Service dept is great: professional, friendly, efficient, time conscious and most importantly good work on my car. Every one from Frank who greeted me when I arrived and wrote up my car for service to Mike one of the service mangers delivered quality service. The waiting area/lounge was very clean and comfortable; that was a huge concern for me. When I need my car serviced I'll take it to Fox Toyota. Thanks everyone.

I do my services here, I like this dealership, it is little bit far a way from me but I drive there for the good service they do. The service manager there, he is excellent.Sorry to say that but this dealership is better than the Toyota corporate it self. I had very bad experience at Victory Toyota in canton when I bought my BZ4x. They are crooks and I dont advise anyone to buy from them. Toyota is the best car, but Toyota corporate in USA is the worst. Me , my family, my relatives my neighbors and my community decided not to buy Toyota any more because I been sold a used car as a new, The corporate didnt bother themselves to follow up about my complaint.

I would never take my car to this place even if you purchased it hear. The technicians in the back are hacks and honestly scammers. Had a coolant change once and it went from being pink to completely clear once they gave the car back. Just filled it with water, anyone who knows cars that will cause major issues come winter time. Also had them flush my transmission. Had to wait 4 hours because the transmission had to cool down a trans only gets hot and over heats if you run it with no fluid. Again I wouldn t waste my time or risk your car coming here. Wrote the manager a email and all he said was thanks for emailing me. Place is a joke and I will never buy a car here again

Dominic was amazing! Friendly and knew the right questions to ask. I purchased a Buick Encore GX in purple! He didn't try to sell me a car I didn't want and was available to answer all my questions. He made me feel important and he didn't talk over my head or down to me. I will definitely be recommending him and Fox Motors to everyone I know!

This was the 3rd dealership we worked with for the purchase of a new 4Runner and should have been our first stop because they nailed it! Josh Powe is a trustworthy dealer. He got us exactly what we wanted with no exceptions (unlike the other dealers we had tried working with). Even when we encountered a hiccup with delivery, Josh went out of his way to make things right. Extremely satisfied and give both our purchase and the experience 5+ stars. FYI we had a bad experience at Farmington Hill Toyota and a horrible experience in Canton before going to Fox save yourself the headache and go to Fox first!!!! Ask for Josh!!

I am very pleased with the service I received here. I was really struggling to find mechanics that knew how to work on my Toyota. I should've gone straight to the source! Now I know. The car wash was a pleasant surprise and extremely grateful. Kaitlyn was a great help! And all the techs who worked on my car thank you!!

I had a very disappointing and unsatisfactory experience I have ever had with car services at Fox Automotive.I had a prepaid "car care service plan" which basically you purchase to cover all the regular maintenance required for your vehicle(filter/oil change, brake and tire rotation) for a specific mileage and years.Initially when I showed the contract to the service advisor, he told me that my warranty has been expired and also they won't do any other services except the tire rotation and I have to pay $33 out of pocket for only tire rotation. At the moment since I needed my car to be inspected and I was concerned about its safety, I agreed to pay what he is asking.Interestingly, when I looked into my service contract again, I noticed neither the time nor the mileage is over and also based on the plan I had purchased they are required to do filter/oil change for free.At the end they found another way to make me pay out of pocket, they charged me for the labor fee which you have no control over how they set the prices and this is how they do business.Would never recommend anyone to do any sort of business with them.

Friendly service staff here, good service so far. Don't be surprised at the upsell on stuff you can easily do yourself, but that's normal for a dealership and not a reason to avoid. Just know what you can and can't do yourself and stay strong in following that when taking your vehicle for service.

Sales is great. Kevin is a great guy. Service is the absolute worst. Literally diagnosing the vehicle for the service tech. No communication and could care less about the customers time or giving a approximate finish time. Good luck trying to get ahold of them they DO NOT answer the phone! Wont go back and I'm probably going to cancel the new car I ordered.

Greeted quickly, my salesperson was busy right then, but the waiting room was comfortable enough, chilled water available. Trying to order a new vehicle is ok, and it's not the dealership fault that manufacturers picked out stupid packages, try to force uncomfortable leather seats and make all interiors black, but someone needs to let the people who do pick it out that those decisions are awful.

Experienced, honest, and great staff! The lady we worked with was amazing. We made appointments for two vehicles (my Toyota and my mom's Lexus). When we scheduled the appointment, the scheduler told us we could use the Manager's Special coupon for my mom's Lexus. When we got there, there was some conflict with getting that through. Turns out, Toyota cannot reimburse this facility unless it is an actual Toyota vehicle. However, the lady who we worked with asked several people there and eventually let us use it for the one time with the extra charges that come with Lexus repairs (still cheaper than going to a Lexus dealer!). The actual service was also great. The lady kept coming into the waiting room to give us updates and ask how we wanted to proceed with recalls etc. After everything was finished, she also gave us a little summary of how our cars are in their current state and what repairs they may need in the future. The staff is great! They did a wonderful job on both of our cars and we would definitely recommend this facility for auto-repairs and maintenance. We wish we knew that lady's name. She was great and we would definitely want to work with her again.

