took 6.5 hours to diagnose the fog light condensation to not find it and to change the oil. However, when I came I literally pointed at condensation which they could not see.Outside of scratching my car, you can also see how good the car wash itself was (they charge for it by the way).The incompetence of handling others property, and disrespect to customer and customers time is absolutely shocking from this service center.

Had the pleasure of working with Hezkiah foron a 2024 Tacoma TRD Off Road purchase. It was a long process from submitting the build in December all the way to taking delivery in March.Hezkiah and the team were quick moving, informative and kept me in the loop throughout the whole process. As delays in delivery came up (out of Fox s control) they were quick to let me know.I love the truck! I ve got a good feeling this isn t my last Toyota purchase. When the next time tolls around, I ll be back and asking for Hezkiah again.Can t recommend the team at Fox enough

Would give 0/10 if that was a possibility. Went and had my car serviced in December and the multi point inspection came back all green when the prior time I had my car serviced they were all in yellow. I didnt Think anything of it until I was having trouble starting my car and an error message came on the screen. Took my car to a mechanic that said the battery was very weak & they also found that the air filter hose had been broken off. Now I ve never taken my car anywhere but this dealership being that I purchased my car from there. This time I bought my car in immediately after learning the hose was broken and then asking for the 2 most recent inspection reports when going over them with the service tech he said he isn t sure how or why it changed and sometimes things get over looked which is completely unacceptable as this is what I ve paid for is to have my car serviced and inspected properly from the dealership I bought my car from. I asked him to have them do another thorough inspection and what do you know, my brakes, and tires have now moved to red. So we went from yellow to green to red .ALSO, in December when I came to have my car serviced I was not greeted upon arrival and was standing waiting for about 6-7 mins before anyone even uttered a hello to me. I asked that service tech do they not greet people anymore and he responded we ve just been busy BUSY ENOUGH TO NOT SAY HELLO AND SOMEONE WILL BE WITH YOU SOON. UNACCEPTABLE. I brought my concerns to a manager who then came out as I was getting my car and said he watched the video of when I pulled in and it was only 2-3 mins. REGARDLESS OF THE TIME IT WAS IT DOESNT TAKE MUCH TO SAY HELLO and also felt like he didn t give a damn about my experience! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. They are horrible. The manager will gaslight you into thinking that you are wrong!

One of the best experiences I've ever had with a car dealership. My salesperson Hezkiah was fantastic to work with. Helpful, responsive and friendly. The whole purchase experience was easy and low pressure. I really appreciated them working with me to find the best possible rate, given how lousy APRs are these days. Will definitely buy from them again.

May I just say this might be one of the BEST DEALERSHIPS IN ALL OF MICHIGAN. My saleswoman Lauren Dempsey, was PHENOMENAL!!!! From walking into her office, she answered any and all questions, went the extra mile, and even gave me a cute keychain to remember this amazing sales experience. Her sales manager Eric was a top tier. I cannot say thank you enough to my good guy Pete for assisting Lauren with all of my questions. I seriously cannot recommend FOX TOYOTA enough! #FOXFORLIFE

Ordered a part from here. Had it delivered to the dealership. It arrived quickly. Got it in 3 days (including the weekend.) Staff was friendly. Got my part swiftly, gave it to me, and sent me on my way. I was in and out in less than 5 min.

I just had my GH 2024 platinum. My salesman, Joshua Owuor, was terrific; he is the most professional, caring, flexible, and responsive person I have dealt with; he is up to the point, answering the questions that make you make the right decision. Josh used to update me every week about the car's status while I waited for delivery. When the car arrived, he explained all the car options, answered my questions, and was very patient. This is my first time buying a Toyota, I am a Honda man, and my wife loves Nissan. I had an outstanding experience with them and really liked them. I advise anyone willing to have a Toyota to go to Rochester Hills and ask specifically for Josh; he will make your life very easy.

I called in and spoke to the sales rep Craig. I explained my situation to him and he began bullying me into buying a vehicle from him. I told him my credit isn't the best right now and he wanted me to run my credit more to tank it. He kept on emotionally blackmailing me to purchase the vehicle. Now he won't even refund my deposit until 10 days from now and I need the money soon.

Called the day of about 2 cars they said they were available. Came in 3 hours later and was told 1 was never there and the other one was sold. Then at the parking lot called the delarer and again they lied it's there but on a test drive. Came back I side to tell them what I was just told on the phone but still no car. When asked for a specific car model the salesmen walked around the showroom looking at the back of vehicles to see the model because he had no clue what they were. How do you keep workers like this? They want to sell you a car but they have no clue about any features trims etc. Horrible experience!

Took my car in for a routine service 2 weeks ago, thought everything was fine until last weekend when I went to turn on my car and everything completely shut off. No power at all. Opened the hood to check the battery was ok seeing as I was just told it was. Come to find the battery was completely loose and moving all over the place. Had to tighten it back into place myself. Really makes you uneasy when you think your car is in good hands and find simple things like this aren't being done properly. I imagine this could've been dangerous if it were to disconnect while I was driving. This is now the second time something has happened to my car after taking it here for service. The first time it was returned to me with a damaged glove box door which no longer fully closes, didn't say anything because I gave them the benefit of the doubt. After this, I will be going elsewhere for my service as I can no longer trust my car is being properly looked over.

The customer service for auto repair is fine, BUT the person handling the warranty is awful. I think his name is Mike or Michael not exactly sure.I contacted FOX regarding the warranty for my 2010 TOYOTA FJ and the rusted frame issue that was recalled. Although there was a court case last year, I wanted to clarify the current situation and check my eligibility for a free rusted frame inspection. I was transferred to the "warranty specialist" but unfortunately, he did not pick up the phone. I left a message requesting for him to call me back, but I did not receive any response even after a month. If the warranty person does not have enough respect for their customers to return a simple phone call, then why should I give them more than a ONE STAR rating? As there are other Toyota dealerships nearby, I have no choice but to take my business elsewhere. It's a shame that the FOX warranty team has lost its customers.

This was my first time there and it will be my last time. I have been in so many Toyota dealers before, and they never do like this dealership, they will tell you something over the phone about the oil change price even when you already give them your vehicle information so they know exactly what s the price it s not a mystery! and then when you go there and they tell you a different price! What a joke! They stated that my vehicle under the status of Truck! but it s not a Truck and the service manager did not do anything to help the situation even when he stated that was an employee mistake! But how when you put all vehicle info and the price will popup! He just kept arguing with me about how I m going to make the company losing their money if he did it the way, but I got told !! He was trying to manipulating the situation as it s not their fault anyway, be careful when you go there because even when you reserve your oil change appointment online and you see the price, when you go there they will manipulate you and they will say oh it just saysStarting from etc, even after you put your vehicle information and they know exactly how much oil your vehicle should take, They will still manipulate the price.!

Had a 10k mile service completed. Car was ready after about an hour and I noticed it was sitting in the Bay Area. Waited patiently for 30 minutes waiting for the service advisor to come to me or send a ready text. NOTHING. I finally went out to ask random employees that my car had been sitting for 30 minutes. Finally my service advisor came out and said he would need 5-10 minutes to print receipt. After 10 minutes, no communication until I went back outside to see him chatting it up with some other employees. When I asked if something happened as I had noticed the car sitting for 30 minutes, I was told he just needed to print the paperwork.This is uncharacteristic of the previous excellent service i have received.

I got my 2023 4 runner in lunar rock about 2 weeks ago and Adam was a huge help!! He had great communication about the arrival time of my new car and helped everything go very smoothly!! 10/10 recommend him!!

The sales is fine but the service departments inability to address the headliner rattling in a 40k Camry is unacceptable. I told them certain frequencies of music replicate the problem that mostly occurs when driving over rough pavement, and they said I was playing my music too loud. If you tap on the rear of my headliner above the rear seats there is a clear rattle that something is loose. Overall I would not recommend this dealer and will be taking my car elsewhere in hopes they can solve the problem. My expectations are not beyond the design of the car , there is something wrong and this dealer isn t interested in helping.

I recently purchased a new GR86 from Fox Toyota and I couldn't be happier. My salesman Adam was pleasant to work with and Pete in financing did an excellent job at explaining the paperwork. But most importantly they sold me this vehicle at MSRP without any mark ups! Which is huge in today's day and age.

I purchased a new car from Fox Toyota last year and of course I used Fox Toyota service center. I sent her wife there today to make an appointment to change the engine oil, pick up the 2nd key, and check the USB charging port. I tricked her wife and replaced the cabin filter for $100 by saying I signed up for a cabin filter replacement service that I did not sign up for. ,They will trick you at any time. $100 was stolen today. Of course, the USB charging port was not resolved. I guess the cabin filter was more important to them.

I was there for the airbag replacement. I drove my car back that evening. The second day I found that there's a big dent on my door near window glass. It is so big that it is like a hammer hit. I went to the dealership they would not admit. Be sure to check your car throughoutly before driving back.

Hungry and frustrated? That s the treat we got from a dealership that left us so in the dark, we missed an entire meal. Despite repeated calls and desperate hopes for updates, we were met with a symphony of voicemails and dismissive replies.But the pinnacle of our exasperating experience was the shuttle saga. Waiting for a shuttle at a spot just five minutes away from the dealership, we were assured a 5 to 10-minute pick-up. Yet, 45 agonizing minutes later, there we sat unheard, unseen, and unfed. The audacity to make customers wait this long, especially when they re stone s throw away, speaks volumes about their so-called service . And to add salt to the wound, promises of call-backs turned out to be empty, just like their commitment to timely service.Enter Mike and Jack. Mike, the shuttle coordinator, made it clear that communication isn t his strong suit, while Jack displayed an admirable talent for blurring financial details and perfecting the art of dismissiveness.From a promised 4-hour wait that doubled to an 8-hour endurance test, to a confusing bill without clarity, this dealership truly tested our limits. If you value your time, money, meals, and sanity, I d recommend charting a course away from this automotive abyss.In essence, expect to be left waiting, both in hunger and anticipation. And if you re looking for automotive needs without the added drama, look elsewhere.