I went in knowing I wanted a Jetta and they showed me the best value CPO Jetta they had, and let me take it for a drive. The purchase process was made simple and fast, just had to sign a bunch of papers, call Progressive, and wait a half hour for them to detail the car. Only con was that there was a lady's kids running around and some of the employees were talking and cussing loudly. Good place though!

The staff at Toyota are not only knowledgeable and friendly, they go out of their way to ensure your experience is above and beyond! They will inform you of any additional needs for you vehicle and are fair in their pricing giving you, the customer, the choice and will seek out coupons to discount the service or the part.I have not been disappointed at any time of past service and have used them for years! The added touch of a car wash is a sweet bonus.... Thank you Fox Toyota

In all honesty, love the car but what happened to when I went to get it ended be frustrating. First off; I am from Grand Rapids so I traveled 2 hours to come see the car before I purchase it. The car ended up not started which I understood sitting in the parking lot for however long. Ended up loving the vehicle. After purchasing the vehicle; the battery turned out to be bad so they decided to take a newer battery from a different vehicle. Since it was a Saturday service department wasn't there so long story short couple of the sales reps and myself had to take out the battery and whoever tried taking the battery off my just purchased vehicle stripped the lugnut and 1 hour and half later I was still waiting and working on my car I just purchased to get home. Finally got a new battery in after just cutting off the bolt to get the old one out. As I was just about to drive out; found a crack in the top corner windshield. Turned around the sales rep said he will talk and they will definitely cover it but with service department not open or even the company they partnered with not open I will have to do it another day and said me a check with a quote they got. Fine with me. Turns out the quoted me with the company they are partnered with. Came out to be a full new windshield for 200 dollars. I was like no way its that amount. Keep in mind I am in GR not Rochester Hills. I called around locally and all pricing came out to be over 400. So they sent me a check that only covers half the price near me. So not wanting to spend money out of my pocket I had to take time off work to travel over 2 hours back down for a 30 min switch of a windshield. Looks like they just wanted to give they partner business to me instead of working with a quote from a company closer to me so I did not have to go down out of my way. Seems like a hassle to me. More stuff as come up like a piece ended up being broken with my hatch that should have been caught while washing the car becuase it lets water seep through and they are not willing to help me because I discovered it months later after the little window of opportunity they give. In all honesty if I had to the chance to go back and when I was urging to buy a vehicle I would not go to this place. as they should really take more time into prepping the car as I lead up to purchasing it instead of last minute and the day of type of thing. i was talking with them over a week about the vehicle plenty of time to look and make sure things are all good. Will be doing anymore business or sending business towards them.

This was related to my purchase, below that is a service department review.Evan was very helpful and patient while I was working through the decision-making process, did an outstanding job! Everyone was helpful and went out of their way to be friendly and answered any and all questions honestly! I highly recommend Evan and the whole team!!I am very impressed with the service department and the helpful write-up personnel. Whether the initial Pit stop , regular maintenance, or inspecting a possible recall issue, they have been courteous, professional and helpful in every regard!! Keep up the great work!!

Fox Automotive is such a friendly place to take your toyota! I went in to get my recalled fuel pump fixed and I met with the financial department to get paper work started to purchase my 2018 Camry. Everyone is so friendly and accommodating. I have never been disappointed with Fox. I have been coming here for my last 3 leases and will continue to come here with my newly owned Camry!

Mike was very knowledgable about the product. He followed up with me with e-mails and phone calls while we were going through the process of leasing the car, so all of my questions were answered very quickly. He knew I was looking at other vehicles in the beginning, and was not at all 'pushy.'The woman I worked with to sign the papers was also very friendly and helpful.They offered me top dollar for my trade in, and had the lowest lease price of any of the cars I looked at in that price range. Overall, my experience at Fox Toyota was excellent, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a car.

Brought a brand new Sienna last year.Worst dealership service center experience ever. Do not stand behind their product. Take no ownership of their product.The car creaked. Dealership said that it was a known problem. Did not tell me when they sold it.Insensitive service staff. Got white paint like stains on exterior and and interior in the last two services and they just brushed it off that we do not have any paint in our service center. Those paint marks came from somewhere? Two time now.The flexible antenna broke off and side view cover came off in car wash. i was told that I should have removed the antenna before using car wash. I told them n my 28 years of driving American or cars, I never had a flexible antenna broke off. Did not admit to any flaw in the car. i was actually told by the service manager (no joke) do not wash your car in winter.The easy care warranty is another scam too. Got a goose egg bump in the side of the tire. Told me that unless the tire starts leaking the easy care would not kick in. So, should i have waited for an accident to happen before replacing the tire?