They're a bunch of scammers, Mike is an idiot and doesn't even know engines at all. Got email about the recall, brought in to the dealership but they try to denied the recall and won't release my vehicle unless if I paid them $270. I'm about to file lawsuits with this dealership.

I waked into location, they were not even bothered to help me. The guy that i talked was like he was not even willing to help me.I asked the models that i was looking for and he was like "no we don't have it, no we don't have it too" He didn't even bothered to offer me alternatives or something.He was not looking eager to sell, opposite He was like trying not to sell anything.I was planning to buy a car and He killed all of my mood for Toyota.

This is my favorite dealership, I drive 40 minutes to go there skipping all dealerships close to me, they have the best price for parts, also Jason at the parts department is so helpful and respectful, not to forget McKenzie she s also professional and helpful.Thank you Fox Toyota

I bought my new Tundra from Fox a couple of months ago and had a great experience with Chase. However I got a flat tire this week and had to bring my vehicle back in to get it replaced with the wheel and tire protection I purchased with it. I made an appointment for the following day, the rep on the phone said the tire would be in the previous evening, and what should have been an easy process was ANYTHING BUT. Fox is 75 min from my house, I drove to my appointment, waited in the waiting room for over an hour, only to be told that the tire wasn t even there to fix it. Needless to say I was very irritated, but tried to be understanding. I made the treck back the next day, had the tire replaced, and when I got home I realized that they hadn t even remounted my spare!!! They just threw it in the back of my truck. Something that would ve taken them a SECOND and instead is a hassle for me to now do myself. I may as well have not even bought any tire insurance with all of the gas I spent getting to and from this dealership and all the time I wasted there.

They re fixing my neighbor s Jetta for the third time. This time they re replacing the entire engine. He has a rental while it s getting fixed. All n all not a bad place. I d recommend them for VW service.

I have no idea how this dealer has good reviews. Maybe for the sales department? The service department is always backed up. It takes hours for an oil change (do not buy the Fox care package or you ll be stuck wasting days of your life in the waiting area). My car is not ready at the expected time (again), so now waiting in the waiting area (waiting 15 minutes so far) so I can get a loaner.Unfortunately, this is the only Toyota dealer near me- provide recall work. I may look elsewhere next time- it may be worth the drive.

I purchased my used Toyota from this dealership- GREAT experience with Steven!! That's why 2 stars!!However Service department is- AWEFUL! I will be driving to Troy now because I do not trust this department with my vehicle. Here's why:I brought my car in for a recall repair and it was damaged when I got it back. I was told I would have to make an appointment to bring it back in for the repair since the detailing person was gone for the day. I brought it back in, waiting 2 hours, got it back it was not fixed, the service manager tried to fix it himself (which could have been done the first time and shouldn't have taken 2 hours.) I was told they'd order a new part to fix since they couldn't inside of 2 tries. I was not followed up with as I was told I would be, then I was told the part was too expensive to purchase for the 'slight' damage that had been done.So somehow the damage done to my vehicle was now an 'oh well.' I agree that it was damage on the smaller side- yet it was damage, visible when sitting in driver's or passenger seat (not something just seen using the trunk) and should have been rectified. I brought the car back in again for repair, repair was done my the expert I was told. I was so excited to get it back finally fixed. Driving home, I realized the original damage was fixed, but new damage had been done to the dash. I let the service manger know, he never contacted me back.Summary of the story- they damaged my car after a recall repair, I had to bring it back 3x, original damage fixed, now new damage. I DO NOT trust them to work on my car here again, and will drive out of my way to go to a different dealership. #customerserviceFAIL.From their website: "At Fox Toyota we strive to exceed your expectations in every aspect of our business." Nope.Photos of existing damage, no its not just the sun, which I had hoped too.

The service department peoples are all great here so I keep coming back for years even though Rochester is no longer my neighborhood area.I have just brought my car for 60,000 miles maintenance this time. Joshua was great explaining all the recommendations to me with price details so I was able to make a right decision. He didn t push me anything so I didn t feel pressured. I felt very comfortable the whole time thanks to him. The waiting time was exactly he told me too. I brought my kids in at the dealership and Joshua was good with my kids as well. The technical service itself was good too. My car felt better after the maintenance service was done. It takes me almost one hour from my current home to this dealership but it s worth driving there because I tried my current neighbor dealership which was terrible. I ve been a customer with this Fox Toyota Rochester for the past 9 years and they have never disappointed me.

Fast and seamless new car purchase. They had what I wanted and was able to get the paperwork done the same day. Thank you to Josh P. for answering all of my questions and getting everything organized before my arrival to expedite the process. Thank you to Pete for the detailed explanation of all the paperwork that we reviewed and going through it in a timely manner. Great service overall!