To be brief: unprofessional, irresponsible, dishonest.Warning: read every document they ask you to sign carefully before signing.In detail: Our family wanted to buy the 2017 Camry and thought we scored a great deal and had a good experience with this dealership until we got to the finances. We have a signed copy of the agreement which includes $3750 off and 0% interest. However, we ran into some snags because the $750 off is a graduate discount so they requested that we had to have my daughter be a co-buyer (diploma is not enough). The problem is, our daughter is currently out of state. After leaving the dealership that day to get the necessary paperwork from my daughter, the dealership was extremely difficult to get in touch with, and when we did, they said they did not receive the online credit application form...TWICE. This went on for about 3 days until we decided this hassle was not worth our time. When we went back to the dealership to pick up a license plate that we prepared for the new car, they asked us to submit the application again. This time, my daughter sent them a screenshot confirmation, so they could not deny that it was not received. As a result, they came out with a new purchase agreement, not pointing out that the monthly payment was different, and just asking us to sign it. Of course, we noticed the discrepancy in monthly payment from our original purchase agreement, and the dealership said they are actually not able to offer 0% interest.

My experience with Fox Toyota was excellent. They swiftly finished my oil change in under an hour and inspected the car thoroughly for anything needed to be repaired. They easily explained to me what I needed and recommend what path to take to save the most money. I will be returning to Fox Toyota and will be recommending this dealer to others. The friendliness and professionalism from this company is out of this world. They also gave me a free car wash coupon because of the construction which was the cherry on top. If you are looking for a reliable and honest place to get work done, Fox Toyota is the place.

The worst possible experience that a person could have when dealing with car repairs. The woman responsible for writing up the work order should be fired. The service manager was of no help and my car was not fixed, not even close! However, they had no problem charging me 460.00 and returning my car with no having resolved the original problem. I doubt that anyone at the dealership will even do anything about this posting, this probably was a waste of my time. Lets see if anyone at Fox Toyota cares anything about public relations and satisfied customers.

DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS. I've been to many dealerships in my life time, this place is by far the absolute worst, unprofessional "place of business " I've ever been to. For starters they will do anything to make a sale. They sold me a vehicle with very unsafe breaks / rotors. The vehicle was shaking so bad once i finally took it on the freeway and applied breaks at a high speed.. Says alot about the place when they're selling you a $15,000 vehicle for $22,000, the said they would replace and did not. When test driving the vehicle the AC wasn't working as well, they told me it was just an AC line and they were replacing it. However, all the did was fill it with fluid so it appeared to be working, it leaked out immediately and I had to call up to the business multiple times to get any answers from anyone just to find out the the AC lime was never replaced because it wasn't the AC line, it was the condenser. A year later I sell the vehicle. I purchased a 100,000 mile warranty from them and sold the vehicle with 75,000 miles. They are obligated to issue back a rebate, the warranty company did their part but needed a signature from dealership. It's been weeks now and noone from FOX is replying. I've called several times, left several voice-mails with no return, the financial manager Pete will not pick up the phone or return a phone call. This so called professional business is nothing but a joke. I would recommend going elsewhere for service to speak to real professionals instead of conmen and scammers.

Awesome service. Ken and Dan in the body shop were absolutely amazing. I'm so impressed with how smooth everything went. I work in the service industry and everyone was always willing to help answer questions and you can tell they truly enjoy what they do. Even in the busy car repair season I never felt like I rushed. I will use Bill Fox for all my auto repair and service needs. Thank you you made a difficult situation as easy as possible.

I purchased my Jetta last year with Evan Mamic. Very quick and easy process. I will definitely be looking to lease here again. I recently had my vehicle in for it's first oil change and I had a wonderful experience. The atmosphere is very nice. My oil change was unscheduled but they took care of it within the hour. I was also provided a coupon for my next oil change, as well as a coupon for a free full exterior (wax and tire shine) car wash, due to the dealership being under construction. I also recently had an issue with my tire losing air. The service writer (Joe Swafford) was very helpful in finding the issue and reassuring me that they would do everything they can to fix my problem. I will be more than happy to bring my vehicle back. Thank you!

These guys are incompetent. Made an appointment for a safety airbag recall, and when I got there they sent us away because they entered it as an oil change. Then when we dropped it off after hours for the new appointment, they ignored the phone number and other details on the envelope. I guess this is better then the last airbag recall when they forgot to connect a connection, and returned it with an airbag light on, but I guess I will need to drive further to another dealer from now on.
